Terrible customer service. Arranged to view and pick up parts, they sold parts b4 I arrived. I fulfilled my end they failed on theirs. I will not recommend this business to anyone and I will not do any business with them under their new business name monster junkyard.

I had nothing but the worst experience ever with this company they dont tell you when you buy parts through their company Empire that if you buy them theres absolutely no returns until after you already purchased the item so now Im stuck with parts that have been in boxes in my spare bedroom and theres no way to return them or get my money back when I didnt even need them in the first place and if I knew about that return policy I would have never purchase the parts to begin with so they scam you into keeping your money thats an awful way to do business and I will never go back or ever recommend them

I had a few good experiences, but then I told them I need a door, they brought a door with no inside. Meaning the buttons, door handle, it was just a shell. They are a gamble to deal with

I am building a kit car and need Subaru parts from time to time. I ask for obscure, usually inexpensive parts. John is always patient and helpful to me. He is a whiz on the computer, locates the part and calls me right away when he has it up front. I won’t go anywhere else for used parts.

On a rainy day my automatic driver side window wouldnt shut. I came to Boulevard Used Auto Parts and got the exact part that I needed quickly and without any hassle. Peter was incredibly helpful and professional. I was very pleased with the service and would come back again.

One time I got stranded in the middle of Hartford, flat tire! I had no spare or kit to replace the tire. I called this shop in Springfield and they found a way to get me a spare tire and kit within the hour. It was quite amazing to see the staff help us out. Peter was the one we spoke directly with. He made us feel at ease and took care of us immediately. Will never forget the experience.

Searching for affordable auto parts has always been a real hassle and pain, but after I started coming to Boulevard Auto Parts, PETE was incredibly helpful. At one point, I needed a rear differential for my Mercedes-Benz E350 and PETE didnt have it in stock, so he went above and beyond to find it for us. We were real happy to learn that we were able to get the part way below the projected price and the next day! Talk to PETE. I always left satisfied.

I had the worse experience they toom there time to even take care of me no good coustmer service what so ever everyone was standing there not speaking but they tell me they dont sell electrical but then would not let me return apart that i bought litterly the day before the take half ur money its a big ripp off they dont work with you juss stealing from you with there polices juss cause they can . Its sad . They need to do some adjusting when it comes to business !!!! Be very cautious when dealing with them.

First time I went there, they had parts they wouldnt sell me. Second time I went on a Friday and they told me they had a part I needed, but I couldnt get it till Monday. Because even though they open on Saturdays, they dont take parts off cars on Saturdays. I have never seen a junk yard staff so reluctant to work. I gave 2 chances to this place, I will never go back, nor will I reccomend anyone to go here.

WOW!!! I usually dont write reviews, but this place is worth writing about. Just so happens my car broke down, im new to the area so i relied on google for places i can go to that wont cost me an arm & leg. Boulevard Used Auto Parts was a top hit and based on their high reviews i decided to check them out. Much to my surprise, not only did they have what i was looking for but they also had a large selection of newer model vehicles there as well. They kept their office & yard tidy & organized. I was assisted right away, I explained as best i could what i was looking for, the staff there was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. They quickly found what i needed, i believe i only spent 15mins and the whole experience was a pleasant one. Not to mention the affordable prices. I believe this should be everyones first choice, Boulevard Used Auto Parts really knows how to take care of their customers. I will most definitely come back again.

The guys at this junkyard redeemed themselves very honorably after a mistake. They sold us a subframe for a Subaru Impreza and it was the wrong part for that model. We are a professional repair shop and had the car apart on our lift, so this made for a very inconvenient delay. They then found another subframe that was not right according to the computer but that matched our damaged part exactly and was in better condition than the first one they had sent. So they get points from us for perseverance and resourcefulness.

After my land rovers maf sensor went out, dealer wanted $450. I went online to find a used one and BLVD parts came up. I was surprised to see my rare part in stock and for a fraction of the price. Picked it up in the morning and my check engine light was off in the afternoon. Thanks.
