Carlos and team were very professional and did great work for a fair price unlike many other body shops who quoted me nearly 4x the price for the same work. I even had an issue with part of the fender line not being perfect and the tire would rub when the suspension compressed. Carlos took it back in, no arguments at all. Great to do business with and they are true to their word about about the quality of the work they do!

My Dad had some service and done here and i was so Impressed with the price and outcome if i needed any work done id go here and so i did. My 2016 Ford Truck had a issues with the seat ( it wasnt a recall and ford couldnt help me being out of warranty).The diagnostic was free to see and possibly see also if the parts and seat could be fixed. I had 2 quotes one was used parts ( i was fine with that) and new parts as an option. The used parts for the seats arrived damaged NOT THE FAULT of the Company and then new parts were ordered and installed. I was shown in person what had happened to my seat and the new parts were installed and my seat feels and is brand new and feels like it came straight from the Factory which it didnt but i was still Satisfied overall. I was informed all the thru the process and my truck was promised they day i was told. 2920 Collision Center is Honest and upfront with you and never had a single issue. I HIGHLY recommend them to Everyone for Honest and Professional work!

I went there not long ago today and was treated by a very professional staff and a very nice gentleman came out and explained to me exactly what I was looking at and gave me some options to go with my insurance company. I was very pleased with their Honesty. IF we can get this hammered out with the insurance company the right way, these are the people I want to fix my car. Im very impressedO. G.

Huge THANKS! to the 2920 Collision Team: Carlos, Juanita, Rob, et. al.Backstory: I had my 2016 Santa Fe (new to me) for less than a month before it got hit (dealer tags still on it)The 2920 crew are extremely friendly and put the right talent to work to get the car back to the same state it was when I got it.Ive been driving the Santa Fe around for a few weeks since I got it back and everything feels and looks awesome.Good things come to those who wait, and I will say the process was long but be patient, it is worth the wait for the quality of work done.I was so impressed with the work they did on the Santa Fe, I trusted them to square away my 2006 Pontiac Solstice, which I just got back today! Everything about my experience has been nothing short of amazing. Miss Juanita, Mr. Carlos and everyone else at 2920 Collision Center have been so helpful and genuine throughout this whole process. I can tell they really care about their customers. I heard from them more than I heard from my insurance company. It took about 2 months for my car repairs (not their fault), partially because of my insurance company dragging their feet, and because my airbags were on back order. What a lot of people fail to realize is that the parts for your vehicle may not be readily available. They cannot work on a vehicle with parts they dont have, so it may take some time to get it back. Its better to have them take their time and give you quality work, than to rush and do bad work (which they dont do here). I also appreciate the fact that they took their time working on my vehicle, because it honestly runs better than it did before the accident. I truly appreciate everything they have done for me, and would highly recommend their services. Please do not be deterred by the negative reviews. These are good people and they really do care about their customers as well as the work they do.

So far I have had a great experience and the staff was very nice. They went out of their way to make me happy. My car looks nice and as far as how my car is driving after the repairs I will check back in soon with an update. I picked my truck up one day ago. It took time but that was due to the other party’s. Be very careful if you have to deal with this place. After my accident the tow truck brought my truck here. I never told him that I intended to do my repairs through this shop, but this is also the place he uses for vehicle storage. He threw a form in front of me that apparently authorized the collision center to do all the repairs on my truck. There are all kinds of fees associated with changing this, which I had to pay just to get my truck back under my control. My insurance is going to cover the fees, but this is a terrible practice.I personally believe that the tow truck company (7 Deuce) and this collision center are intentionally preying on people that have just been involved in a stressful situation. No doubt that the two are working together / the tow truck gets a kickback for each vehicle it can coerce into the gates. The collision center only has like 2 bays, but has a ton of cars parked within its gates. I have a feeling that situations like mine are their primary source of income, especially after reading tons of reviews pointing out how slowly they actually do collision repair services. I would advise that you completely avoid this place if you can, but definitely dont sign anything from the tow truck driver or the collision center before you talk with your insurance about the path you want to take.

