Non professional and entitled employees and managers. Totally aloof to what customer service should be with a smug attitude. I can see why no one in the reviews likes working at this place. Even with new management they still have no structure, efficiency or sense of urgency to handle business. Piss Poot all around except for a few great people that care and do their job.

Irregular pick ups, poor communication, unprofessional customer service

Worked there for 7 years. This place is absolutely a horrible place to work. The management didnt care about you. They didnt care about your personal life. The trucks are pieces of garbage which are over 25 years old. The management will go home at 3 in the afternoon while technicians stay out for 14 or 15 hours a day. Ive seen the vault make mistakes which got good men fired, forced to quit, or locked up. I started out at $15.50 and in seven years left at $16.29 all while new comers were coming in making 18+. They also have one man servicing ATM machines which one day someone is going to be robbed and killed. Avoid this place at all costs. They also allowed certain people to stay out to milk the clock so a 7 or 8 hour work day easily turns into a 15 hour day and they will sit there and allow it. Ive brought the truck back plenty of times because I refuse to stay out on the road all day. Also you dont get overtime

I applied to their job ad regarding armored bank truck driving (No Experience Required). They were quite obviously biased, at the very least based on gender. I was asked repeatedly if I was sure I didnt want to be a vault clerk instead (lower paying position) and aside from that, the driving assessment guy (name unknown, middle aged white male) laughed and said he bet that I had never driven anything bigger than a sedan before. Do you think he would have said that to a male of any size? No. I did the polygraph (the polygraph guy -old white male- was really nice), etc. then got no phone call and no one responded to my polite, professional voicemails. I am a military veteran, no criminal record at all, graduated in the top 5% of my graduating class in H.S., good grades in recent college classes, never fired, really good-natured (I go to work to work and give my best plus help others, not to gossip or be lazy), and quite intelligent...yet I was laughed at and blown off by this company for having a vagina. Pretty ridiculous. If physical strength was an issue, it should have been mentioned in the ad and/or I should have been tested or put into a training program. Then if I didnt qualify then I didnt qualify and so be it.
