I cant say enough positive about the Wilkerson service center in Springfield Illinois it is a NAPA auto care center. we had car trouble in the Springfield area and not knowing where to go to get help we pull into the Wilkerson service center. They are competent efficient speedy clean courteous polite and the list goes on.. They squeezed us in as they were very busy that day.And a special thanks to Mitch the service writer he went above and beyond.

I would like to say how amazing was the person working today 6/6 at 12pm Im sorry I didnt get his name because I was very stressed but we are out of town from Chicago and had car trouble. The person working today was very helpful and we are on our way now. Thank you so much!!