First off if I could give a zero star I would. The car was taken to the center after an accident. Read the fine print on the collision Center body shop paperwork they want you to sign. There are all kinds of exorbitant fees listed. In all my years dealing with body shops Ive never seen a fee structure like this to rip off the customers. You would be much better off paying the record an extra two or three hundred dollars and taking it to a reputable body shop. It took me two weeks to get an estimate from them. The estimate was over the cost of a new vehicle. I tried to negotiate a reasonable fee schedule with the manager but he was totally unwilling to budge. and threatened that if I did not pick up the vehicle the next day it would be sent to a storage lot and I would be charged an extra $2,000 on top of the $975 fees already. Ive read all the negative reviews for this collision Center, everybody is saying the same thing, run away.

Under new new management and ownership. I have known them for over 30 years and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicles. 2 of the most stand up people you will ever meet. Carlos and Juanita are very caring and knowledgeable and will always make you feel like part of the family. They both have plenty of knowledge, time, and experience in auto mechanics and the insurance industry. You will not be disappointed.

I have never felt so taken advantage of in MY LIFE by a company as a customer!!! I had a accident on 6/20/20 and my car was towed 4.2 miles cypresswood and 45 to this collision center. The tow Company 7deuces and this collision center sent a invoice to my insurance company for $980.50.$145.50 to block the road$200.00 to strap 4 tires on the tow truck$50.00 for 5 mile tow.$585 for a wrecker service fee.My agent told me in his 13 years doing his job he has NEVER seen a tow bill this high.This is all before the work had began on my car. They honestly thought I would keep my car there after that. As a small business owner myself I knew this collision center was not for me. I go up to the location (I reside in Spring) 6/24/2020 and decide to take my vehicle to another collision center. They (2920 collision and 7deuces) are requesting me STILL to get my car repaired and they will lower the cost of the tow. I explain its like a bad first date and im out for the lack of integrity and trustworthiness of a company. Then when I mentioned once again my car WILL NOT be repaired here they are now requesting a tear down fee $500 and couple hundred more for pics. My ALLSTATE agent is now on the phone with me and clarifies that the quote was done virtually and the car had not been touched at this point. (No MONEY to be made) so now we go to the tow bill and my car is now blocked by the tow truck like im as unprofessional as them and will attempt to take my car. (i did have to arrange for another tow truck to move my car he is waiting, cost me $80) in order for me to get my car released i had to pay $835!!!!!!!!! for a 4.2 mile tow.!! But my safety an integrity was not allowing me to keep my vehicle at this location no longer. I highly/strongly encourage you DO NOT consider it, do NOT think about it. Just take your hard earned money and spend it in a credible honest collision center. I have made a formal complaint with the TDLR and ALLSTATE is assisting me on the litigation piece. I will be out $1000.00 but I had to take my business else where and will never use are consider this place. If they (2920 COLLISON) loose several customers from my review my justice is served and I have made money back. Bad business will be noted, Carlos can add his comment that i was difficult and they tried to work with me that is a LIE. They worked to screw people $980.00 for a tow. To tow 18 wheelers locally its cheaper then this. I have pictures of the tow bill to validate my comments and all 2920 collision has as a bad business approach and one very upset customer that will never refer anyone or speak highly of the decisions you made on this day.

Do NOT have your car towed here! I had an accident and they brought my car here. They ask for your name, address, info and have you sign a form just to “hold it” until you decide who is doing the repairs. They tell you you’re under no obligation to keep it there. What they don’t tell you? Is they charge you a $500 “steering fee” if you decide to have someone else do the collision work. We had to pay it because insurance refused. The total for them to have my car stored, a 2 mile tow, administration fees and “steering fee” was $1464. They are absolutely a SCAM! Taking advantage of people who just had accidents is wrong. Don’t sign anything!! It was worth the $500 to move my car. I wouldn’t trust them with a Fisher Price.

Carlos and Rob were very professional and knowledgeable. They worked very well with my insurance company. I was out of time on my rental reimbursement and they even took care of an additional week so the car would be fixed correctly. When we picked up, Rob explained everything they did and showed of their great quality work and repairs to our vehicle. Great job and highly recommend.

They had my car for 7 weeks. My car should have been done in 3 weeks. there is no communication with this body shop. You have to call them for follow ups and they dont have voice mail so you cant leave a message. When you finally get in touch with them they say they will call you back and they dont. I was told for 4 weeks that my car would be ready by that Friday and no phone call and not ready. when I called them the following Monday the excuse was my employer didnt show up for work. I work for an insurance company and our pro shops dont work like this. We traded the car for another and found out that some of the repairs wasnt done correctly. will never use them again

I had a great experience at 2920 Collision Center, after auto accident I was towed there and they said the would fix me up. The repaired truck with all FoMoCo parts, put everything back the right way every bolt and snap in the right place, and cleaned the truck inside and out. They even found me an after market bumper at my request. Mark and his team have a great thing going there and I wish them the best. I would recommend them to others and would use them again.

