Zach is one of the best sales professionals Ive ever encountered. He is polite and knowledgeable. Definitely not a cookie- cutter sales rep.I have terrible credit and he helped me get the exact car I wanted. I actually had an appointment with another car lot but, the way he presented everything to me was perfect. Needles to say, I didnt end up going to the appointment.

I am currently very disappointed with JD Byrider. They were great, until my car broke down. Now I cant get my sales rep on the phone or any answers as to why they cant get my car fixed or get me into another one so I can get to my job. But they keep taking my payment with no problem. This has been going on for over a month. Im done with JD Byrider.

Leo is FABULOUS!!! When my jeep broke down in Siloam Springs, even though I didnt buy from him, Leo coordinated everything to where the jeep was fixed.
