Usually I dont like to review chains and big companies, but I did have an exceptional experience at this particular AutoZone. I called and ordered an oil pan for my vehicle and was able to pick it up the next morning. I didnt end up needing the part, and even though I had lost the receipt the manager very happily searched the system to find my order and gave me a refund. Technically it shouldnt have been covered under the return policy, I was expecting to be turned away. So I extra appreciated the customer service. Also, I noticed that all of the employees were wearing masks which is rare to see at Springdale businesses.

It was fine. I got there right in the middle of a 5 o clock rush so they were a little overwhelmed but they had what we needed and fixed the car in the parking lot and we were in our way.

Customer service here is top notch. Dropped off my used oil+filter here inside, in a bag & also purchased some tools as well. I much favor high quality of service over just speed.

Brian was really helpful!Provided information and saved me a lot of $$. I was in to quote for a Cat Converter, which costs around $500 excluding labor and installation fee because i was told by a mechanic that i needed one. Brian advised that i can buy an $8 fuel cleaner and can clean up the filter instead.Now that is beyond excellent customer service. 100% reccomend!

JB the manager accused my friend of stealing and when I tried to explain where my friend had sat down the item he was accused of stealing JB called me a liar, it was awful. After the item was found in the store exactly where I said it would be I still did not get any sort of apology but instead they threatened to call the cops on me.. Very tense environment for a shopper....

Excellent customer service. As a woman, who may have a pretty good knowledge about vehicles, they treat me as such and Ive never felt like I was treated otherwise. Theyre willing to teach and give best and worst case scenario on what products they recommend and why.. without taking advantage if youre not entirely knowledgeable on the situation. Highly recommend and I will continue to be a repeat customer.

It was 6pm day before Thanksgiving .And my truck broke down . And the truck I drive is a classic 30 years old . AutoZone had the part I needed in stock . There competition did not have the part in stock . I was able to repair my truck and be on time for Thanksgiving

The best auto parts store in Siloam Springs. My go to place. They bailed me out more than once this past month. From parts for my old 1999 Chevy suburban to my wifes 2012 Chevy Suburban shocks, batteries. Headlight free scan on both to determine a service engine code problem. Problem solvers for sure. Thanks

I am both a customer and a past employee. I delivered parts for almost a year to other stores in 4 states. I have always liked to see the quality of customer service carry over into the other stores. Helpful people, clean store, stock good and 9 times out of 10 if out of a product, store will have it next day.

I just want to say a huge THANK YOU to the gentleman who helped me tonight! I didnt catch his name but his customer service was outstanding!!! I had my 2 week old baby asleep in the car with me and he came out checked my check engine light came back outside and gave me the diagnosis for my car and then he was so kind to take my card and go grab the antifreeze for me so I didnt have to take my baby out in the cold!

Im very pleased with this locations service. I brought my car in unsure if the problem was a dead battery. They checked it free of charge then they price matched the battery I wanted and changed it for me on the spot. All the workers were extremely kind and willing to help without any hesitation. I loved their attitude and willingness to help without making me feel like I was a burden. I highly recommend them and appreciate them very much.

They always have great prices and will ad match. They have lifetime warranties on their stuff. They check your car for free, alternator battery etc. And they dont lie to you about whether or not it works just to get money out of you.

Needed a battery emergency situation. Parts guys took exceptional care of me. The dead battery was a 4 yes battery that lasted 3 yrs for $99. The new battery they intalled for us is a 2 yr that will probably last a year cost $157. They lost this customer 4 ever. Always heard Auto Zone batteries were junk now I know. Hunk is high priced these days

I needed windshield wipers due to impending rain and mine had broken due to snow and ice. The lady and gentleman who helped me were wonderful! They found the exact wipers I needed. Put them on for me in the cold. And, all with a smile. Terrific customer service!

Manager and employee were both rude, parts were no good as sold and return was refused. All I wanted was a functioning mass air flow sensor. Go anywhere else

Nothing like walking around inside for 35 minutes and never being greeted and never being offered help. I couldn’t even get an employee’s attention to ask them a question. Will avoid this place in the future.

It all really depends on the people who you deal with I used to be in management at OReillys and Advance Auto Parts years ago the key is to have knowledgeable people who also have a great personality and most everyone at this AutoZone does have it and managers there are great people but most everyone else there is there too

Never had a bad thing to say about this autozone until now. I go to this autozone a lot because of its great customer service. I went up there to have some codes checked on my car. My car was misfiring and I wanted to know which cylinder was causing it. I walked in on my lunch break and said that I needed the codes checked on my car. After I told the worker that, he walked over to another worker who was helping a hispanic gentleman and listened to their conversation. After they were done talking, the guy helping me started talking to his co worker about lunch, and then he finally grabbed his coat and the machine and we walked out to my car. When he went to go check for a connector, he told me that he couldnt do it because he would have to take the under part of my dash off. I told him no he didnt because ive had my car tested here before. He then tells me that he would need to grab a mirror. So, he walks back into the store and came out with his phone. He finally located the connector only to tell me that he couldnt do it because of the way the connector was set up. Then he told me that it was loose and that it wont work. I looked at him and told him that I will just go over to OReillys (which I did). Guess what! OReillys was able to connect, get a reading, and there was nothing wrong with the connector, and what do you know, they were able to tell me which cylinder was misfiring. If this is the kind of service that is given now, I will be more than happy to stay with OReillys.

This is the closest AutoZone to my house, and I keep forgetting how much I hate the place until after I already get in. Theyre habitually understaffed, and so people wait in line for a long time. Well....we dont really wait in line, because the one guy working bounces between registers, so you cant even tell where you ought to be standing - he just yells whos next? after being done with a customer. I didnt need jumper cables that badly - I dropped my stuff and left. Ill drive to OReillys next time.

I wanted in line for a while, everyone was standing around up front, couple other customers in front of me was helped. Employees still standing around not helping. One of the delivery drivers walked in did what he needed to do and he waited on me.. His name was David he was super friendly and super helpful. He took time out to help when others normally wanna rush you. Everyone needs to learn and take notes to be like David. David seemed to know his job well.. he is the only reason I gave 5 stars.