NEVER in the history of everdome....have I had a more horrible experience with a collision center and trying to get my car back after I was assured I had no out of pocket expenses....and still ended up paying right under 600 out of pocket AND MY CAR WASNT FIXED TO COMPLETION!!!!!! 2015 Ford F150, I went in to this with concern for my new vehicle. My truck was hit hard passenger side both doors and the bed,being aluminum .I was told only dealer by friends. Spoke with Mark here and was assured that he had the ability and equipment to repair my truck.They used ford parts, and was a pain in there side through the whole process. I spoke with Jesus was also helpful. I also noticed they did restoration work.Looks like my husband will be back with our 67 Mustang. I could not have asked for a better experience .

I have been struggling to get my car fixed to completion with them for 3 months!!! They are liars and horrible communication, never got back to me when they said they would and I have had to return my car to them THREE times until my car was left broke down on the freeway over a problem i had brought to their attention already and i got told that thats normal in the car. They lied about what repairs my insurance adjuster had approved/denied, i spoke to my adjuster and he said most of what i mentioned that was not fixed on the car, was never even brought up to him! mind you this is after i returned the car for these issues i noticed and i got told the repairs were denied by adjuster. They find the easy way out, do not finish job, dont care about the customer and horrible communication.

The work is fine, but do not plan on having your vehicle back in a timely fashion. Were now at over two weeks since our vehicle was promised to be ready and still no car. The latest excuse is that they worked on the wrong car yesterday. Ive missed hours of work and had to put off the start of a full time job due to the constant delays. Im hopefull of having the car back sometime before Christmas, although at this point, even that time frame seems improbable.

So Ive been going here for almost about a year now. Anything that is wrong with my car I go to Mark. Well at least I didnt until he told me to stop bitching. Mind you all I was doing was crying and ask him to bring it down $50 because I couldnt afford it. I called before bringing my car up to the shop I told him all I had was 200 to 250 to spend. So I brought my car up there Friday they didnt look at it until Monday. They still didnt have the parts they needed when I called Monday so I asked if they needed my help getting the parts. So I brought The 2 rear wheels bearing assembly around 3:00 - 3:30. I spent $130 on the parts. Mark called me around 6 that day saying that the car was ready. I come around 9am the next day and my bill was exactly 250. I thought it was a mistake so I told Jose I bought the parts myself that the price was a mistake. Come to find out it was no mistake. Mark charge me for 5 hours of labor for $50 an hour. He said the regular price is $80 an hour. The car was worked on for not even three hours. Even if he charged me the regular price 80×3 hours it still wouldve been cheaper than $50 for 5 hours. And not to mention that my ABS light was still on and my brake light magically came on as well. So I paid $390 for what? I asked him if you can lower it from 250 to 200 because I only had 250 to spend, which he did not even remember that conversation. Hes a very poor responder trying to get a hold of mark is hell. Ive been texting him and calling him all day and he will not respond after he told me I dont have to come there anymore. If overpricing someone and telling them they need to stop bitching is the way to get rid of the customer you shouldnt be a business owner. You can politely deny my request. I work hard for my money just to see it go towards someone that doesnt even give a damn about his customers. I like spending my money in the right places and this definitely was not the right place to go. You wont no longer be seeing this customer.Sincerely Bethany🖕🏾

They have had our car for two months and we still havent gotten it out....and it was in the shop before the first payment was made. Apparently they have staffing issues, but no issues accepting work that they clearly know they are not staffed to handle.They are an approved vendor through Allstate, but if you have a chance I would choose another shop.

