I worked with Bob to have several aluminum poles powder coated for my paraglider. Both the price quoted and work performed were exceptional. I would highly recommend anyone needing to have powder coat work performed on their equipment, to go to Bill Mathews Auto Body.

Service was extremely professional and polite. I came there with a spoiler that I wanted to match 7 year old orange metallic paint of my car. The part was done in days and it looks fantastic. Very satisfied with them and I will be bringing future projects their way.

Great service, super friendly, I immediately walked through the front door and was greeted! I ordered tires, they gave me a great price, they put the tires on, aligned and balanced them. Had quite a few problems with this experience. Poor communication, extensive delays, and when I got the car back some of the repairs had not been made and I had to return it again for the work to be finished. When I expressed my dissatisfaction they offered a free detail, which I appreciated, but it was a negative experience overall and I would go elsewhere in the future.

First-class body shop! Great staff & fair prices. Will work with insurance companies. Also offer powder-coat painting for metal objects other than cars (got some office cubical trim painted here once).

They did a great job and most importantly to me they stayed pretty spot on to the estimate price I was quoted. Ended up being slightly less because they ordered a part that ended up not needing used. Some places would have lied and charged for the part anyways. The only problem I had was that I needed a fog light cover for my bumper that was discussed during the estimate and they forgot to order the part. But it’s only like $15 for the part and will pop in easily if I get it myself. Overall great service, stayed true to their price, and did amazing matching the paint on my car and fixing the damage I requested. I’d go back.

Bob, Smitty and the gang took great care of us. There was a minor problem shortly after the initial repair that they went beyond the necessary issues to fix and repair in quick fashion. They explained everything and got us back on the road as soon as possible. Im very grateful for their professionalism and friendly attitude.

Raising this from 1 star. After several trips to realign the bumper and door. Two parts replaced during the repair. It looks like they got it right. Better late than never. If it holds up Ill move them to 4 stars. Then Mathews staff went out of their way to help with a problem unrelated to the repairs preformed in their shop. This business has won me over. 5 stars.

0 customer service. After waiting 3 months (where I had already paid half of my estimate) I still had no idea when they were going to be able to fix my car. I called to cancel the repair and get a refund so I could go elsewhere and they all of a sudden had an opening. My car was done in 3 days, however my glove box was rifled through, the books in my door pockets were moved, my bass was turned all the way up and now a speaker is crackling. The repair was good, but I dont appreciate my belongings being gone through and my speakers being blown out. Never again.

My daughter was hit about 2 months ago in her pick up truck, and she has been told a number of stories. I understand parts can take time to order, but this seems an inordinate amount of time to have to wait for a vehicle repair. We will be reporting this to our insurance agent, and any number of our friends. We have much better luck, service and quality with Zaras.

Horrible service, shady, and they do NOT care about your car.Broke off a piece in my car and did not mention it. Nor did they attempt to replace it.I had my car towed there on Saturday July 13th and had set up an online appointment or them to look at my car at 8:00 am on Monday July 15th. I then get a text later that Monday at 3:40 telling me my appointment got cancelledNot only that but I had to call them to find out details on my car.I called them again on Wednesday because I figured by then, they have had time to look at my car and give me the estimate on it. They told me they still hadnt looked at it and that they would call me later that day with an estimate. So I wait all day for the call that never came. So I had to call them again that same day 20 minutes before they closed to ask the estimate and they still hadnt even touched my car.I have NEVER had an experience with auto body shops like this until I came to them.

I met Bob Matthews (son of late Bill) 30 years ago when his shop was recommended to me. They did all of my work for the next 23 years until I moved away. Bobs attitude was always If you arent happy, we will do what we have to do to make it right. They have a state-of-the-art facility and I have always found their work to be top knotch and honest.

I came to this place for an estimate, they were happy to give me one.

Thanks to this business for taking the inside panel off if the hatchback of a Jeep Cherokee so it could be opened so a bulb could be changed. The lock mechanism had malfunctioned. They dropped what they were doing and took care of the problem very quickly. And for no charge! I am a previous customer and you can bet I will be a future customer when the need arises.

They were very nice and helpful. They fixed my issue quickly and were very informative as to what they had to do and how much it would cost as well as how long it would take.

Bill Mathews did a great job repairing the hail damage to my F150 pickup. I also had them replace the ball joints while they had the vehicle. All their work was great. I took my car here to get rear quarter panel replace along with the door panel repaired it took upwards at 3 weeks. But part of the reason was the insurance company. I did find that they damaged the inside of my car with boot or scuff marks of some sort. That was quite disappointing.
