I had been told it was an experience to visit Taliaferro, but I never guessed how right everyone was!The entire staff were both friendly and inviting. My mother had made the trip with me, and while I was getting a tour, they made her feel at home.I dont care were you live, if you need a part, this is the place, more importantly, make at least one trip, you will not regret it!

Ive had a pretty good experience with these guys over the years, theyre my go to mechanic for anything Saab related.

I want to share a recent experience with Taliaferro Saab, where I received some of the worst customer service Ive experienced in years. I returned a set of stainless steel brake lines for my 9000 Aero that simply didnt fit. I ate the return shipping fees and expected a smooth refund. I couldve just as easily ordered these parts on Amazon but I wanted to give my business to the little guys in the spirit of fueling an ever diminishing Saab community. After a few weeks without notice I received an email informing me my return was unauthorized and would not be refunded. So basically they have my money and the returned item -- thats when i about lost it. Im trying to recover my money from Paypal but I would recommend anyone ordering parts from Taliaferro use caution.

I bought an older used Saab and course you need to find out all the quirks of a vehicle you have not owned since it was new. These guys have been awesome about helping find and fixing what all needs to be done. Linda and Steven have been awesome to work with. I had an issue come up with my oil pan and Linda got me in to get it fixed the very next day. I truly trust these people :)

If you own a Saab in the Springfield area dont mess around. Taliaferro is the only option for accurate diagnostics, quality work, great customer service, and although its still a mom and pop run operation (not corporate style) they are true professionals in the way they run their business. I know other mechanics that do quality work as wells as is done at Taliaferro, but the other guys cant compare with the professionalism found at Taliaferro. they get you car in and take care of business. other places will let your car sit around for days until they get around to looking at it. Taliaferro gets a A+, 10 star rating from me!

This place is so great it just so happened that I ended up having the day off and we decided to come to Springfield to get something and the car broke down and we managed to make it here and they just pulled it right in and fixed it
