Took my car here because I was experiencing transmission problems. Not only did they get me in quicker than others could, but quoted me the lowest diagnostics price. Everyone here was super friendly. They test drove my car and then scanned it for trouble codes. There were none, and they determined it had an internal problem, meaning I needed a replacement. Being as I had installed it myself, they told me that they really couldnt save me any money on a new one with me doing my own work, but gave me the name of their supplier so I could buy directly from him, and then on top of all that they refused to take any money for the time they spent on my car. I cant express how impressed I was by this place, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing their car serviced. Thanks again guys!

I had my wifes 2019 Jeep Cherokee oil and filter changed and wheels rotated. My appointment was on schedule and I was very satisfied with the service and the knowledge of the service representative. I will definitely use them again will recommend them.

My car was having trouble starting, and they determined my battery needed to be replaced. The battery was still under warranty with Auto Zone, and Chad contacted Auto Zone and was able to obtain the new battery from them the same day. He installed it at no cost to me. Chad was very professional and clearly communicated. Meineke also provided a driver to bring me back to my house while waiting on the car. Will be using Meineke in the future!

This is the first time I used their service to replace my cars rear wheel break pads-rotors and also replaced the alternator. They were very professional and quick fixing my car with reasonable prices as compare to other mechanic shops in the town. I would definitely recommend this place to go and fix your car.

Honest mechanics are like gold. Just moved to the NWA and wanted my brakes inspected, as they were squeaking and groaning in the rear. Made an appointment online. They took my car right away after arriving (parked in a space clearly marked service). I sat in a very nice, comfortable waiting area. A short time later, the service associate came to the waiting room to tell me my brakes were fine and just needed a little cleaning and adjusting in the rear. He could have easily said I needed all new brakes (and I would have believed him), but didnt. He won me over in that moment and gained a loyal customer. The staff I dealt with were very friendly. This Meineke establishment is golden.

I was concerned about my vehicle, it was like a one time small skid on a rainy day but we wanted to get our brakes checked.They performed a free brake check to no cost on us and helped us immensely. They didnt try to upsell us anything, just only doing what is needed for the vehicle.Respectful and great service Ill come here for my needs!

First I called to confirm they had my type of oil filter (told yes). I also ask if they are certified to work on VW & told yes. Said will u please clean the rim of the oil hole so my O ring seals, then I will allow service. I got there and had to wait a whole two hours on a proper filter delivery. In basic terms, oil light came on after & I have been told by two mechanics my oil filter is leaking. Called for help, got a fake re-do, (oil was low/ dirty when checked after). Was told they will not check again. The second mechanic informed me its leaking without asking..Person at desk hung up on me after laughing at me And told me not to call back. Screening my calls. Filed a complaint and was ignored until warranty expired on oil change. What a joke..

Ripped me off they charged me for a job and used old parts instead of the new ones I had furnished! When asked why they didnt replace the wires he said he mustve misunderstood me and the I should bring my truck by the next day and theyd slap them on there for me. The next day he said it was too late in the day to do it bring it Monday...so I said see ya Monday. He called me back and said he didnt mind doing it but he wasnt gonna do it for free! I asked him what he was talking about as it was finishing the job I already paid for...he said I didnt say anything about the wires. Wont be back and if youre smart you simply wont use these crooks!

I called shortly before 8 on a Friday and was told to bring it in. When I arrived they took it straight to the shop. They told me what the problem was and how much. They had it ready by noon. I believe the guy I talked to was Chad. Very nice and professional.

After getting screwed by the Lewis Ford Service Dept with over priced low quality work I started looking around for a new place to take my truck, these guys had some really good reviews so I figured Id give them a try. Meineke has always been good to me. This is the location I like the best. Friendly, efficient and prices are fair. They always rotate my tires whenever I get my oil changed.

The men working here were very polite and explained everything very clearly. They started on my car just a few minutes after I arrived and they finished it in the amount of time they estimated! I was very pleased with the service I received.

They are fast and convenient, with good prices. You are required to wear a mask to enter. But only female customers are wearing a mask. Male customers, the employees, and the person working in your car have no masks. Also, I’ve gone there several times and the waiting room always smells strongly of cigarettes. Needs a deep cleaning.

