So many great things for a buck! This is THE PLACE to pick up some stocking stuffers folks! Also a huge variety of candies! Also some great smaller packages things that are great for camping/hiking and road trips. The shelf stable milk is great!

I bought a box of ice cream sandwiches, and they were so old that the ice cream was brown and breaking down.I love this store, but it was disgusting.

The store was extremely junky and the floor had brooms sitting out and trash all over the floors,just plain nasty. Outside was extremely nasty.If its not cleaned up I will not be back.

Dollar tree stores are a unique place as everything IS a dollar each! This dollar tree isbthenonebi perfer as I get premium batterys there reading glasses, and other different items there that perform as well as any you get somewhere else except they cost twice as much or more other places.They could spend more effort cleaning the sometimes, but staff is nice and courteous.

I love being able to buy balloons for a $1. They have a great selection of party supplies, art and crafts and snacks.

My girlfriend got me coming here a few months ago and now Im addicted to it I love it its like Christmas every day

Store #1830 Cashier with multi colored hair was extremely rude and a terrible representative of your company. She allowed and encouraged her teenage daughter, who happened to be in the store visiting, to be even ruder.

Disgusting store and parking lot. There was a horrible smell in the frozen food section when I was here today. The parking lot hasnt been cleaned in weeks. Filthy. So bad I actually called corporate.

Nice clean store. Friendly helpful employees. Some times not enough cashiers so alot of time there is a long wait to check out, but other than that its overall a good store.

The cashier was polite and courteous. How ever the manager needed to remove a rude and obnoxious customer who was being rude not only 2 ladies behind us but also to my 15yr old daughter! The manager was up by registers and stood and looked but did nothing. The star is for the cashier only

6 adult customers in the store w/o a mask on. Signage on entrance that masks are required. Mgr. observed them enter, did not offer them a mask or intervene, 1 of the maskless customers was coughing...alot. Also, no shopping carts available. I saw 3 carts on different aisles full of boxes of merchandise, to be put on the shelves. 1 Cashier=long line. No social distancing. I went elsewhere for what I needed. The 1 star is for the Cashier only.

The store was Very disorganized considering there were lots of empty shelves. Didnt have what I needed and since I am only passing through the area I most likely will not return next time in area.

Not well stocked

This place is always always trashed from the outside parking lot in. I can never find what I come in here looking for and end up going to a different Dollar Tree in Fayetteville. The manager here has been in charge of this store for quite a few years already so Im having a hard time understanding why he can never seem to keep it organized like every other Dollar Tree can.

They always have what I want

They had closed at 7 New Years but my husband and I didnt realize it when we walked in at 7:30. I grabbed 1 thing and needed and suddenly several employees came out the back room to tell us they had been closed but left the door unlocked for an employee to leave. Despite them being closed they still allowed me to buy what I needed. Im so appreciative! The manager is very nice.

Such friendly staff! Much improved. Though it always is very busy a could use an extra employee for check-out. Great organization! Wonderful for cheap, basic craft supplies and also great household basics for young adults on their own for the first time.

Long line, only 1 working

Always great products but the staff is why I go back. They are very friendly, helpful and they get you checked out in a decent amount of time. Store is always clean and well stocked.Kudos to Management.Lead by example.

Yeah, the employees are nice and there is a wide selection of items you can purchase. But if you are in a rush do NOT go here. I was trying to buy a simple card for my nieces birthday party and the line was huge! There needs to be more employees. And I was also there to get tissue paper but guess what, they had TWO packages of tissue paper. And one of them was for a baby shower, which I didnt need. And I went there early in the morning too, surely they restock at night, right? WRONG. I saw them restocking at 10 in the morning! I had to wait at least 5 minutes to get to the cards. I know I sound harsh but it is the truth.

The place is gross its all dirty and most things contrary of its name are over one dollar. In side of the store was a mess and lets not talk about the entrance it was discussing. Also none of the employees were cleaning or doing anything to make the place look better.

5 employees only one was checking out customers and asked repeatable for help,very long line of customers. It wasnt that the others were even busy just didnt care and the cashier was repeatably telling the others she was off in ten minutes and needed her drawer pulled. Good thing prices are so good . Sad employees are not held accountable in most companies for their work performance.

Waited in line at the only cashier for 15 minutes. The manager was aware and only came to assist when a customer told him that the cashier up front needed assistance.

I was able to go in and somewhat find some of the items that I was looking for. The parking lot is small and it is easy to get crowded. Overall I will be back.

Everything is $1 or less. At times, they have name brand items, Hefty, Goo Gone, STP products. They carry just about anything you need to clean your house, have activities for your kids.... if you havent tried it yet, then try it at least once.

This place improved for two months after the employee turn over. Now its just as bad as it used be. Ive heard the assistant managers cussing around costumers and acting very strange as if under the influence of something. I overheard one cashier say Ive asked for help many times, but they [other co-workers] dont care. The inventory here its also hit or miss. Not enough employees with there head in the game to get a better review. My suggestion: Go to Fayetteville Dollar Tree their customer service is awesome and its worth the trip!

