I just need to say, that this shop is beyond amazing.Johnny fought hard with my warranty company to get a new motor. His communication was above and beyond.From the moment I walked in, Johnny made me feel like he had my back. He was informative and HONEST! I mean quality work in a timely fashion. Bottom line you need work done? You bring it here!

Guys had a tough time getting a part for my truck & they warned me about it. You cant blame the mechanic or the shop for simply not having every part, on hand, for every diesel, Nor for slow suppliers, today.Part came in. I had to delay it a day for medical reasons, and I made plans with them to get it in the next day. Took a little time, but I think it was done well & here we are, 1000 miles later, with no problems. Great little shop, for me.

Brought my F250 in for a fuel pressure low light. They dropped my tank and found a loose wire in the pump. Hooked it back up and it fired right up. Chris could have told me I needed a new fuel pump, but was completely honest unlike so many shops out tyere trying to make a buck. Price was as expected even having a 60 gallon tank. Will be back for future maintenance and I highly recommend these guys. Huge support for vets and I give it back. See guys in the future.

Johnny was amazing n very knowledgeable. a shop b4 I came to them told I had a bad engine n I need to replace it...I brought my truck to johnny...he properly diagnosed my truck n found the actually problem n showed me...safe to say he saved my thousands of dollars in repairs...this will be me n my lady go to shop forever

I have gotten my vehicles serviced by Johnnie and Chris for over 12 years. They are the best, they never do anything you dont really need. They explain everything they are doing, and there is never any question whether you needed the work done. the work is always done right the first time. I am writing this partly because I saw a one star review and I know this is bogus. No one who has ever been to Certified Techs would ever leave a one star review.

Weve had nothing but amazing experiences since we started coming here. We wont take our vehicles anywhere else but here. They also provide a military/veteran discount and they are an authorized NAPA shop so their work is guaranteed and has a warranty at over 15,000 shops across the US.The other day I was out of town on a fishing trip with my Dad. My wife was home with the 5 kids and only one car. She called me to tell me the car was smoking. I had the vehicle towed to Certified Techs Auto and within 4 hours the car was fixed. They made it a priority since my wife needed the car. They arranged a time with her to pick her up and bring her to the shop to get the vehicle. They also gave her their personal cell phone numbers in case anything else occurred while I was gone.Johnie and Chris are class acts and always a pleasure to deal with. Id highly recommend anyone to this shop.

It’s always a bummer when your vehicle brakes down. But working with these guys made it seem like no problem at all. They were always in close contact and never left me in dark nor did day do anything to my rig with out confronting me first! Great place will for sure take my rigs back if need be.

Looked for Months to find a Diesel Mechanic in the Spring/Woodlands area and have not been about to locate one until I found Certified Techs. Great group of guys. Kept me up on all issues that needed to be fixed on my truck. Very nice and courteous. Highly recommend Certified Techs for all your vehicle needs. Really great place to take your vehicle! They are very honest and upfront with you and extremely knowledgeable. I brought my 2001 Cummins in there expecting to spend a fortune on a new lift pump,fuel pump, or injectors and came out spending $150 on wiring.

This is a great shop. Gas, diesel they will figure it out. Brakes, suspension, oil changes. A real one stop shop.

Im always skeptical about mechanics but these guys did not give me a bad impression. Felt comfortable and not pressured to do more than what was needed. If youre looking for honest mechanics these are your guys.

I have a 98 Dodge Ram 3500 that had lots of issues I was not knowledgeable enough to even guess what was completely wrong with my truck. I left it with Johnny and Chris and they diagnosed the issues. 3 failed injectors, grounding issues with the alternator, and oil blow by hose puking oil. They did a very thorough and educated job repairing my truck. I could not be happier than to have the confidence that my truck will start and stay running with ZERO hiccups. My son helped me find this shop because I needed some services done to my 2015 Dodge 2500 Crew Cab 4x4. I needed to have the transmission, differentials, and transfer case serviced. I dont have a lot of faith in the Dealerships because they overcharge and frankly dont offer advice when asked.I haul a 38 5th wheel and had made 2 trips to Palm Coast FL. I only had 66k and the dealer told me not to worry. I felt differently so I am super glad we found Certified. The owner schooled me on how to take care of my truck when the dealer was super vague.They found a rear axle leak on top of the repairs I requested. I let them know that this is also my daily driver and they put a rush on my truck when they were swamped. I will continue to do business with Certified as long as I have a diesel. This place ROCKS

I brought my 2000 F250 into Certified Techs a couple of months ago. The motor was leaking oil like a sieve. Johnny and crew took care of all obvious problems and a few identified along the way. He knew what “she” needed and all the ins and outs of maintenance and what to watch out for stuff. I have been trying to write a review but my phone wouldnt let me post it. But yesterday, I went to take me Kia to get brake pad put on my car. Even though I had my own, Johnnie still made an accommodation to put them on my car which I greatly appreciated. I sat and waited for my car to finish and Johnnie told me Advanced auto parts sold me the wrong size for my car. At this moment I was pissed, but Johnnie helped me step by step and how to talk to Advance Auto parts on a solution and I ended up buying new brake pads from Certified Techs. Johnnie was beyond helpful and I appreciated him so much. Not only was he helpful and energetic but he gave me huge DISCOUNT! Finally a full auto repair shop I can trust in Spring. I work out of my truck on pipeline right of ways in the mud and drive a lot of miles on a daily basis. I have been in need of a shop I can trust for about 10 years. My search ends with Certified Techs. They really surprised me when they quoted me $450 and when I showed up to pick up my truck they told me that it needed fewer repairs than originally thought and only charged me $250. This would not happen at any of the other shops I have been to. They even gave me a ride to my house while repairs were fixed. I will be back to this business in the future for sure.
