Tons of clerks standing around, no body had knowledge about blink system.2 clerks told us to purchase and return if we couldnt figure it out.. Not a soul at checkout had to go ask clerk to send someone over. Much better store when you paid your employees commissions!!
I typically don’t leave reviews on chains, but the employees here that we interacted with were all phenomenal.We got to the store at about 7:30 pm, and Tyler helped us have a credit card and pay for the TV we were buying before 8:00. He was also funny, kind and genuinely enjoyable to be around, even though I’m sure he just wanted to get home.We ended up having to come back to pick it up the next day (our fault, not theirs!) and Brandi at the front customer service was excellent (and much more awake than I am at 10 am).Overall, the amazing customer service here will be bringing us back for any big electronic purchases we have to make while we live in the area.PS - for you to enjoy the mental imagery of, we brought a 65” TV home in a Toyota Corolla. We don’t know how we managed it either 🤷🏼♂️
Incredible service. They helped us change our purchase of a TV to a pickup for the next day when we found out it wouldnt fit in our car. Team member in the TV department was incredibly friendly and professional
I placed an online order, and got 2 text confirmations and 1 email confirmation. Then they cancelled my order the next day. They said it was fraud prevention, even though I scanned my credit card in their app! I understand fraud prevention, but dont send me 3 confirmations if my order isnt confirmed. Now Ive spent an hour on the phone, and have to place a new order.
I just bought a new phone there & highly recommend buying a phone there as opposed to at your service provider’s store.The lady that helped us really seemed to care more about customer satisfaction, as opposed to just getting money out of us. She was also very friendly & knowledgeable about the phones. The phones are also better priced. The process was very quick & easy - no complications whatsoever!
Not much useful stuff in stores anymore. Mostly overpriced Rocketfish products and cheap electronics. They do carry some entry level pro camera gear, however. The bane of brick and mortar these days is needing to keep high profit margin items readily available to offset the cost of a building.Would kill for a Microcenter in Springfield, MO.
Seems to be a great place. I have been here numerous times. I have had honest service and helpful service. I feel like they Geek Squad workers I have worked with are since in the advice and help they try to give me. I think you that it is a place worth going. The other workers have been helpful and friendly as well. But I do say this, don’t go in if you don’t want to spend money.
The geek squad was awesome they were quick and the fixed my ipad.

Best buy has a great deal of items in their store. I was looking for a professional autel Evo drone and they didnt have any nor did they have the pay over time to that they previously had so I had to go a different route. But overall a great place for high end items. Best buy.... get those pay over time deals back. Your losing money!
We went to look for smart watches, and they were out of most of them. We did end up getting one, and my sister really loves it. Would definitely recommend

They weren’t able to switch the name of my pick up order so my fiancé could pick it up for me. They made a lot of excuses about making sure it went to the correct person, yet when picking it up in store, they only asked for my phone number. Over the phone they told me no because “any one can just have your information” yet didn’t even id me like the email said or give them the confirmation number so it was frustrating that they gave me a hard time about changing the pick up person.
O absolutely love this store!!! I went there to buy a new phone and the guy that helped me was amazingly so knowledgeable about all the different phones. And they have ALL offices in stock!!
Had a problem with a defective electronic and they helped me exchange it worry free. I did have insurance and whe I got home the item was also defective and had to come back and again they were very helpful with that transaction. The workers were very kind. Got me out both time very quickly and efficiently.
They had a decent variety of headphones but every single pair that I saw was cheaper online. Im wondering how much longer brick and mortar businesses will still be alive.
Today I went to the store in springfield mo and the attention was terrible and that for lack of training of those who attend the cashier. I dont have time for people who dont know their job well. If they continue like this I will close my account.

I waited in like for 20 minutes for the geek squad people to tell me I had to have an appointment. Then proceeded to talk the lady behind me who didn’t have an appointment for the geek squad. As I was walking out they were helping her with her computer. I assume it’s because she looked like a adult. Not very professional service.
I went in to look a the OnePlus One Nord10. I understand that the phone department is busy. However with that being said, the staff could at least acknowledge that they see you. Its not like it was 5 minutes to closing time. Were talking 11:00 am. I didnt bother to hang around and be ignored.

