Don’t pay up front like I did. You will not get the part and you will not get your money back. Absolutely the very biggest ripoff salvage yard you will run across. Not just me I talked to a lady this morning who paid up front for 16” wheels and they give her 17” wheels when she went back they wouldn’t correct the problem they blamed it on computer era. On her ticket it said 16”. I lost $65.00 and they never had the part to begin with...

If I could do negative stars I would. Very rude people and the fact you have to tell them how to take something off of a vehicle is ridiculous. Especially when they charge you a 125 labor fee. I will not be coming back to this dumb! They also tell you 1 price and charge you another. Very unprofessional rude people.

THESE GUYS REALLY GO THE EXTRA MILE. IF THEY DONT HAVE IT THEY WILL FIND THE PART IN A TIMELY MANNER.!

Very professional, very friendly and very knowledgeable. I had an instrument cluster that stopped working and They put my mind at tease and told me that they could fix it!! the prices was less than half of the cost of a new one and they had it done and back to me in one day. I will definitely use them in the future and would recommend everyone to do the same!

I had a piece of damaged trim on my car and Seth replaced it for me. He said to be sure and come back if I needed something else. About a month later I went back for another piece of trim, Seth remembered me and in five minutes he had my car looking like new. He was very nice and I definitely recommend them for service and price

Closed when u -hail had us set a time for 1 and we got there at 12:30 a waste of time and had over 12 people waiting out side to get Sevice you obviously have a problem. Closing early or not opening up on time!!!!!!!!! Smh bad for business.

If I could give a negative star I would. DO NOT do business with this company. By far the most unprofessional, rude owner Ive ever dealt with. Alton is the owner of this company that handled my Uhaul return.Calling Alton in a respectful way I asked him about a charge. He told me he would put me on hold however I could hear how rude he talked about me to someone else in the background. He proceeded to put the blame on another company, raised his voice multiple times to me, told me he had other things to do he didnt need to deal with this, continued to cut me off while I was talking calmly, he didnt want to give me his DMs name and only until after multiple attempts did he provide that information. Finally, he just hung up on me. I called back and the next person didnt even know of the DM. After digging around I was able to locate the DM and express my concerns.Alton should not be running a business with the way he talks to customers. I understand if work is busy and sometimes it can be stressful, but never should the customer feel talked down to and even hung up on because he couldnt deal with the situation.

I bought a trans from them off of carparts.com and they said they had it. After a week said they scraped it. It took them over two weeks to pay me back. Stay away from them in my opinion.

Lady on the phone was rude and for facts I know they have the part im looking for and she turned me down saying they dont have it. Seemed like she was in a hurry and didnt want to go an extra foot for a customer. Dont recommend it worst auto salvage here in Springfield.

I got a flat on I-44 in the middle of the night driving from OKC to Ohio. The next morning I found out I needed a new rim. Tire dealers in Springfield told me it would take 3 days to get one shipped in. I called Alton and he said I could get me a rim shipped overnight. I told him that I could drive on my donut spare for a bit and asked him to see if there was a rim available on the way to St. Louis. Minutes later he found a rim, I gave him my credit card and 2 hours later I picked up the rim at the salvage yard up I-44. Very friendly and tremendous service.

They like to write their item number on painted pieces and it doesn’t come out. Windows is okay put it there all day. You can get a razor blade to that, but really? A door? So I have two nice new doors on a project truck with giant numbers on the side that I can’t get off. Real smart.

I give a 5 star to all parts cause they know what their doing. Brang my car they fixed not a problem yet and I also came to get parts and almost all the time they have it and the counter people are outstanding thank you all parts for your remarkable service.

I bought and purchased an engine and had it installed and purchased a 12 mo 12,000 mi warranty. Called Alton and explained my car seemed to be missing. He said it was the spark plug wires. Said he was going to replace them with new. They never did. They relaxed them with used. However called again and spoke to Heimy explained that something seemed to be wrong and ask since I’m under warranty if they could look at it. He passed me along once again to Alton who quoted me an $80.00 diagnostic chk and also $80.00 an hour for labor and whatever parts may cost. I was only charged $55.00 an hour on labor to install the engine. He seemed to have an attitude on my inquiries concerning my engine. Why would he quote me $25.00 more on labor. I’m looking into legal aspects

Im not sure how so many people have had bad experiences with this place.. But They have been more than fantastic for me. Not only are they a great place for used parts, but they have amazing mechanics as well.. Its one of only two shops in town that I would ever trust to take my car to. Trust me when I say Ive had my fair share of issues and no my way around a car pretty good. Theyre always honest and straight forward, and never give a fuss when I need to return a part.. Though that doesnt happen often.

I was looking for what ended up to be a hard to find door glass. All of the local glass shops didnt have it. After calling some local salvage yards these guys were the only place that had it. They quoted me a fair price, had it pulled in about an hour on a busy day and I paid what they quoted me. Before today I hadnt been to this location but will consider then first if I ever need a hard to find part again.

Incredibly slow service and very rude!Back in January, I bought an engine from them through my usual mechanic. Engine broke down 3 weeks ago. It spent the 1st week at the other mechanic waiting for All Parts to get back to them with warranty information. It has spent the last 2 weeks at All Parts waiting to be repaired. They have accused me of not maintaining my car (though the oil was changed less than the recommended 6000 miles ago) and have threatened not to honor the warranty repeatedly. They talked down to me and treated me like a spoiled child when I called to find out why my car wasnt finished yet. My car isnt supposed to be done for another week!! :(

Ordered a transfer case from them. First strike was they forgot to get it ready for shipping, second strike, they sent the wrong one. But the third strike was worst of all. They said they would not pay the freight to return it. its industry standard that if the part is wrong because they inventoried it wrong they eat the freight there and back. But I guess All Thinks they are special. Will never buy from again
