Dont bother scheduling an appointment as it apparently means nothing. We scheduled months in advance because we needed a certain week. Last minute, they called and cancelled because they didnt have enough time. Completely unprofessional. The whole point of making an appointment is to reserve that time! We had to take our business elsewhere and I recommend you do as well.

I was in an accident and needed to get my car bumper repaired. Everyone in the body shop was so helpful and accommodating. They were very flexible and the process was easy to go through. I also appreciated that I got text updates regarding the status of my vehicle. They made it stress free.

The staff that checked in my vehicle were extremely friendly.Well organized group that was able to get me in and out of their facility quickly.My repair was completed the same day and was able to pick up my vehicle exactly where it was dropped off. I was very impressed and appreciate that level of service.

I unexpectedly had to search for a new car so I have been to pretty much every dealership in town because I had no idea what I was looking for and my experience at Chevy was the best. I worked with Quest and he was the great; he made me feel comfortable the whole time (not pushy or rushed like many other dealerships). He was knowledgeable about the new cars as well as the used. He let me look inside of and drive as many cars as I was interested in. When it came to pricing I felt like Chevy was very transparent about every cost and clearly wrote everything down. I felt like if I choose to buy a car at Chevy I would have known exactly what I was paying for. I would gladly do business with Reliable Chevy in the future and I highly recommend working with Quest.

I have honestly surprised myself by writing this review because historically i have hated my experiences going into a car dealership. I worked with Lucas Martin and he was a class act. We did the entire transaction via text message and then they delivered the car two hours away to my home. It was perfect and did not take me away from work for an entire day to go negotiate. The price was fair, all of my questions got answered, Lucas never stopped communicating, and it was a smooth transaction. I would absolutely recommend these guys if you are looking for a non-traditional car dealership experience.

Had the opportunity to work with Justin Hawkins and Tyler Nation. Very thankful for them both! They went above and beyond for us. I mean, they really exceeded any and all expectations. My girlfriend Jennifer C and I went here today to purchase a vehicle for her. I have to tell you...I have bought more than my fair share of new cars over the years but I have NEVER had such an easy and enjoyable experience as we did today. Our Sales guy Brad was fantastic and never once made us feel pressured. He listened to what we said and delivered exactly as asked. Of course, if you have ever bought a car you know that the F&I guys are always the guys that cost you more money than you wanted...Well not today. Mike J worked out a solution that got us a few extra protections and STILL kept us at the monthly numbers we wanted. I have never laughed and smiled so much in my life when buying a car. It truly was a wonderful experience. I wish now I had stopped there when I was looking to buy a new vehicle for myself. I know now where I will go in a couple years when its time to trade in!

Just relocated to Missouri so my 2018 Chevy needed to get an inspection before I could register it. I was very happy that Reliable was able to get me right in without an appointment. I always service my vehicles at the dealership so Im looking forward to visiting them again in the future. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars, was I felt bad and was embarrassed for the service writer who squeezed me in, as he was on the phone and his supervisor felt the need to be a little aggressive towards him while I waited. Other than that a very good first impression.

Took my car in to get an oil change and get a new battery. They did replace my battery but didn’t change my oil. They also said I had an oil leak and that they needed to keep my car to fix it which is understandable. But I would have never thought these people would take my car for a joy ride. I had a full tank of gas and they used half of it and added 100 miles to my car. Also, they scratch the interior door of the drivers side. Additionally, if you are expecting to get updated on your car and what they are doing on your car good luck with that I had to call and text them to get updates when they said they would keep me updated. I dont recommend going here to get a service on your car.

My wife and I had a great experience with your team on 8/29/20. Lucas met with me prior to this to go over a few truck options I was interested in. We scheduled back so my wife could have a look also. Due to weather we were delayed about an hour but Lucas made time to see us with no issues. Lucas and Brian were great to work with. Brian came over and gave some great options to decide once we had decided on the truck we wanted. We left knowing we werent quite there yet on our decision. But it was not for the lack of trying. Even when we said we would have to consider it, Brian continued to visit. We talked hunting and I cant seem to get away once that starts. He never made us feel rushed, even when we said we werent purchasing that day. After leaving we received a call. We were only a few miles down the road and a number from Tennessee popped up. James called and asked if we would consider coming back. He didnt have a chance to look at our truck we were trading in. He said we are only a few thousand between us and he hated to let us go. We decided we could go back. When we went back, we were taken into the office of the owner of the dealership. We had no idea James was the owner! James was fantastic. Patient and kind. We really felt like he wanted to make this right so we could go home with the truck we were wanting. After some discussion on where he could go and what we wanted, we agreed to the sale. My wife got her new tires and wheels too. We were quickly sent to sign some paperwork that had been started by Lucas. As he was busy, we had help and didnt have to wait. We then met with finance and had a great experience with him. We felt like everyone was transparent with the deal and the options to purchase the plan for repairs was detailed where we could understand it. It is not a warranty and that makes sense. Weve done that in the past and wouldnt do it again. We are very happy with our decision. We expect to be back in the future. I want James to know his team values him as a leader. We had several staff tell us they work there because of his leadership and honesty. You cant mistake great leadership. It bleeds into the team. You have a great team.Dale and Christie Wimberly

Bought a truck in April and never received the title. Even went in in June and filed for a new title, still haven’t received it and they said they can’t do anything for me. Absolute terrible customer service. I’m paying a truck payment for my truck to sit in my driveway because I can’t go liscense it.