It was my first time to use Meineke and I was truly impressed. Kevin was professional and explained each step of the process. Had to have tie rods replaced and wheel allignment. I recommend them if you are looking for vehicle mechanical needs.

They did good work on my car, replacing one set of brake pads and rotors, as well as my headlight. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is they told me over the phone that it would take them 1.5 hours and ended up taking 3. Fortunately, I wasnt in a rush so it wasnt a big deal but I wouldve appreciated a more accurate time estimate.

I don’t think I will be going to any other car shop. I have only had repairs done twice and both times were very stress free. They consider your self diagnosis, communicate with you during the whole visit, and don’t try to tell you need unnecessary repairs. The customer service is A+!

I called Tuesday afternoon wanting to set up and appointment for an oil change for Wednesday morning. The guy who answered offered me an 8am or 10am, I went with the 8am. Quick and painless.Wednesday at 8am, I got my oil changed and paid a reasonable price. Went on about my day and went to work. On my way home from work, I noticed a horrible scratching sound from underneath the car. I wasnt able to pin point the problem and was unable to go back to Meineke because they were closed. I was so frustrated because a lot of car shops will go the extra mile to damage your car so they guarantee you coming back and spending more money. SO ANYWAYS, this morning I called Meineke and told them that ever since my oil change yesterday my car has been making this god awful sound and I would rather just show you than telling you over the phone. Like I said, I was frustrated and didnt have the nicest tone so the guy on the phone was somewhat dismissive. Completely understandable. I arrived around 9:10 this morning and spoke with Chad. I told Chad everything thats been going on and I told him Id rather just show him. He dropped what he was doing and let me show him what I was talking about. After showing him the god awful sound, he immediately took my car to the garage bay and within 20 minutes I knew what the problem was, I knew it was fixed, and I was on my way home. SHOUTOUT to Chad!! It definitely could have been my fault in the first place, however, Chad was very understanding and efficient in assisting my problem. Thank you Chad!

I got there 30 min before my appointment, to check and replace front window motors. I waited 3 and half hours for them to check it, approve the warranty, get the part, then install it. Im fairly ok with that long wait. But the brand new window motor and regulator they put in,is slower than the bad one was. This is my second not so great experience with them out of just 2 visits. Im not likely to return. Too many other good quality places to choose from. Very disappointed.

Had check engine light on fixed that problem. Had rattle under truck they drove a few times couldnt diagnose problem. Had it for 5 days was scheduled for Monday didnt touch it till Tuesday. Called mechanic friend in Dallas he diagnosed problem over phone. Found rattle and fixed. People acted like i was a hassle. Guy behind desk didnt know if he was coming or going. Will never use this place again.

Awesome same day service! Everywhere else was telling me I couldnt get my cer back for 2 days, but Michael and Eli assured me they would have my alignment done and rolling down the road within hours. I was very pleased with the alignment and will be back tomorrow for Eli to put the final touches on clearing the sensor code on dash. So far, could not be more happy.

Had an unexpected brake grinding issue after driving 1200 miles - they got the work done quickly and professionally and for a price less than I expected. When I drove the car afterward, I thought I heard a noise so they willingly took me for a check ride, put the car back on the lift, showed me the work done and that there was nothing wrong except my imagination... that willingness to do the extra touch to put my mind at ease was definitely a selling point for me to use them again in the future...

