Its been 3 months and now its time to review. I traded my 2014 Jeep wrangler for a 2020 Jeep Gladiator. I must say Im very happy with my trade. However, it couldnt have been possible without Victor Page.He went above and beyond to help me drive off with my Gladiator. He gave me a great value on my Wrangler trade in to help with cost. If youre looking for a new vehicle, ask for Victor Page.

The GM got involved and thanks to him we have gotten the Jeep back with the leak repaired and Im happy to report no water after this weeks rain..... My Mom was so excited about her Jeep. She is a senior who purchased a used Jeep from what she thought was a reputable dealership since they advertise no haggle since they shared an inspection report that checked all systems. Well she purchased Nov.17 and when we drove it to Walmart and had go call AAA to jump the vehicle. JEEP wouldnt start. We went back to AutoNation since the battery charge was so low according to AAA tech who helped us. Auto Nation kept vehicle a day. After battery was changed and 1st time we turned HEATER on, the dashboard was blinking and check engine light came on. Called AutoNation and Due Covid-19 they said we should drop off Dec 7th for what turned out to be thermostat. Dec. 11th we got Jeep back after they gave vehicle a car wash. After 1st rain in Dec we noticed the floor carpet was soaking wet. Come to find out the seals on the passenger side panel were leaking. The pictures shows how much water was on the dashboard which is why the carpet was soaked. We took Jeep in Dec 14th-22nd for them to fix passenger side roof panel which must have been leaking before we purchased. We asked what they did and want to make sure that since she had to pay $395.41 and wanted to make sure they tested. They said they did and so we drove off. After a light rain we noticed water in the middle cup holder. Called service again beginning of the week water was leaking on the same panel and we dropped it back off again for leak on same panel Jan 14th 10am. Followed up with our service person who talked to his boss and said it would taken care of. To get called back again from service it wont be covered for a repair the service department recommended the in the 1st place. GM got involved and problem was address and we had a successful outcome.Thanks to GM for bring a smile back to my Mom and helping reduce stress throughout this stressful time.

Apparently appointments don’t mean anything as far as service, you’re expected to just wait as it’s a first come first serve basis. Seems like these guys just want to get as many cars out as possible with their extremely long wait times for a problem as simple as checking a tire. Checking a tire doesn’t take 3-4 hours especially considering an appointment was made. I never had this experience at Toyota, regret my purchase decision through AutoNation entirely.

The service department attempted to scam me out of $10,570!!!I took by my Jeep wrangler in last week for a “cylinder 5 misfire” code that was being thrown. It took them nearly a full week to get it in the shop, and when they did, they texted me and said, “there has been some kind of water intrusion that went through the intake. at this point you are going to need a whole new engine due to the water traveling throughout the engine. to replace the engine parts, labor, out the door is about $10,575”.This didn’t seem correct to me. Not only was there no white smoke, no vehicle shake, and no history of driving through any kind of water, but the engine was running smooth when I brought it in!I took my vehicle to caliber auto care In Magnolia, and they called me back the same day saying, “a new spark plug solved all the issues, and we haven’t had a single misfire code thrown.” I even told them what this dealership had said, and after an even deeper dive into this issue, they told me there was simply no evidence of that being the case.Think twice before bringing your vehicle to this service department.

