Green Hyundai or Green MazdaI select to get my routine services done at Green Mazda:I was due for my first service and elected to use their website to book my appointment.Website:Very easy, I was able to select service, which service, date, time and contact options.I received my verification and text reminders without issuesAppointment:I arrived on time and they were expecting me and even call me by name which is odd because we have never met.This tells me that they put focus on their site and review the schedule well to know who should be in and at what time.Service was quick and went wellAs I waited their are sitting area had snacks/drinks and TvThe area felt very accommodatingLooking forward to my next service.

I went for the first time to get my oil changed and tires rotated and everyone there was really helpful. They even paid for my tire rotation definitely will come back again and will recommend to other people to go there.

Zach was amazing and so was Wes! Zach stayed almost 2 hours late past closing to help us and many other customers and still did it with a smile on his face. He accomplished what so many others couldn’t with me. I am extremely happy with my purchase and my sales experience! Thank you Green Mazda!

While the customer service was exceptional.. my Lincoln Navigator has had nothing but issues that don’t seem to get fixed. I’ve had it in 5 times or more. Same issues still exist. For a luxury vehicle.. this has been anything but!

Highly disappointed, And Ive purchased several cars from them in the past.I was up there yesterday. I was told one thing on messenger and on the phone. Yes this is the program we got going on. Dont worry no money down we got lenders on standby for any kind of credit. You have 90 days until your first payment. We get up there. And they said we need to put down 4,000 down on a 2011. We was going to do it. But decided not to. And go somewhere else. We going to see bob brady instead. We liked the vehicle. But bad business if you gotta lie to customers to. Get them up there.

Came in for an oil change, and Jason talked me into a new Prius. Couldn’t be happier!

I needed an oil change and a tire rotation with a balance because I had a little shimmy in the back tires . I dropped my car off the day before my appointment and picked it up after work. The service area was closed so I didn’t get to really talk to anyone about my service. I leave and my tires were not balanced! They had a shimmy in the back when I dropped it off and since they rotated them now the shimmy was in the front. I called the next day and had to drop off my car again that night so they could rebalance my tires. They said that the balance machine did not work properly and that’s why my tires were not balanced correctly the 1st time. I would not have had to go back and get it fixed correctly the2nd time if they would have test drive the car after they completed the work the first time. Seems like something so simple caused me a lot of headache. Just check your work

Dealt with Ronnie. No pressure easy going. Being the wifes third car from green we were comfortable dealing with green. We feel like we got a great deal. No other dealers would consider a fair price for our trade in, green exceeded everyone else.

This is the second or third car we purchased from Scott Pillsbury. He is very professional, takes his time to go through all the computer stuff & all the showings on the dash. He is a big help & great Sales employee so keep him around!

Oil change and tire rotation 👍 their employee using my ac and changing the settings on my truck 👎👎👎 everything was turned off when I arrived and when they were finished, radio and ac were turned on. I find it totally unacceptable that these guys are doing this in a customers vehicle.

While I spent more than I wanted to, I was still pleased with the customer service provided. Scott Pillsbury was polite and professional. The dealership I was at the day before was extremely unprofessional and gave lies to every question asked. I felt very disrespected and the salesman gave the impression I was wasting his time. This was not the case with Green Lincoln and their staff. I would recommend dealing with Scott and the rest of their staff.

Also, Justin explained to us that the loan from Friendly Chevrolet was a mess. Colin talked to us about our situation with Friendly Chevrolet. He pointed out that the loan with Friendly Chevrolet was not in our favor. Colin gave us a choice to choose from about getting into a good plan with Green Mazda for now and the future. We were happy. Tim was great. He was making sure that all the paperwork were signed and completed.

Not the best shopping experience. My girlfriend went to test drive a vehicle. We made it very clear that we had several more to test drive before committing to which vehicle. The sales team was very high pressure and kept running numbers while also offering significantly less than the trade in value was worth while being vague about direct questions. Also didnt give us back her keys while running the numbers so we ended up being stuck there significantly longer than we should have. Definitely felt like they were trying to give my girlfriend a bad deal and not respect her time.

Zach was extremely helpful and so nice, as was everyone I interacted with! They got me a great deal on a new car that I love!

I am the most impressed with the driver of the shuttle. Curtis was his name and he was a very cool guy. He was able to improvise when the directions I gave him where wrong, and he laughed about it. He was a great at socializing and made a trip with a random stranger seem less awkward. I appreciate him and his professionalism.

Great experience. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff and management. Got a good deal on a great, smokin hot vehicle! The only downside was the length of time it took to get the paperwork ready and signed. Although, due to the insane amount of paperwork required, its not really their fault so this probably should be a 5 star review.

Bought a vehicle from them. It got late so they allowed me to take the vehicle overnight. I waited to hear back on what bank approved me but never got a call back. I called in the next day in the evening and found out I was approved and never received any of the signed documentation. It has been two weeks and 3 voicemails later and still no call back or signed documentation. I have never in my life ever dealt with such an unorganized dealership.

Experience was good. Only one thing they missed was the sticker information about the next visit. They forgot to put it on the windshield
