J&K Auto does amazing work! They are reasonably priced and always stay true to their words about repairs needed and quotes for the repairs. They can get our cars in right away and communicate necessary information promptly. They go out of their way to make sure we understand issues they find. They are not pushy at all and its obvious that they care about their customers. We wont go anywhere else for any auto repair needs!!

RV needed fuel pump replaced, broke down and no other shop or big RV Company within 100 miles wanted to helps us. I called Tedd GM from J&K located in Springfield OR, he said we can fix it on Monday. I left my RV on Wednesday and on Monday Morning 0900 my RV was done. Great price and outstanding service, completely recommend this shop, and thanks for taking care of Soldiers.

My experience was with Trevor Harwood and the auto body shop. Trevor quoted me a price less than I was expecting, got the vehicle in the shop in less than a week, and did a bang up job on the repair (pun intended). Very pleased with the level of professionalism, the attention to detail, the communication and options available. Overall experience was fantastic. I own a fleet of vehicles for my own personal business and will be taking them there in the future.

Quality work and honest people. Had 1 siezed brake caliper on my RV and I had them replace both front calipers. They could have got me for rotors, brake pads, etc..., but I only needed calipers, so thats all they did.

I have been going to J and K for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. The latest visit was to upgrade my computer system in my 1991 Chevy truck and install a custom built 406. It wasn’t a easy project but they came through with flying colors.

When in to try to get my newer 2013 honda accord push button start key fobs re programmed and they were Up front and honest letting you know if they can fix your vehicle or not instead of just taking your money and not fixing the problem.Also nice enough to recommend some one who might can fix or repair your vehicle if they cant for some reason. Highly recomend!

I have reason to trust J&K, and I do. Im now an older woman who has worked in her own cars often for 50 years until they got hi-tech. A rambler, Ive had to get help from mechanics in the US. Canada, Mexico and further south. I was skeptical about prices, service and how I would be treated as an old lady with a beater and living on almost nothing. Ive been treated very well and, even though they have so many bays and all, got reasonable prices and was treated unusually well on all counts. This shop has grown from a small garage to a large one because they deserve to be. They actually care.

I had some rear end damage to my vehicle and needed the functionality of my trunk back without having to brake the bank. I had expected to spend a good portion of my day but instead Brandon walked in to the waiting room and said he was able to do what I needed pretty quickly and only charged me $30. I was so elated and thankful. If I need work again I will come and would definitely refer a friend. They could of taken there time and it could have cost me a lot more .

DONT waste your time. He will quote you a price on a repair but conveniently always finds a way to raise it higher than the quote. Find a better place to get your car repaired. Save your money.

I replaced my alternator 3 months ago and it went out. Took it to j and k to be replaced and they grabbed my part for me so I didn’t have to ride back to autozone with my warranty, they were nice and they didn’t push me to fix anything else. They were reccomended to me by a friend who has a good relationship with them. I would reccomend them if you don’t want a mechanic who is in your face or sketchy. Also, I called them about 5 times stressing about the warranty and they were extremely nice and patient with me stressing my anxiety about the car. Thanks for fixing my car guys!

Dropped truck off for vehicle inspection took almost a week to complete even though they said they would get to it that day... Then estimate had parts prices that were sometimes 100 dollars more than I could get them directly from Ford for... Also I know of some problems they never found that were very obvious with other issues They said existed that didnt..They admitted they never drove the vehicle to check for issues. They are not where I would send friends or enemies.....

I have gone to jnk for a long time because thats where my parents have always gone.. it was a bad idea.. I had a simple squeal with my truck, and took it here to get it fixed.. they fixed it, just to have the squeal come back a week later.. I went back and they made me pay again as i was over the mile guarantee. After having it fixed again, the squeal came back again a week later. Went back and they said it was the belts that needed tightened.. only I had found that a bolt from the alternator was missing they replaced it and said the squeal was fixed..It has now come back for a 3rd time. And I called. And they said it was my belt again. Even though they just fixed it a week ago. I will never take my vehicle here again. And urge that others would do the same..

