From the friendly smile and hello from Pat at the front desk, to the final delivery of my vehicle, everything was professional and prompt. Seth helped walk us through dealing with the insurance company to save us the most money and get us the best repair possible. I highly recommend Reliable Collision!

We purchased a certified Toyota with a cracked windshield. We were told it would be replaced in less than a week. It took 3 weeks to get the windshield in. We asked to drop our car off 3 days before we leaving town so that we could pick it up on our way out of town. Jake (Manage) told us he didnt want to replace the windshield before we went out of town just in case it were to get a rock-chip on our road trip, we. Even though thats not he his call to make and he was out of line, we agreed to have it done while we were out of town. We pick up our Highlander and headed home to find out our AC/Defrost was not working. I called and spoke with Donny, the young who had been communicating with us andhe informed us that they were aware of the problem because his Jake had mentioned it but they decided to return it to us anyway....We went back to speak with Jake in person at this point and he couldnt have been more rude or disrespectful. Also, while waiting we witnessed a tech give a customer the wrong set of keys and then argue with the customer when the customer said he had been given the wrong set. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Poor workmanship on my Car. Had to get things redone several times. Management doesn’t care about customer satisfaction or is even concerned. For a dealer affiliated collision shop, quality is very poor .I made mistake of recommending them to my brother in law, thinking my experience was an anomaly. But what he had to go through as far as length of quoted repair (2 weeks) to actual repair (almost 2 months). And to top it off the workmanship was subpar and had to get redone partially.Save yourself headaches and go elsewhere to get things done right.

This is a review of their estimate scheduling and not their collision repair (which Ive used in the past and was very pleased with). Apparently their website scheduling is not official (most likely its not integrated into their on-premise scheduling system). So be careful if you schedule something online. I scheduled a repair estimate online and when I arrived at the designated time I was told that online scheduled estimates werent really appointments (or something to that effect) and that I would have to wait at least an hour or leave the car. I suggest that you call to make an appointment or go elsewhere.

Keeps you updated on whats happening. Worked well with my insurance. Nice people, did a great job. Hopefully I wont need them again, but would return in a heartbeat if required.

Ive had to deal with the collision center twice because of accidents, and they were beyond fantastic and working with the insurance companies. I have worked with them on other occasions to fix door dings, etc, and they were very friendly and always very helpful.

People are nice I wonder about their ethics

Less than pleased because of issues with timeframe and lack of attention. They dont provide updates regularly and when you press them the say Doing Best We Can which is code for we dont really care about customer service. Excuses at every turn.

We took our 2015 Audi Q7 in for collision repair. A motorcycle hit the side of the car just in front of the rear wheel. The folks in the body shop were friendly enough. My problem with Reliable Collision Center is, it took them two and a half months to fix the car. In my opinion, they did a poor job assessing the damages to the car. They did not order enough parts and had to order additional parts two times from Germany which slowed the process down quite a bit. The quality of the work is good but the amount of time it took to make the repair was way to long, in my opinion.

I would not recommend having your car repaired here. Not happy about my experience with this business.

My car looks brand new. The 4runner was repaired and serviced a week ahead of schedule.

Seth McKeen provided 5 star service during the entire process of my collision repair. I was provided updates on the progress and he also answered any questions that I had. When I picked up my Lexus...it looked brand new again and I would highly recommend Reliable Collision Center to my family, friends and colleagues!

Great customer service and quick with repairs

I find it important to note that the before and after pics on this website are my personal work. I no longer work for the company. The collision center is a good group of guys who do nice work. However, the pics are all of my personal Paintless Dent Repair work. I do not know who does the work there now. Wowza! I received absolutely exceptional service at the Toyota Collision Center. I went there on Monday with my hail damaged vechical by Thursday my car was FIXED! The guys were so incredibly nice to me and my family. Grant went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Ladies I hear hes single! Joking aside, they did a great job and I really appreciated how helpful they all were. You could never tell that my car had over $2,000 worth of damage. My car was also VERY clean on the inside and outside.