So I guess my review was taken down somehow. So I was in here in june 3 times because I kept getting small evap leak took them a month to fix that.Then in August I went in here cause I had a mishap and hit a lawnmower that was sitting in middle of freeway and my alignment was off and a few codes came on. So I took it in all was good. I was contacted by service rep and told alls they needed to do was an alignment and that would be 199.99 ok seemed overpriced but oh well. So I told them go ahead. I go in two days later to get my vehicle and Im going over charges and they charged 159.99 to reset the codes so I brought this to their intentions I was never made aware of this cause I had I been told this I would have said no Ill clear the codes cause all you said I needed was an allighment. So a surprise charge for them to reset codes which o wasnt made aware of and they didnt wanna fix it okay whatever. Allighment wasnt even good I took it to Firestone and had them fix it for 99.99 becuase it was still off.On to the fun part!!!So I do the survey and I rip into them and a few weeks later Im contacted by the service rep saying he wants to maintain his 10 out of 10 and if I redo survey they will refund me the 159.99 and offer to let me bring in my truck to check everything and fix the allighment I said ok Ill redo survey but ive already fixed the allighment issue that I was charged 200 bucks for. I redo survey which I guess they expect me to change my experience to 10 out of 10 cause they wanna maintain that level. My question is how does the public get an honest review if youre buying that 10 out of 10. I emailed my rep asking when I was gonna receive my 159.99 refund and no reply. I dont really care about the 159.99 cause at this point its about principle. This service department is crazy I will never go back here. Worth the commute to go to conroe or mac haik to service my vehicle.

Bought brand new truck from this place. Within 3,000 I received 2 recalls from Ram. Called to schedule appointment. Specifically asked if they could verify they had the parts to do the recall. Person on phone said she could not answer that and I would have to bring it in, they would look at it in the computer and and call me later to tell me if it could be taken care of. I asked are you serious? She said yes thats how it works. Sure enough I dropped it off, got a ride, scheduled my entire day around it and just received a call and was told they did not have the parts and would have to reschedule. Who does business this way? Ridiculous!

After calling and making an appointment to evaluate dead battery that was under warranty, they said I could bring just the battery in. When I arrived they immediately said I needed the vehicle as well. Completely wasted time when they could have told us up front what was needed.

I dont want to get too excited just yet, but I may have finally found the one! Ive searched high and low for a decent, reliable, treat-my-problem-as-it-were-their-own repair facility for several years now. And this place more than met my needs--they exceeded them!To summarize this exhaustive backstory, Ive had two issues with my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd. that have been driving me crazy: Max A/C causing a loud pop on initialization and a warning chime every 10-15 minutes signaling an airbag issue on both my cluster panel and center console panel (the little yellow passenger airbag off light). I took it to two repair places that I felt were trustworthy based on past experiences: Integrity Automotive and Pep Boys. And unfortunately, the mechanics and the clerk at the desk (in the case of Pep Boys) both just glossed over my explanation and the actual diagnostic. Pep Boys flat out told me there wasnt a problem when confronted. Regardless of the fact I found the nonexistent problem in the form of a broken plastic actuator gear laying in plain sight behind the glove box. I ended up fixing that on my own...In any case, I was disgusted by the whole ordeal and did some searching to find this place. It was the only dealership with hundreds of reviews that still managed to retain a 4+ rating. Though quite far from my home, it was worth the drive. From start to finish, the guy that I worked with (and I hate I cant recall his name) was extremely friendly, attentive, and easy to work with. I explained my issue, he wrote it down, made sure that what he wrote down was correct, and had me on my way within 10-20 minutes. The repair which ended up being a re-calibration of my passenger seat totaled $243.88 ($99.00 diagnostic to start). They had my vehicle from 7 A.M. to about 1 P.M. on the weekend. So a very quick turnaround.The cordial nature had me already, but when they did a complimentary inspection of my vehicle, and washed the outside AND inside of my car, I was blown away! In fact, with so many past disappointments, I fully expected to have a rag and stain remover ready. Not with this place!Of course, if I had any gripes, these are what theyd be. To start, I showed up about 10 minute early for my appointment. I didnt really feel acknowledged by any of the staff when I arrived. Honestly, unless within a foot or so of my person, there wasnt even much a head nod. A simple, well be opening soon, and thanks for getting here early would go a long ways in assuring youre not just feeling like a wallet waiting to be emptied outside. Secondly, I dont think I ever spoke to my service adviser not once during my entire visit. Even when I called to request more info about the possibility of needing a rental as directed by a phone representative. If they werent my contact person, then Im not really sure who would have been. And lastly, when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I wasnt entirely sure if I was supposed to speak to any particular individual. So I approached the desk closest to me. I kind of felt like I was intruding with the confused and disinterested stare he gave me. However, the same individual that checked me in that morning quickly saw to my attention. I want to say his name was Erin? In either case, higher more guys like this, and Ill have my kids, kids come here!

