Took my car due to oil leaks, bad battery and new alternator needed! The service by far was exceptional and work was exceptional! Thomas continued to follow up to ensure that the oil leak was fixed and that I was not experiencing any additional issues! Took my other car for work as well shortly after and experienced the same great service. I can honestly say that I will only use Auto Care on Champion Forest going forward !!

Thomas and his shop are fantastic. He’s taken care of at least 6 vehicles for my family over the last ten years. I had my oil changed at a different shop (I’m further away now) where they tried to convince me I needed $1500 of repairs. I immediately called Thomas, he looked at my vehicle and identified that none of the repairs were necessary - didn’t even charge me to check my car over. I will go back to him for everything I need for my cars, even with a far drive!

The guy that runs this place Mr. Christiansen is just a top-notch fella. He’s solved several problems for me over the years. Today was no exception even cooler he has some really good techs working for him, the kind of guys with actual skill. I had to get an alignment done on my vehicle and because mine is kind of weird the machine doesn’t do it very well they had somebody with the ability and skill to do it the old-fashioned way. That’s not an easy thing to do. Call me very impressed. If you need to go to automotive work done and somebody who’s actually honest these guys worth giving a shot I’ve been very pleased with them over the years.

They always give me options to insure I don’t spend more than I need to, the mechanics have been around for years which is great, and the prices are reasonable. Today they recommended Ripley’s Muffler and Brakes for an exhaust problem and it was a great recommendation. Fixed me up in an hour.

I am unhappy with Auto Care. They were recommended by a neighbor so I took my wifes car there for A/C repair. Price seemed high for less than an hour of work but the A/C worked so I let it go. A few months later I had an obvious leak in my power steering so I asked them to repair the leak. After replacing the hose for nearly $600 Thomas then told me I still needed other repairs amounting to between $3000 -$5000 depending on what I had done. Why didnt he call and tell me this before I was into the repairs for $600? If I had known there was that much work I wouldnt have invested that much in an older car. So I took the car to concierge who did the full $5000 estimate for $3000. The big difference is that Auto Care charged full dealership prices for the parts whereas Concierge heavily discounted the same parts. The final straw for why I would never use Auto Care again is because when the A/C failed after less than six months Auto Care wouldnt cover it under warranty. Said we would have to pay to have the A/C repaired again. Took the car to Concierge Auto who replaced the seal and recharged for about half what Auto Care wanted.

My Mother’s car battery was not working. Thomas sent a mechanic to her house, jumped her car and followed her to his auto repair shop. Within minutes, she had a new car battery and she was on her way! THAT is excellent customer service! 😀

Hires drug addicts and when brought to Thomas Christensen’s attention, he doesn’t drug test and fire them. I wouldn’t trust drug addicts changing my oil or doing vehicle inspections. Don’t go here

Ive been taking all of my cars to Auto Care for years. Tom has always been very honest, professional, and courteous. Had my Yukon into 2 different GMC dealerships for an oil leak, both times I was told it was the oil filter being loose. Found large pool of oil in drive way this AM, so I came to Auto Care, they put Yukon on the rack and in 5 mins told me what the real issue was. The oil cooler block gasket above the oil filter location was leaking, NOT THE OIL FILTER. In less that 2 hours repair made with new gasket, no leaks all is good once again. Thanks to the team at Auto Care for their PROFESSIONALISM. I know where to go from now one when I have any issues with any of my vehicles.

Went with a friend to have them look at his truck because one of the freeze plugs started leaking and he was told we dont replace freeze plugs.

I have used Auto care usa a few times and they always do a fantastic job. I recently had a large repair done on my Lincoln Navigator that the dealership quoted at $2500. Thomas was able to do for $1480 everything is working great and Im very happy with the service. Thomas was straight forward and honest with me the entire time he even recommended getting the suspension parts online for less and that he would put them in. I highly recommend Thomas and his shop 5 stars!!!!

Weve used AutoCare for over 10 years and we wouldnt trust anyone else. Two times weve been elsewhere getting tires and the places told us that we had over $1200 in repairs that we needed to do asap...took them to Thomas and he said they were perfectly fine. We trust him 100%. Everyone needs a good place for car repairs and this is it. Skip the dealership and all of the places like NTB where they work on commission and come here! Highly recommend!

My battery died and Tom had a mechanic come out to my home to jump start my car. I also had another place tell me that I only had 30% left on my brake pads and they needed replacement, but Tom assured me I had closer to 75% which my car dealer also confirmed. Tom is honest and cares about his customers so I always recommend him to my family and friends.

Ive see a few one star reviews here and its a shame because this place really does a great job. I lived in gleannloch farms and this place was convenient. When we moved further away, it didnt matter, we still come here for service on our vehicles. They are professional and act like they know you even if they dont. I like that small town feel in a big city. I trust these guys to do a good job. For those that have been overcharged or things were sloppy I suppose that happens at every place. I wish I could be as happy with them as some are but, these people suck. The best person there is the guy that works the front desk! I took my car in to get an oil change and they stripped my drain plug...why? Idk. When I called to make another appointment because my car was leaking oil (before I knew they stripped the plug) Thomas told me hes too busy and never gave me an estimate or anything just hung up. Well the same day I got my oil changed he sold me a tire saying it was pretty much new so I bought it trusting him, well that tire had been patched 4 times and blew out on me on the freeway. So today I tried to call Thomas to explain everything thats happened. We were on the phone for a minute and he gets another call...instead letting that other caller leave a message or putting that caller on hold he put me on hold. He works by money and he knows it. He might sincerely care for some customers but that obviously isnt the case for me. I will never go back and anyone that ask I will always give a negative review.

Was put in a very dangerous situation when i had my struts and sway bars replaced here. They werent tighten correct apparently. I had a buddy check on it after doing the brakes and it was to the point i could hear and feel vibrations. Luckily he tighten things up for me but we seen that the passenger side axle was bent by someone and the rubber boot on that destroyed. Reading the negative reviews now idk if Ill even get this issue resolved from them. The labor cost was nearly as much as the parts yet it wasnt done correctly and i have a damaged axle??... I thought this shop was trustworthy but i guess i was wrong

This place is an absolute rip off. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Tom was extremely rude and unprofessional when handling my vehicle situation. He tried to charge me more than double the price for an alternator that I was able to purchase at OReilly Auto Parts. His explanation was that he had to make a profit, and was very rude when giving this explanation.Any shop that tries to make over 100% profit on a part, and still charge labor is nothing more than a rip off. I would NEVER take my car to this shop again, and would recommend the same to everyone else.

I have been a fan of Thomas and his staff until last week when I noticed several scratches a workers belt left on the front fender of my truck from where they were working. I brought this to Thomass attention and he was unwilling to do anything about the problem.I also asked the technician why my drivers door window was making a funny noise when I rolled the window up and he smirked and smugly replied Chevys just do that, like a youre stupid you bought a Chevy type of thing. Tried to explain it just started doing that and got a you dont understand because youre a woman. Very disappointed. Saw a completely different side of Thomas that was very ugly. Also ugly was all the grease and fluid left on the sides of the truck, fluid that dripped down onto tires, and interior - steering wheel, all buttons covered in fluid and grease. Very sloppy work. Called to try to resolve problem and was yelled at and hung up on. Found another auto shop and suggest you do the same.