I look foward to seeing what deals they have managed to come up with since my last visit. Simple one dollar its yours plus tax of course. Rotating product base really makes a return visit a must.

I experienced the exact same thing as the woman who commented earlier. I was taking my three grandchildren (10, 8 and 6) on a fun day of shopping. I gave them each $5 in the car which made them happy. We had not even gotten completely in the door when this horrible woman yelled at us from half way across the store You have to keep those kids with you while you are in here. They arent allowed to run free. My grandchildren and I were very offended by her remark. As we were shopping in the candy isle one of my grandchildren was standing close to the end of the isle (the end close to the cash registers) picking out his candy. Then over the intercom comes this loud voice saying There are kids in the candy isle, I need their parents to come get them. My grandchildren looked at me confused as all the other customers staired at us. I responded in a loud voice They ARE with a parent. I havent been back to that store. In the past I have noticed that the same woman is especially hateful with the Hispanics. One day she went off on a sweet, shy Hispanic couple.She just went on and on and on telling them how to raise their child. I heard her from across the room. I started walking that direction to help out that couple but that horrible woman had finally left them alone. I did apologize to that couple for her behavior telling them she was a mean lady. She needs to be fired.

Normally I like Dollar Tree, but this place was a mess and not well stocked. Nearly the entire store save the cards and party supplies looked like it had just been rocked by an earthquake. The freezer must have gone out as there was nothing in the frozen section. Disappointed and management should take greater pride and ownership of their store presentation. However, the staff were polite and friendly.

Customer service is horrible! When you ask for help some employees act like your bothering them & they never have enough cashiers when the lines are so backed up. They need new management i have tried to complain but manger tells me they dont have a complaint number. .

I love $ tree. I think it is terrble that when they had a chance to put one in Rogers they put another family dollor in Rogers less than a mile. All we hear from people is we need one here.

I, very unfortunately, had a terrible experience at this location yesterday (7/9/16). I visited with a friend of mine and our three older children (ages 9, 10, and 12). When I walked through the door it was literally a matter of minutes before I watched a short gray haired female employee walk past us and begin yelling across the store about how her back was killing her and how people are so rude because she had to pick some items up off of a lower shelf or the floor and return them to their intended spot. That was mightily off putting, however it got much worse. A few minutes later two of our children were walking through the store to find an item and the same lady yelled at them to stay with your parents- you cant run around here without them! Soon afterward, my son began to head down the toy aisle (with my permission) as I stood one aisle away and I heard this woman tell him that he cant be there without a parent. He politely explained to this woman that he had permission to be there without me and as I made my way over to the aisle, she was loudly telling him, No, we dont do that here! Where is your mom? I spoke up directly behind her, I am right here. She then disrespectfully relayed to me what I had already heard her say to my son. I looked past her to my child and also *loudly* said, You CAN be here and while I will not be in the aisle with you, I will be right nearby and keeping an eye on you. She left us alone after that. About a half hour later, when the store was about 35 mins away from closing time, she announced over the intercom that theyd be closing in 25 mins. She then exclaimed to a group of adults nearby that they needed to hurry along because they had 25 mins. A man, who I assume was put off by her extreme rudeness, sarcastically told her that he was going to stay all night. She came back with an unsurprisingly rude retort. A few minutes later she came back on the intercom and stated, Customers, dont let your kids run around the store! Keep your kids with you! Dont let them mess around- they need to be with you at all times! 😳 I couldnt see or hear any children whatsoever (other than my own), so it wasnt as though anyone was causing some type of ruckus (not that announcing anything of that nature over the store intercom is even remotely acceptable to begin with). All in all I was shocked that this woman is allowed to be employed in a customer service position of any kind. She was well beyond rude and practically what I would describe as downright hateful. I highly suggest a different location, perhaps one of the three Dollar Tree stores in Fayetteville (there is one about two mins away from the Springdale store). Not only were her words and actions incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable for any type of business, but I had the feeling the entire time I was there that I was unwelcomed. I strongly advise anyone considering visiting this establishment to shop elsewhere.

This is by far the worst store in nw arkansas. This past Saturday we were in there, only one cashier working, line was backed up to east wall. The other Associate was on break in the Office and no Manager on the premises

Filthy Dollar Tree. No organization whatsoever. Merchandise all over the floors. Dirt and other trash all over. I am surprised that this place is even open. Not to mention there was one checkout open with a line of ten customers deep.

It is the Dollar Tree. Sometimes they have what you need, sometimes not. Would of given 4 stars but I have fighting carts of stock to be put out to go down an aisle. Like their pin wheels for the garden. It is what it is!

Its not my favorite place to go because most of them are rude and i have seen several of them treat customers rudely and there is always long lines. Also they dont keep their store stocked well. Or Im just missing it and come on on a bad day. I do avoid it when i can.
