My husband and i was on our vacation and we had a blowout (1) on the RV and (2) a belt break on the truck tire causing this huge air bubble to come up on the tire. What are the odds? Thank God we are safe! so we decided to buy 4 tires for the RV (better safe than sorry) and had to buy a truck tire. This is the second time I came to this Goodyear for a full set of tires. My last set worked so well I knew I wanted to be a repeat customer. Everyone was friendly and worked hard to get the parts required for some extra service needed! I love Goodyear’s financing options, another reason I returned! The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because I had a minor issue dealing with my oil change that I had to return for. They kindly helped me resolve this but it was inconvenient to come back. I plan to return here again and again!

Just had a great experience at this Goodyear, went to a couple places that were just trying to sell tires and acted like we had to spend all this money to fix what we found out from Goodyear was a literal simple fix. Alex took care of us checked our tire pressure and showed us how to reset the sensor in our car and didnt try to scam us like the others, we highly recommend him. Literally took 5 min to fix what weve been stressing on all week. Thank you!

Over the years, Ive taken my vehicles here to fix my flat tires because this is a free service that they offer. They have always been professional and respectful towards me even though I didnt buy anything.When it was time to buy new tires, I came in (no appointment) and they gave me options to choose from. I was in control of what I wanted to buy, and the process did not feel like a sales negotiation.I would highly recommend this store for several reasons: great product, great service, no appointment needed, fast service.

My favorite part is the free rotation and balance for the life of my tires. Staff is friendly and always willing to go beyond what is required. Also open on Saturdays which is great because most tires shops it seems are closed on the weekend. Plus Goodyear tires are some of the best out there and they always have my tires in stock. Definitely recommend getting the Goodyear credit card.

Went in to have a piece of metal removed and the tire fixed. Fortunately, the metal didn’t puncture the tire so they removed it at no charge. I bought a set tires for my daughters car year before last and had great service then, too.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ALIGNMENTS! Should have trusted my gut and paid the extra at a decent shop. After an hour of waiting I was told my car was ready, has been test drove, and drives straight.Your stealing wheel should not have to be sideways to go straight. You should not lie to your customers saying the job has been done when it hasn’t.Now I have to wait another 45 min for the appointment after me to get finished so I can get my car checked in again.Total wait time over 2 hours. Over double what it was suppose to be.

Needed help figuring out what was wrong with my car, had bad experiences at previous places. Eric went out of his way to help not only figure it out, but also call to the dealership to see if they could help further. Great experience and service. I will return in the future.

I go to Goodyear because the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I never feel that theyre trying to deceive me. I go there to get my oil changed, get my tires fixed, and my brakes. Great place!

Had a flat but needed four tires. Not really in the mood to deal with this. They were professional and quick and I plan to use them for future service. They also have really good coffee and a nice place to sit and chill. Id give them six stars for not having nasty coffee and 10 for having good coffee if I could. The tires are great but those little things are important too.I stopped by this past Monday morning for an oil change. Service was quick. The guy who works the counter knows some random interesting things. I got the best oil change which includes a fuel additive. My mileage has improved by 4 miles per gallon. Really makes it worth the few extra dollars to get the best package.

Let me start with this place has exceptional customer service!!! I got off work and got to my car and saw my front tire was flat. I called Good Year on Glenstone and spoke to Mike. He told me that I could bring it over and they would take a look. I drove down the street to Good Year and walked inside where I was greeted by Patrick at the counter. He told me that they would take a look and see if they could patch my tire up for me. I had to wait a little while so they could finish up another customer and then they got me started. Of course my tire couldn’t be a simple fix but they explained everything to me so I knew exactly what was going on with my car. I couldn’t afford a new tire tonight, but they gladly put my spare on for me FREE OF CHARGE!!! I will definitely be going to get my new tire from this shop when I get paid! They seriously made my nightmare of a night bearable and helped out a broke college girl. I highly recommend this shop!
