The BrakeBest brand distributed by this company and sold through Oreilly Auto Parts are manufactured in Taiwan. The quality of these parts are poor. Changes have been made to the design of the parts that now render them less robust then the originals. Kit MCK35404 brake master rebuild kit has one useful part in it out of the 7 parts in the kit. Do not let manufactures in Taiwan redesign these parts, it makes your company look bad.

Bought a battery at OREILLY for my jetski, didnt even last a year, high DOLLAR gel CELL, notice a double sticker placed for the date of manufacture, the battery was a year older than the sticker showed, the second sticker placed on top of the original sticker showed the date of manufacturing was 2 -19, OREILLY claimed it was a warranty extension, so I ask another counter person what the sticker represent, stated that it was the Date of manufacturing, placing a sticker on top of the original Date of manufacturer is Deceptive TradeNo wonder this place has 2.7 rating., apparently they dont care, with all the negative reviews, its hard to believe its 2.7

Their batteries suck. Bought 2 neither held for more than 6 months with a battery tender holding the charge unhook the tender they loose their charge after a few starts. They are big POSS.

These people built low quality, horribly designed products. Avoid them if you got any common sense. What a rip off company!🤬

This Is OREILLY s Warehouse. Ive had to go to this location SEVERAL times & Pick-up Our parts for they didnt have them in the store.MOST of the time these People are very Pleasant to work with. Unfortunately just like every other place in Town once in awhile you run into SOMEONE That should be working someplace else snooty & Rude.

Unfortunately this is low of a score that I can give. Customer service lol yeah bought 2 quarts Castro syntrax75-90 in am last week while changing differential fluid, already had another. Was quart or more short went back to the same stoe that night. They had no Castro left so grabbed 2 quarts of Master pro 75-90. I only ended up using one of the two. Wouldnt return numbers different on bottle and receipt. Well only place I bought it from same day . no worries, last time I use them for anything

Have bought several of your batteries for an atv, now I understand why they only have a 90 day warranty. Off brands are cheaper and unfortunately last just as long.

Quality control failure. My F-150 replacement brake pads were not fabricated properly. One was a little too long and will not go on with the clips. Fix your equipment.

Oreilly Auto Parts / Ozark Automotive Distributors 18 Wheel Truck almost ran me down and killed me on the Hwy. Dot # 222024. Dangerous Driver. Ironic they sell Auto parts to the people their driver almost killed with their Truck !

Delivery appointment was at 5 am and did not get started to unload me until 6:30 am and decided to unload the 6 am truck appointment before the 5 am appointment. I was ready in the dock to go since 1730 the night before so the could unload me the first thing in the morning. So what is the point of having appointments if you don’t keep nor follow them.