I took my 2004 Chevy Silverado to J&K because my 4 wheel drive system was not operating properly. J&K replaced the 4wd selector button and told me the problem was fixed. I picked my truck up from them and the next morning I still had the same problem. The truck was stuck in neutral. I took the truck back to them. While I was driving the truck to them my left turn signal quit working. This time they replaced the transfer case actuator motor and told me the problem was fixed. First issue was fixed, but I picked the truck up and the turn signals still didnt work. I told them to make sure the turn signals worked before they returned it to me. They had my truck for 2 weeks and still couldnt find the issue. They told me they had found a broken wire in the door and fixed it. I went on vacation for a few weeks and came back and started to drive my truck. Guess what the turn signal didnt work. I took it back to them. This time they told me the multifunction switch on my truck needed to be replaced. I researched the issue and it looks like the flasher switch was broken when they removed the bezel from the dash. I told them they broke the switch now they needed to replace it. They swore up and down they did not break the switch. I have owned this truck for 8 years and never had a problem with the flashers. They hit the switch while taking off the bezel, now they wont replace it. Im 830+ dollars down and I now own an unsafe truck. They told me they would fix the issue for 440 more dollars Thanks J&K.Sincerely,Dan White

My parents have gone here forever, so when our car needed the harmonic balancer fixed I took it into J and K. BIG REGRET! We paid the $300 and figured all was well. Not so much, the car now has a horrible pinging sound which due to them getting the timing off (it definitely did not have this prior to taking it in). We took it back in, they said it wasnt their problem (which it is since they had to mess with the timing in order to fix the harmonic balancer) and said for another $400 they would fix it. Typical sleeze ball mechanic shop. I just wish people had integrity and honesty still.

Went there told them fans werent working, dropped off 940 am . Finally called me 342 PM to ask what was replaced that airbubble was there . App was done . They left over night, called next day 10 am . They didnt answer. Went down there 11, to find out it was done all along charged me 93 . Friendly but wouldnt recommended. Over charged no communication.

I got to let everyone know this shop is the workshop ever please believe me when I say this is no place you want to bring your car they quoted me $85 to fix my car 2 weeks went by they didnt fix nothing I finally decided to take my car to a different shop I go there with the tow truck to tow it they wanted $250 bucks from me for fixing nothing my car still was not drivable I had to tow it to the next shop I straight feel like they stole from me they robbed me I had no choice but to pay the $250 bucks so they will give my car back they didnt fix nothing on it they did nothing to it so if youre smart at all dont bring your car to this place

Car was making an occasional whining sound. I took it here because it was the only place that could except it that day. That should have been a red flag. $350 to replace a wheel bearing. The whining started back up within a week, but by then I was past the 12 mile warranty.

Never going to them again. I think they messed with my starter when they were fixing a whole other problem that had nothing to do with why I brought it in. They definitely over charge and I would never recommend going to them.

Rude cussed at my co worker would never use this company also know of some pending insurance fraud cases.

Tried to charge me $85 to read a check engine code from OBD1, went to Sams auto and they used a paper clip and got me the numbers for free. Stereotypical mechanics, disgrace.

They have a bunch of idiots working there who obviously do not know how to fix anything on cars, I drive my grandmothers car, so she chooses the shoppe it goes to, and the car has been there over 5 times and every single time they do not fix what needs fixed, also we had them change the oil one time, and oh what do u know a few weeks later the car is completely dry of oil, (kind of odd because how can that happen, its never happened when i took it somewhere else to get an oil change) and all this is probably job security It makes me so upset because they are taking advantage of old people and its not right.

J & K Automotive has been taking care of my van for 3 years. I have no words for their care and professionalism. I have nothing but trust in their ability to fix any problem I may have with my vehicles in the future.

J & K must stand for Just Kidding. Worst experience ever! Stole personal items from vehicle and charged $2800 and still not fixed. Had to take truck to the dealer to fix J & Ks repair.
