Over charged and under serviced. Went 2 times based on other locals recommendations, unfortunately was disappointed both times.

I cant RAVE enough about how great is this biz!! I was impressed as heck 30 years ago when I first brought them my car. It needed a new head-gasket that the dealership wanted to charge me $1500 to repair it. Rogers charged $750 for the same work. Keith (and now his Son Todd) explained to me that they only replace whats needed and repair where they can. They are seriously like family. My Son (who is now in his late 20s) grew up knowing them. They even weighed-in on matching him up with a date!! In the last 30 years Ive owned about 8 cars - new and used. AND they ALL go to Rogers for work and NO WHERE ELSE.

Its horrible place they took my car the first time. It ran for one week and it quit took it back they had it for a month and they tell me they cant fix it. They messed my car up and all they did was give me my money back, they ruined my car so please think twice before you go there

Great service at Rogers Garage! I need to take my car in for a few repairs but had been putting it off with covid and trying to juggle work and virtual learning with my 5th grader. The staff at Rogers garage offered to come pick up my car and returned it when finished! This was such a blessing and much appreciated!! Repairs were done well and pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend!!

I had a 94 buick regal had a alternator replaced i had reciept for lifetime replacement at autozone drove it one mile down the road and it died. Come to find out they replaced the alternator with there junkyard parts and took my new alternator when i went to fix it myself autozone said it wasnt the one that matched the reciept that was my first clue. Also didnt look like a new alternator looked used and dirty hmm strange i also noticed my battery looked different nothing wrong with the old also a lifetime warrantied part that to was taken from me. If you value your wallet and your transportation RUN!! There is a place down the road called autodoctor way cheaper and way better work is done there. And the most important thing they are honest unlike rogers garage. Keith rogers would be disappointed in his son for how crooked he runs that shop now. it used to be a good honest shop🙄Reply:Rogers Garage im sorry but i did not provide a part i brought a reciept in from autozone because i was told i needed an alternator came from todd which i had a reciept to replace it and i handed to todd. keith did not run the shop at the time todd did infact we told him about the issue that day the same day we picked it up then wanted to charge us more to fix it right also i had the ignition control module tested at autozone and it was good and tested the alternator you guys replaced and it was a bad part so i may have avoided more costs that didnt need to be made. we have the proof from autozone and auto doctor that is what happened or you charged us for labor and never did the labor autozone doesnt sell dirty non working alternators. Nor did you need to replace battery which we have proof of that as well im just trying to help people out from getting ripped off and from my pryer experience. I should be thanking you though because it was at that point where i decided to work on my own cars and had no need for rogers garage

In the past year since I have found them, I have had both my vehicles worked on here, and Im happy to finally find a auto repair shop that wont disappoint. Everyone I have talked to here has been professional and helpful with any concerns Ive had. They are very reasonable as far as cost and I always feel they are upfront and honest with me about everything needing done, and all the work they have done so far seems to be excellent and has met or exceeded all my expectations. Too Expensive. Sorry, but I will never go back to Rogers Garage. They double/triple charge you for parts. If a customer believes he can get a better price by going to the actual/different store in person - Rogers Garage should provide a car loaner so the customer can get his own parts. Auto-zone is like 5 miles away from them.Customer service is great and friendly.I have shared my experience with my co-workers so they are aware of this place. They did a good job but money does not grow on trees.

My experience with Rogers Garage has been a tremendous one! They dud a great job fixing my car. Its working better than brand new.

My vehicle was side swiped on the drivers side causing damage to the mirror and bending the inside bracket for the drivers window so the window would no longer roll all the way up. Brought the vehicle into rogers garage on 8/4/16. Repairs were done poorly. The window still pulls away from the frame causing strain on both motor and window which can be seen and heard. On the way home I came to discover that the one touch up and down for the drivers side window no longer worked and the rear drivers window switch no longer worked at all. Took the car back to rogers garage where the mechanic, Todd, looked at the switches and said he would order the parts and give me a call when they arrived. Two weeks later, 8/19/16, I went back to rogers garage to find out what was going on with the parts. Todd happened to be there but didnt remember me, never ordered the parts, REFUSED to acknowledge the window was still working improperly even though it could be plainly seen. Tried to give me excuses and tried to convince me that the drivers window worked just like the undamaged passenger window when it was plain to see the difference between the two. Todd told me he would be happy to get the car back in and take a look at it. Im presuming he was happy because now he could charge me again fixing what he didnt fix properly the first time and to charge me to fix the switches he had broken. To summarize: very poor quality of workmanship. Lots of excuses. No accountability or willingness to admit what they had done wrong. Also there policy is to call someone only if the PARTS are over $50. The labor on my vehicle was $176 and I never received a phone call.

Anyone looking for an HONEST and HARDWORKING repair shop, I would recommend Rogers Garage to anyone! I took my car there with an issue that no one else seemed to be able to fix, it was the 3rd time my ac compressor had been replaced in 1 1/2 years and each time it failed and caused bigger problems to the point I just stopped using my AC (much to my dislike.) The guys are Rogers were determined to fix the bigger issue which kept initiating my ac compressor to fail and they were successful. Every time I went in there the guys at the front desk were very friendly and explained the process and costs thoroughly. Mike at the front desk is the person I was most in contact with and he was an absolute pleasure to speak with. My car is now working better than it ever has and the ac is nice and cold and ready for summer! Thank you all so much for your hard work and dedication to getting me back on the road in a problem free car! :)

I went in for a tune up after paying 359 dollars afterwards I drove my truck to discover a misfire I was almost in a accident on 75 due to the spark plug wires being in the Wrong place I had to miss three days of work due to me not feeling right about transporting my child in that truck after being told by the staff that it was safe to drive on