Store was well stocked and staffed and I had no issues finding what I needed around the store. They also were great about price matching an item I needed with the Amazon listing I had pulled up.
I am trying to schedule a TV installation and just waited on hold for 35 minutes. Twice I got through to someone who said, “Oh sure I can help; give me just a minute” and then transferred me to another menu that added another 10 minutes to my wait time. Finally I was given the opportunity to enter my number for a call back which I’m now waiting on.
They always have what I’m looking for - and more. And usually someone very helpful and patient to explain the subtle differences in products I’m interested in. Best But never disappoints. AND they price match.
“Ready in 1-hr” is an absolute joke. I placed my order around 11:30am, it is now 6:38pm and the item is still being processed. Terrible customer service. I called 3 times and had to wait 10mins each time just to get hung up on. Zero stars is what is truly deserved.
Jordon ( electronics/Verizon) at Springfield Missouri BB is outstanding. Took extra time to look at the details of an iPad Pro I was considering. He noticed it was not cellular compatable. I will return because of his service.

The associates in the store are helpful, when you get their attention. You may have to search somebody out, rather than them coming up to you.Its not this stores fault, but the Best Buy credit card is a scam and not worth it. The entire purpose of this card is to try to charge cardcarriers a high APR and as many late fees as possible. I used it for one purchase and then canceled it a few months later, given the lack of customer service on the phone (CitiBank, not Best Buy). The card is not worth it!
They have almost everything you need except for this one has a very limited selection compared to the bigger Best buy stores people working there very polite and helpful
Ive nothing bad to say about Best Buy. Their extended Service plans are the greatest. Not the best prices, but not the worst. No military discount at Springfield (Battlefield) Missouri location.
When I went to buy something the store look like it had been ransacked, all the merchandise was missing due to the greedy people of Branson wanting more money for rent, absolute crazy the greed that the Branson owners have on property and the taxes, never fix anything just want money!!!!

Hope you have better luck than us ordering through their website! Trying to purchase a washer/dryer combo proved impossible due to back ordered items. As soon as I confirmed my order, BAM! (out of stock for 2 more months) I wish they had appliances to purchase and take home same day but it was still easy enough to order in store. Josh at this store was a huge help! We chose a set and decided to pick them up, which only took 2 days until they were ready, and installed ourselves. *They are currently swamped with deliveries* All in all, we are happy with our new machines and the customer care we received from this location. Ordered a refrigerator and the first delivery the unit was damaged. Had to wait a week to get a new one and they did not discount anything with all the trouble I had with getting a good product.
Good selection of electronics and appliances. Beware of buying accessory cables, etc. here as they are marked up way over average retail and the quality isnt neccessarily any better.

Theres actually an Open Box sale, 25% off of previously returned items...they are basically brand new, someone didnt like them and returned for something else. We were able to get an upgraded laptop for less than the amount of the lesser model.

Called today at 12:44pm to receive a message that they are not taking calls at this location at this time, then referred me to their website. I expect any retailer to take my call during business hours on a weekday. Looks like this is the beginning of the end for Best Buy. We pay retail prices for a timely in-person customer service experience. Radio Shack, Sears, Penneys and many others couldnt figure this out, so theyve been steamrolled by Amazon. I can assure you that Amazon.com offers every single item carried by Best Buy...at lower prices and available faster. Goodbye Best Buy!

Took my gaming desktop that would not display on my monitor, paid $100 to have them run diagnostics for 4 days they were unable to do anything besides tell me they “suspect” it’s my motherboard although they didn’t run any tests to check. Very disappointed. I don’t know how they are with laptops or phones, but I absolutely would not recommend wasting your money on the $100 diagnostics. I truly feel like a got scammed.

Bought a TV from here that ended up having a HDMI issue. I didnt get the extended protection, but I brought it back in time to return anyways. I forgot to put the TVs remote in the box it came in and this location isnt accepting phone calls right now so I cant call and tell them. What kind of business doesnt take phone calls?

I’ve bought quite a few electronics from this location over the years. I’ve always had a positive experience doing business with Best Buy. In the era or doing all shopping online, sometimes it’s nice to be able to experience electronics in person before you buy.I first bought a Microsoft laptop here. I knew it wasn’t for me in a couple days. I returned it. No questions asked. I bought a MacBook that was on sale instead. Best Buy also sells appliances. Best Buy makes the shopping experience easy. Lots of staff to handle any questions you may have.
I wish they had more to offer .. they dont have very much camera things.
They have a employee in each section educated on items,product,etc.

