Seems they move a lot of cars. For whatever reason my financing didn’t work out because of the fact I’m salary and it lists my hourly plus I don’t get enough taxes taken out. Who knows. That’s fine but they definitely have been funny giving me security back and seems to be a bs story. I see that’s consistent with other reviews. I wouldn’t give them a deposit without getting car same day tbh. If I don’t have it by next week which is 3 weeks later this should be a 1 star

Great place to get nice used cars the salesman Rudy was awesome. Show me cars until i was satisfied.

The place was clean everyone followed all the guidelines employees and guess and the service was quick.

They Sold me a car with a check engine and it doesnt matter the warranty covered it... It still had a check engine that came on every 2-3 weeks. The warranty was over last year and I asked for them to replace the vehicle because the check engine was always there. No matter the warranty covered it!! Because you sold me a car with a check engine on. They did not want to assist without less than $5 K down. This year I have the same car and guess what the check engine issue again. I just had to pay $722 out of pocket for that. When I reach out to Ready Credit, They tell me I need $3k anyways.Im not claiming Im the perfect credit guy and life happens. They do get you in a vehicle but they dont care if they sale you a faulty car as long as the warranty covers it. Once is over bye bye baby.Zero Stars

Went there with my wife to see about getting a used car, everything was fine and we put down 500$ to hold a car while we checked our income to see if we could afford the monthly payments. When we realized we couldnt afford it we called back and asked for our money to be refunded and they told us it would take 7-10 business days it has been more than 12 business days and they still havent refunded my money or are able to give me a confirmation number to prove they even put the refund through, I keep calling but keep getting the run around they were able to take the money out almost immediately. Currently speaking to lawyers to see about my options with getting my money back.

We bought a 2014 Hyundai Sonata in February and have had nothing but issues. After we bought it, the tires started to deflate and we were told there was nothing they could do. Then once it started to warm up, we discovered the air conditioning doesnt work. Plus when the air conditioning is on full blast, water leaks onto the floor of the passenger side. My husband called the place we bought it about the air conditioning, and was told that we wouldnt be charged for the diagnoses. He also was told if it is was the ac coil, he would only be charged $52 for the replacement. The brakes are also squealing whenever they are used. I called ready credit then and was told that there might not be an issue with the brakes and it could be brake dust. My uncle owns a garage, which I have taken all my vehicles to for service countless times, and I have never heard about so called brake dust. Also, if there is a thing like brake dust that makes me wonder about the quality of the brakes. Brakes should wear down, not flake off. We r now at the service department and, no surprise, no one knows about anything my husband was told. Rudy sold him the car and he told my husband he would get the first oil change for free, but now we r told they dont offer that. Rudy also sold my husband an extended warranty and now service is telling him that if the part is covered there would be a $100 deductible. Basically, everything that we were told or promised, they have not followed up on and denied any knowledge of. We will never buy another vehicle from balise again because they are more interested in selling cars, and the commission, than keeping loyal customers.

Although I had a great experience buying my car here I must warn everyone if you’re buying a car here, do not expect to get things done when it comes to servicing it. This may only be my experience but their service person through Hyundai never returns your phone calls. I have been trying to get something fixed from them since I bought the car in June. I finally showed up to see Dave when I got an oil change to ask about my problem since he never returns my calls and he stated he simply doesn’t know how to fix the problem and suggested I go to Subaru when the problem occurs and have them call him. He added he doesn’t even know if they can look at it for me.
