This place is top notch! Great skilled service and very friendly and helpful staff! If you need any vehicle mechanical work, cant go wrong here. Note: they dont sell tires or do front end alignment.

I took my car there an over $500 worth of things were stolen from my car. There defense was the cameras werent working. Id advise anyone that goes there to remove everything from it. Better yet dont go there at all.

Y’all!!! I’m going to take the time to express how greatful I am to have found FINN AUTOMOTIVE in Springdale. As some of you may know, I took my car to HONDA to get looked at because something was off.... They came back saying my CV axles need replaced, after labor and parts they quoted me $1642. 🤯 ~$507 for my left axle and ~450 for my right axle. thanks to a friend and family member for suggesting Finn! 🙏🏼 I called them, Jennifer (one of the owners) listened to everything I had to say, didn’t ever stop me, correct me, nor not believe me because I’m a girl.. they had a 2 week wait because they’re so busy, cheap, and GOOD! Cut to the chase, Jennifer got BOTH my axles for $179.18 and my transmission seal for $8. After taxes and labor and installation, I walked out paying $430!!!!! She was so very reassuring every time I called to follow up or ask questions. When I met her in person she was so cool, we clicked immediately. She explained to me everything they saw and fixed. They even took a look at my breaks on the side. I’m blown away by how many cars they work on, on a day to day basis! ANYONE AND EVERYONE go to Finn Automotive for any major car repairs!! NO JOKE! my car is officially fixed!

I loaned my car to my sons’ friend. It broke down near Finns shop. It’s been a long time since I met an honest mechanic. That day, it was repaired and ready for her to continue using, as she was in dire need. I recommend these folks to everyone that asks.

The mechanics and office staff are knowledgeable and very professional. There is no pressure, just high quality service. They dont have a comfortable waiting room, so I recommend dropping your car off and returning later. I was highly impressed with their knowledge and integrity.

I have been coming to Finn Automotive for close to 20 years. There is no better automobile repair place in Springdale than Finn. They have been in business for a very long time and that’s why people keep coming back to them because they know they are dependable & reliable and when they fix it they fix it right the first time. Prices are compatible with all other repair shops. Make an appointment to have your car repaired is the best advice that I can give you. This place is always busy because this is where people go in Springdale when they need help with their cars.

I have only had one major repair done here and it was a little slow getting back to me but the site cut me a better deal for the wait. Other times Ive been there they have been very helpful troubleshooting issues for free whether I had the work done or not. They seem to have very knowledgeable techs. Sometimes they are backed up and sometimes I can get service right away but they are always ready to do a quick once-over to get an idea of whats going on. Oh, and they have great rates!

This family owned shop is amazing! They are so friendly and helpful! Sometimes getting your car back does take a little longer than you would like, but you know that your car is getting taken care of in the best manner possible by the best people, and it’s well worth the extra wait. Prices are fair, and they are able to get a warranty with most of their parts, if not all. I don’t take my car to anyone else if I can take it to Finn!

Great family business. They went out of their way and worked so diligently to make sure they had the right diagnosis before throwing parts at my car. No extra charges for ALL of the diagnostic time spent on it either. I was blessed by my experience with them, AND my car is running great. I highly recommend Finns Automotive.
