The people here were fantastic to work with. After my 2006 Mazda MX5 was hit they handled everything with the insurance company. When the used parts came in substandard, they got me OEM parts instead and kept me informed of the delays. When I got the car back it looks and drives like new again. They did an awesome job!!! Thank you Alex and everyone else who assisted.

From start to finish, the communication was excellent. Alex could be counted on to return calls, and he provided timely updates. Moreover, I felt confident that I was getting accurate info each time. Though not on the list, Reliable Imports and RV Collision Center worked directly and effectively with the insurance company of the driver at fault. The insurer seemed to be trying to coerce me toward their list (not really allowed, but...); I am very pleased that I insisted on Reliable Imports and RV Collision Center.

Stay Away! Beware of selling practices. They do not inspect used vehicles properly or fix known issues!I bought a used vehicle from reliable back in April. Yet I am still unable to drive this vehicle due to the repairs needed. Your dealership sold me a car that needs repairs of the emergency brake, missing passenger sideview mirror. It needed a new rear differential and rear hub bearings. Also needed to have the lower control arms replaced and a proper alignment. I have tried to get this resolved by your dealership.They did fix the lower controls, but replaced the front shocks with a 3 inch lift without notifying me which they replaced with a lower quality shocks and added spacers which now is causing horrible rubbing of my wheels and I am unable to turn the vehicle. I did had the rear differential fixed by the warranty I purchased from you with mpg. I want the correct shocks back or reimbursement. I need the emergency brake fixed. Reimbursement for the sideview mirror I ordered yesterday. And I need the rear wheel bearings replaced as your service director Robert Beverly told me everything will be taken care of. This is the worst car buying experience I have ever had!

After a simple misunderstand Zac and Alex went over and beyond to make everything perfect. Do to my ignorance of not having the original insurance check when trying to pick up my car Alex followed procedure and wouldnt release my vehicle to me. This caused some minor disruption in my life. Zac called me this morning and rectified the issue. They brought my vehicle repaired looking beautiful inside and out! I give this team an A+ do not choose another team they worked on my Alfa and it looks better than the day we bought it! Thanks Reliable team!