Be very careful with this place, I received an update from uconnect in the mail to update my radio gps system. it ended up crashing my entire radio system so I brought it in to be serviced (uconnect told me they could not troubleshoot through the phone so bring it in to my dealer) once i did, auto nation told me i needed an entire new system and it would cost me $1,200. (i also dont have warranty) I thought that was ridiculous considering I received this update in the mail and if i wouldnt have used it, my radio system would be fine. turns out after i took it apon myself to make numerous calls to people who actually wanted to help, uconnect just needed me to make a case and they would cover the cost. Once I found this out from uconnect, I called auto nation to let them know and out of no where they seemed to know this was a reoccurring problem and uconnect will handle it. so instead of being told the right information about creating a case, I could have listened to what I was told prior and been out $1,200. MAKE SURE YOU TALK TO THE RIGHT PEOPLE. I am more upset that either they tried to scam me or someone on the floor was giving me false information. im hoping they can handle this the right way and get my car fixed.

The female manager in the service department is rude and unprofessional she will not help you or do anything to accommodate you with the issues, shes the most incompetent person i ever spoke to in all my years dealing with dealerships. you can tell that shes the friend or a family member from one of the main managers in this dealerships. i dont find another explanation in how she got the manager position if she dont know anything and is rude to customers.

Like to give you a loaner with a bad tire then tell you your vehicle will be done the next day 3 days later you have to call just to find out they forgot to order your part and it will be at least another week on a brand new 600 mile truckUpdate: theyve now had my truck for a week and just talked to them and they said probably another week until they get it fixed not to mention extremely rude and like to try to change the story up when i said yall said it would be done by Thursday oh no we never said that so ya sales department are good people service side is terrible

During my previous oil change visit at the AutoNation Dodge dealership in Spring, I was suggested a package deal offer to sevice my vehicle there that included 2 years or 4 visits of oil change and tires rotation combo, whichever came first. Today was my 2nd visit of the package. They took my vehicle back, after a few minutes a service employee came up to me and informed me that I needed tires because they would not pass State inspection. This employee also informed me that they would NOT be rotating my tires today because its pointless in their opinion, basically they wanted me to agree to purchase new tires right then. Background information for those reading, my husband is a licensed State inspector and it was his truck I was having serviced, and although tires were not new they still would pass inspection. Another side piece of information, I am not at the dealership for a State Inspection, I am ONLY trying to receive an oil change & tire rotation. I never asked for anything more or less. So here I sat in their lobby powerless, money taken and being prodded for more money. Back to this service persons conversation with me. I was then suggested that I purchase 4 new tires Today for about $900. My vehicle has less than 36,000 miles on it currently. They want to put the same tires back on it. So the tires being suggested as they stated in their opinion didnt even last 36,000 miles. Long story short, never got the tire rotation and cant do a thing about it. Once I got home, I reviewed my service contract paperwork that we agreed to previously, never read a word about depending on Service employees opinion or open to suggestion. I also cant opt out of the contract UNLESS within the first 60 days or havent used. I understand service writers make more money for selling extra service, I have no problem with that is service is needed. I have a problem that the service writer had some notion that because Im a female Id believe his opinion about the tires so he could just get an extra sale. I have 2 oil changes left and wont go back, and I own 2 Chrysler/Ram/Jeep vehicles. I even tried to buy my Jeep from them over a year ago, but ended up buying from another dealership.....not sure why I went back for service except it was close to home.

I have bought 3 new vehicles from this dealership. I always received a more than fair deal, however, the customer service here isnt great. They keep you waiting for hours. One time that I did have a problem with a vehicle, I was lied to by my salesman just so I would buy a new car. He made promises that he couldnt keep. I wouldnt recommend this dealership if youre looking to have somewhere to return to.

The guy who sold me the agreement told me that if I called for appointment I would be in and out because appointments had priority.. and the guy helping me Kevin Hendricks was very rude and not helpful