You know, I was super skeptical about going here as I cannot stand box stores with pushy people trying to sell you superfluous things. However, having gone to ask questions about a gaming system I knew nothing about and perhaps order one for our youth group I had THE MOST delightful employee help me, and most importantly be patient with me. I’m not saying all employees deserve these five stars but it made such a positive impact on me that I believe my visit is deserving of such a rating. Also, their prices beat out Sams club! I was floored about that. They are definitely trying to do well by their customers even though getting products is proving difficult due to inflated shipping costs.
The service and staff was friendly and informative. However I happened to go shopping for a printer and a camera, and they had absolutely nothing in stock. Yet they had all of the displays and prices labeled for browsing. I was told by an employ that they havent had cameras in stock since December of 2019, with a large grin 😀 included. Wow, how useless and misleading is this store??? People only buy locally hoping items are on hand ✋... If theyre not on hand, then people go straight to another store or Amazon.

Ever since Best Buy 86d Circuit City, this has been the only place locally to get your electronic swag on. For the most part its good. The associates are hit or miss. Sometimes it feels like Im talking to Steve Jobs, master salesman. But other times I feel like I should be on the other end of the table asking if they want the receipt in the bag or with them. No worries though, they price match, so surf the web get the reviews and come in. They verify it on their phone for price matching. I would of graded it lesser but I come here probably 5 times a month just to demo their toys. Overall, it beats a stick in the eye.
Service was great and timely, staff seemed knowledgeable and helpful. Only reason Im giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is that they neglected to mention the TV we were purchasing would not work with our current audio setup without additional hardware. Not a big deal, but I directly explained my setup and was not told I would need additional components. Upon the 2nd visit they were able to help me find everything I needed to make it work. Make sure you do your research and know what questions to ask.

I even called in and since they are not taking phone calls on location I ended up talking to some non-english speaker who put me on hold and refused to help me. I would not recommend buying from Best buy just buy from Amazon
I wish I had gotten the guys name but I asked a question, he answered, I thanked him and started to walk away. As I turned around, saw him making faces and rolling his eyes, gesturing towards me to a fellow employee. OBVIOUSLY about me. I know Im fat, but wow. I would hope people would be respectful, especially on the clock. I wont be spending any of my money there again.

We have run a small web-based company for many years, and if you do anything like this, I HIGHLY recommend signing up for their Geek Squad service. Its a relatively small fee per year, but theyve helped us out so many times now with virus issues and other problems, almost always at no additional cost. Very knowledgeable, very professional, and its a no brainer where well buy the products in the first place when they take care of you like that.

These people are a joke you go to a store to purchase an item and they tell you that you can order it on line. Yeah what ever I came to the store to purchase an item thanks staff I just would like them to stock the items I need. I am well aware the line purchasing and wanted the item now not 2 weeks from now.

So let me just start by saying that I had a horrible day on Saturday. My wife and I decided that we needed to go Christmas shopping for our daughters before all the Black Friday deals are gone.We knew what we were looking for, but needed more information and had a lot of questions. I was dreading coming in that night because my patience was already running low. Then Rolland stepped in to help. We told him what we were looking for, he explained everything, made some recommendations of his own, and answered all of our questions. We were curious about some protection plans, and he answered the questions about those too!I really can’t even begin to explain how thankful I was about the high level of customer service that we received. It was awesome! Thank you guys so much. Definitely gained a couple happy customers!

Ok, but most of the things were not in stock.
Best Buy has seen some change... Some good some bad. Overall I feel its been a decline. Staff was very helpful, but the store layout, while open doesnt seem overly welcoming. Some offerings there are an abundance and some are either lacking or non-existent.
Do not use Verizon department here. Very misleading. Told us we qualify for the promotion. When I went to send in our old phones within the 30 day window, found out it cancelled any previous promotions. This was never communicated. So now we own an additional $460. Can not take back the new phones because it has been over 14 days. So 30 days to send in, but if in the process you find out you have been mislead and its after 14 days, youre stuck. Also was told one of the old phones was worth $700 on trade in. But only shows up as 350 when I actually try to trade it in. When asked online why this was, the response was, you need to upgrade your plan to get the $700, but its only $10 a month per line. Again, this was never communicated by the best buy verizon rep. 10 a month on a 24 month contract is $240. So the verizon person is telling me, its only $240. Thank you verizon for your amazing customer service and transparency to your customers of over 10 years. smh
