These folks are the best mechanics Ive ever been to! They actually listen to me when I describe the problem and respect any diagnostics Ive already done. They do theyre own diagnostics too, instead of just parroting what the computer tells them. Then, they go above and beyond on the work. If you have a car in their wheelhouse, this is the place to take it.

Straight forward. Good diagnostic. Symptoms could easily been upsold, were not. Clear estimate. I cross referenced price on parts, spot on. Labor cost reasonable. I often do my own work. Time to complete job, accurate. 1999 4Runner treated as well as the Europeans. Thanks.

I started out emailing Ozark Imports to make sure they could work on a Lotus prior to purchasing my Evora. Their response offering their services was prompt. Nick and Chris are great communicators. They worked my car in immediately, performed the work on time, did a great job on my car, let me know via text when it was done, performed the work at the price quoted, and the mechanic, Eric, actually took the time to explain his work when I picked my car up. Ozark Imports exceeded my expectations.

This place is the reason why folks don’t trust mechanics anymore. I had my Jag S-Type break down on me on the highway and took it here based on a recommendation from Meineke Car Center since they don’t work on Jags. Well it turned out to be a mistake. They called me back and quoted over $1,400 to fix my radiator. I then discussed it with fiancé and she said no way. Googled the cost to fix a radiator and it’s only ~$800 tops.Then when I went to pick up the vehicle they charged me $61.71 to diagnose the problem without ever stating that before. Crooked mechanics. Avoid over paying. Take your imports elsewhere.

Those folks at Ozark import know what they’re doing! Had them install my aftermarket performance suspension system on my 2019 Tacoma. They did a great job! Quality work! The service manager was very helpful and professional as well!

They work with pride and integrity. Facility is not the fanciest but dont let their looks deceive you. Its the best place to bring your imports. Ive been bringing all of my cars here for several years. Mr.Vining and his team are the best.

Great customer service. Surprised with how efficient they are, they fixed our problem with our BMW at the first visit. They explain well the problems found. We had a super trustworthy and family like experience. Would highly recommend these guys better than the BMW dealership and other BMW shops around town! (We went there and they where no good to us)

I had a great experience here with both my Porsche 911 and my wifes Audi A7. They were very professional and did a great job explaining what was going on, Im not much of a mechanic so I really appreciated them telling me the issue is simple terms and they even saved the old parts to show me what was defective. Great work and customer service, will definitely be coming back!

Quick service good communication

These guys worked on my BMW and I was pretty happy with what they did. They had a full shop with many of the makes that I like including a Lamborghini, Porsches, Mercedes, Land Rovers and lots of BMWs. I will be back to look at the cars at the very least. Love this place.

Most honest repair shop around! I felt like I had front brake issues but it turned out to be a tire issue instead. Eric brought me back to look at my car up on the lift and explained exactly what the problem was. What kind of repair shop talks you out of spending $500 on brakes that are still good?!! They fixed what they had the parts for. Got my car back to me the same day and resolved what problem they could. They arranged for me to come back when they had the needed part for the rest of the repair instead of keeping my car for days on end like some mechanics do. I will review again once its all fixed. The staff is friendly and professional. I am quite impressed so far

I brought my Range Rover Sport in for replacement of the air intake manifold gaskets. Quality work and saved me from having to drive to the Land Rover dealership in Tulsa. I dont usually post reviews but thought I should since I had second thoughts about bringing my car here after reading some of the bad reviews. I will definitely use them again for future repairs.

I stopped by to take a look at there roof, to come up with a solution to stop the leaks. While I was there, I had Mr. Vining take a look at my Toyota Highlander. It had been making this weird noice and he gave me his best opinion on what to do moving forward. Trust worthy business and the staff is super friendly!

Took Audi in to reset false alert button(tire low, service). Nothing wrong with vehicle, which we already knew. Charged us $100 to reset. Went to Car Clinic, no charge. Car Clinic is rated #1 in NW Arkansas. Wasted a day waiting to pay for nothing at Ozark Import. Emailed Ozark, no reply from owner on $100 charge to reset button. Never responded. Stay away!

Curtious friendly knowledgeable staff.They have been servicing and repairing my Lexus and two Toyota trucks for several years with NO problems. They are very professional and highly qualified to do any job you may need.

Ozark has worked on all my vehicles for years. Currently they work on my Acura MDX and Toyota Tundra. In the past they have worked on my Honda Accord and Lexus ES 300. They do a great job diagnosing any problem, they only fix what is wrong and I have never had to take a vehicle back to have it “fixed again”. They don’t try to up sell or sneak in mysterious new problems (like some shops I previously used). The owner (Eric) and his team have been great to work with and I will continue to take any vehicle I own to them for repairs.

VW Diesel TDI - motor mounts and turbo oil line leaks repaired. Always done in a timely manner and in good quality. I will use them again in the future. I’ve been happy with the service they provide. No up sales just good clean quality work.

Bought a BMW, drove the car for one month no issues. It was time to have the gasket valve cover replaced so electively I took my BMW to Ozark imports and paid them $600 for the job. Two weeks after they worked on my car my car had leaked 5.5 quarts of oil, and no one has worked on the car prior to Ozark imports. Called Ozark back and let them know that my car was leaking oil and that only they had worked on my car. I had to pop the hood and put in some oil to be able to drive it and noticed that the head of a bolt on my engine had been knocked off. Ozark Imports denies doing so. Said they were going to talk to the mechanic and look at my car. The next day they called me 15 minutes before they closed telling me to come pick up my vehicle when I went to pick up my vehicle it had not been touched. They stated that it’s not their fault and they did no such thing to my vehicle saying that the bolt was rusted and corroded. Once I got the car back home I found the head of the bolt, Under the hood around the engine housing and there was no rust no corrosion. So now I’m having to look elsewhere just to have a bolt extracted and another one put in and then find where the car is leaking oil. I do not recommend Ozark imports and I will never recommend them. They are crooked and caused more problems to a car that wasn’t broken at all. This place is Very dishonest! So, basically I paid $600 for them to break my BMW.

Great service

We have had them make repairs on our Audi tt twice. Both times they did a very satisfactory job, as a mechanic myself they are some of very few I trust . Some of the work was clutch, timing belt air conditioning and more.

Didn’t appreciate the lack of communication. I have a breathalyzer installed and instead of telling me they couldn’t figure it out I had to call at the end of the day to see what was up. It never got touched bc they couldn’t figure out the breathalyzer. They had called once explaining they didn’t understand how to work it but never called back to say they gave up or that I could come get it after explaining it would be finished at the end of the day. I spent $50 getting Uber’s there and home. Not currently happy. You could’ve at least called and said you weren’t going to do it.

Even though I thought the staff was great, I was told my bill would not be over $1500, the reason I took it in was because the air conditioner was not blowing cold all the time. My bill was $1575 and a month later my air conditioner stopped working. When I called back they said for me to bring it in. I took it back and was told that it was going to cost an additional $1000 to fix. Needless to say its been a hot summer with no air conditioner.

This is a good place to get your import goods but if you are ever looking to buy or need help selling a luxurious car you need to get yourself to Ehrlich Motorwerks. You can also find them on Google.

Cant keep a schedule. Set an appointment with them, and they said they would have to have the car until next week knowing that im hauling it over an hour and failed to mention that until the day of the appointment, when I set the appointment 4 days prior.

Well run clean shop, specialising in high end imports, Porsches, Maseratis, Feraris, Range rovers, Mercedes, Volvos, Jaguars etc.

I trust these guys, and they will be servicing my G35, MDX and 911 from mow on.