I payed $200 to have my truck towed 67 miles to this location 11 days ago. My appt was for 26 April, Fri@0745. I towed it here because in town were I live noone could get to it until Mon. Well my truck wasnt touched until Mon then I was told I needed a new ABS control module. I already knew this as I tried replacing the master cylinder, brake booster, calipers, rotors and brakes. I spoke to the manager about this several times and before sending my truck there. So we wait and finally Thurs my part arrives but my truck still isnt touched, apparently. Monday I get a call telling me my truck is done 11 days after dropping it off. When I get there Im told hey great news I didnt need the $325 module it was just a broken wire on the old module. I was happy about this and do appreciate it. However I cant get over the fact this could have been figured out 10 days ago. Well, I go to pay and am told the bill, $514! Im still not sure what I paid for. I removed this module myself in about 20 mins and and it only takes about 2 mins to soder a wire back together. I do know the brakes were probably bled and maybe some type of inspection but not $500 worth to me. Not to disappoint, I asked for the military discount that is advertised on the Meinike website. I was looked at like I was holding the place up. I was told Ill see what I can do I saved a whopping $12 Im appreciative to any buisness that takes care of our Troops and Vets but why offer a discount if you dont want to give it to someone when they ask for it. Well, this was my experience. My first and last time ever using Meinike. Like I said, Im glad my truck was fixed and Im glad I didnt have to pay for a part I didnt need. However the 9 days of work I missed due to this is really upsetting. Im a mail carrier and people count on me. I counted on Meinike and that was my failure.

This place is the best!! Had to get my rotors and brake pads changed and wanted to save some money so I went to autozone down the road to get my own parts. Well they got my parts wrong twice, so the guy working went to autozone himself and got the parts and had us in and out in no time!! Not to mention they closed at 4 but stayed an hour later to make sure we were taken care of.

I had an appointment for 11:00am. The service tech got my truck pulled in right on time. He brought me to the vehicle to show me exactly what was needed to fix my brakes. Gave me a couple of options in price, and was VERY honest about the difference between my front and rear brakes. No one tried to upsell to me, or told me that I had other things that needed to be replaced. Very nice employees, great service, and was in and out in just a little over an hour. I will use this business again for sure.

Did a brake job on Friends trailblazer did not use new brake lines put free floating in which causes the power steering to rupture and go out and nothing but a bunch of headaches and charge your money for new brake line that they didnt even put on

I’ve worked for (3) different car dealerships. Finding a good service manager is a rare thing. Michael is professional, kind, and hilarious. He and his team will take very good care of you. They’re customer service is 2nd to none and they’re priced fairly. My alternator died while I was in line to pick one of my children up from school, and I had it towed to Meineke late that afternoon. Michael got me in first thing the next morning, told me exactly what was going on, kept me up to date, and had it done in less than 24 hours, including ordering a new part. They’ve done work on three of my cars now and have always done a great job. They warranty their work (though I’ve never had to utilize this) and they don’t ever try to “upsale” you. Horrifically overpriced. I brought in all my own parts for a brake job that they said would be $130 per axle, then proceeded to try and charge me over $500.

I have had the best experience today! They have helped me immensely! Helped me understand what is wrong with my car, the best possible fixes, they have given me a payment plan that fits around my paydays to make it easy for me to get my car fixed, and not have any issues that will hurt my wallet. I especially think I bonded with Skyler, James, and Zach! They have been extremely helpful, I will forever be a customer at this specific Meineke.

Great Service!! I had to get the valve stem on my back tire changed ASAP and they were quick to get me in and noticed I needed to replace 2 more valve stems and gave me a great deal! The worst experience ever I was quoted 218 for breaks I get a call AFTER my car was ready to inform me they did additional work to which now COST ME over 500 not once was I called to see if I wanted additional work done!!!they had my car two days I go to leave their business in SPRINGDALE AR and my tire is flat they test drive my car and didn’t notice this? My valve stem is bent I called the supervisor and he denied them causing any damage I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND anyone to MEINEKE very rude in professional and over charged

Meineke has my business from now on. I took my car in because it hit 80K miles and I figured some things needed replaced. They did a full inspection, and it was really affordable compared to the dealership I bought it from.I was at work and got a text with a link to the results of the inspection and it was really detailed but also really easy to read. I love this because I now know what needs to be replaced in the next 20K miles and I can look at this report easily online anytime instead of trying to find the paperwork.They replaced what needed to be replaced and had everything done in 4 hours! Chad and Aaron helped me and they both made me feel listened to and cared for! Thanks, guys. It means a lot since a girl in her 20s isn’t usually respected in the car world!

The Springdale shop did a fine job on my travel trailer in changing out the tires to get rid of four China bombs and to repack the wheel bearings. The price was great and MUCH LESS than the shop at Camping World!
