The staff is so polite and helpful. The guy that helped me had only been there 3 days but was willing to help. His thought was that even if he had to get someone else to help it was better than not helping me at all. I had just had hip surgery a couple days before and he was making sure I got all the help I needed and that I needed.

Its always fun to go in. See everything that they have. Sales on arts and crafts. Good place to go if you are looking for out of the ordinary.

The store is so much fun just browsing around and when you do decide to get something its most likely on sale and its always in stock. Great place! Mucho bueno

Very friendly. Lots of craft items and all kinds of paint acrylic, oil ect. I always get my canvases here because they always have them on sale and I like that as I grab the bundles so I save money.

Great variety and clean store. There wasnt many items in the clearance isle like there normally is but other than that we were happy. They had some things I had not seen at local Hobby Lobby stores where I live.

This is my all time favorite place for buying craft supplies, sewing tools and material, drawing/painting supplies,flowers, home decor, art supplies, scrapbooking, holiday themed supplies and decor, furniture, jewelry making. Did I mention they have supplies to decorate and put the wow in your wedding? You name it, think it up & create it and Hobby Lobby will supply the tools. They are by your side through the whole creative process. All the crafts, drawings and paintings below were all created with Hobby Lobby supplies.

It was a really windy day so decided to go look for a kite. Selection was just an end cap of fairly cheap options. As to be expected, I mean who really flies kites anymore these days? As I was walking around a book caught my eye that was $15. The book made the trip worth it. Huge store and lots of arts and crafts items. Can easily spend a lot of time in the store if you arent careful.

This was the worst experience with Hobby Lobby Ive ever had. The checker was nice, but the manager or whatever is her title, was standing next to the checker and she was super rude and unprofessional towards me. During this transaction, I learned that the 40% off an item coupon was no longer valad. When I said...what?? The manager looked and me and said...were doing fine without it. She was extremely rude and unprofessional because I had no idea that the coupon was no longer available to use and she treated me like I was stupid because I didnt know. I used to work at Hobby Lobby, and I know that it was never acceptable to speak to your customers as this manager did.

Even though a item I bought was discontinued The whole staff even the assistant store manager found the item on the old theater in the back and since I had my receipt in the text I was able to get a full refund. I am really happy with the service I got hobby lobby.

LITERALLY love hobby lobby! Me and my sister go there all the time.....today we were literally profiled and watched heavily beacuse we werent I guess dressed like some high class people.....they assumed we were stealing and announced it on the intercome... Ive been in this customer service industry for a while and never did I once judge my customers on how they looked and assumed they stole......very disappointed in this situation and will be going to corporate!

Hobby lobby in Springdale Ar is awesome. The staff is plentiful and they are glad to help you. The store is very clean and because of the COVID virus they clean their carts and wipe down their card machines and their registers. The bathrooms are always clean with plenty of paper towels and the soap dispensers are always fullVery good customer service!. I love Hobby Lobby in Springdale Ar, West Sunset Avenue.

I dislike having to go to Hobby Lobby based on principle. Its even worse when you cant find what youre looking for. They had absolutely nothing I was looking for. It was a complete waste of time.

Always find wonderful crafts and premade deco items. Usually theres even a coupon to be found online to use towards a higher price item on your list. I still love old school cross stitch kits. They are hard to find. But I was able to buy the most adorable detailed baby themed quilt I am now making for my first grandchild. Thanks Hobby Lobby!

Great shopping fun. Thats the reason for the 5 stars and help from the floor people. But on the checkout experience was another. Our checkout person miss counted the money we gave her. And rather than recount, told us we hadnt given her enough. My wife was polite and said she had given her the correct amount. So the checkout person reluctantly recounted and realized we had given her the appropriate amount. At that point she was abrupt at getting us out of her line. Was kinda sad that happened. It kinda took away from our fun experience at Hobby Lobby.

Im an artist and I live outside the city, so having Hobby Lobby be just a little drive is great. They have the majority of my art supplies stocked here and they do custom framing, with a wide assortment of choices, so I can take my work from start to finish here.

They had all the art supplies I needed and it was all on sale 50%.

Love that store, nice greeting and socially personable...well except one young woman in fabrics, not sure if she had a bad day or what, but it was only 11:00 am, she seemed and looked very unhappy with me, and I was just waiting for my mom. Anywho once I left her mean stare I found my mom. Love that store!!!

I always love my trips into Hobby Lobby. This location is a little out of the higher traffic locations so its always the best for finding the item the other Hobby Lobby locations are sold out of.

Something for everyone, and there is a 40% off coupon every week so if its not on sale you still get a bargain. I get my scrapbooking stuff and my sewing needs and love the clearance sections.

The store is very nice, clean, and organized. We never seem to find anything out of place. Most all of the associates are very friendly and helpful, but we have had a bad time returning an item to this store. The manager handling the returns absolutely grilled us about if it was actually a Hobby Lobby item. They had to call an associate from the specified department to check out the item to ensure we werent lying. It was a fairly frustrating experience, as the item was literally a Hobby Lobby brand item, but usually this store is a good store to visit!

Best place for craft needs! Being an artist, I have to watch myself when going here. I love the app that allows you to get one item at 40% off, and they always have deals with 50% off some section in the store. I get my artwork framed and matted here with the discounts it can be far less than specialty frame shops.