Whatever you do, do not ask questions about the charges you are paying. The team doesn’t know how to answer and the large white male became very aggressive and raised his voice at me. I was seeking clarity on the cost breakdown of my towed car fees. He got inpatient and yelled at me. He told me I wasn’t buying a shirt so I didn’t need to ask. He also threatened not to release my car because I simply asked to see the price breakdown.I apologized for asking clarifying questions. My intentions where not to make him upset. He then yelled at me again and said he was not upset. He then attempted to teach me what the word upset meant. I decided to just stay quite and pay. Talking to him was like talking to a child having a major temper tantrum. Pretty sad that a grown man acts that way, especially towards a customer. He was clearly hostile and uncomfortable with questions.Usually people who have problems with answering questions it is because they truly do not know the answer or they are not being honest. It’s natural to be on the defensive when you are hiding something. Clearly he was defensive and had a chip on his shoulder. That’s why honesty is the best.I’m sure this place can do great business and professional work. Just don’t ask too many questions unless you are willing to be yelled at by an inpatient, unprofessional, dismissive and dishonest man.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Planet Ford kept my car for 18 days that had a small DENT on right side of my car above my tire. Mind you it was supposed to be a 5 day work order but they said they found additional damage after the car was already in the shop. Okay I was not happy but Mark promised to handle 5 days of the rental since they kept changing the complete date on me. Well guess what. Its been three weeks and Mark keeps telling me Enterprise will handle it and Enterprise tells me Mark will handle it. This is by far the worst car experience I have ever been through. Update 2017: Mark never did return my calls. If he is still there I would caution you to go elsewhere. He doesnt care about you. And the receptionist had the audacity to call me the next day asking me to pay them an additional 500 dollars or they would would sue me. I said good luck with that and hung up. Worse customer service.

Run away, dont walk! I had minor damage done to the front and rear of my vehicle. It took 9.5 weeks to get it back. My insurance stopped paying for my rental it took so long and insurance said that it was because I chose to use a body shop that is not part of their network. Despite the owner of this place telling me that they were part of my insurance network. So, I ended up having to foot a $1k rental bill. Not to mention, I didnt have my car for over 9 weeks. Oh, and it was supposed to be done around 6 weeks and every time I would go over there when it was ready, it wouldnt be nearly ready. I finally get it and the paint doesnt match properly, my exhaust is all messed up and looks like an elementary school kid welded it up. The guy had thrown away my previous exhaust (which I probably could have fixed in 15 min w/ a welder) I was promised that they would do this or that to help me out... none of it was done. My car is actually running really poorly now and I still havent figured out why. They didnt fix the dipstick that bent to touch the belt, so my belt broke while driving down the interstate and I nearly wrecked due to lack of power steering or brakes. Then, had to pay, at my expense to have my vehicle towed because they said it wasnt their fault. Basically 99.99% of my experience was a lie. Now, I am trying to get a list of repairs that were done to my vehicle and they are saying that they cannot provide me with that. What? you cant provide me with a receipt showing what work was done? I spoke with a lawyer and was told that they are required to provide me a list of the work done. Yet, they still will not. This place is sketchy and go out of their way to save money on their end and tell you everything they can to make sure you get work done with them. Dont take just my word for it. Look at their lot, it looks like a junk-yard. Im sure because they rarely ever actually fix a car.

The only thing more sexy than Rob, is the work that they performed on my 2016 F-150.On the real: They were professional, informative, and friendly. Even put up with me calling in every few days to get an update. The insurance side of it was non-existent, they took care of it all. I was free to stop by at any time for any reason. The owners / employees are proud of their shop, to the point of giving me a tour and introducing me to the actual technicians that were performing the work on my truck.Their quality of work left me very satisfied, and I know what its like to walk away feeling shafted after car repairs (lookin at you Maaco). The insurance company even forgot to approve my broken windshield - they took care of it at cost to them, without batting an eye.Shout out to the staff: Rob, Carlos, & Juanita.

Wouldnt even give them 1 star if I didnt have to to review them, they lied about everything, about the insurance adjuster being there with them, lied weekly telling me the vehicle would be finished the next week for at least 6 weeks. Took 3.5 months for them to get my vehicle back to me from a front end collision, where they only needed hood bumper and one fender. Paint was not buffed out or clear looking when finally got the vehicle back. Customer service was terrible the guy blocked my number and the insurance adjusters number had to call back on a different phone. The worst business being run in this area hands down

I WISH Google Reviews had an option to give someone negative stars! 2920 Collision Center are unprofessional, dishonest crooks. 1st off the tow truck driver told me 2920 Collision was his tow yard...I trusted him - BIG mistake. Upon arriving at the tow yard - 2920 hard pressured me as soon as I walked into their shop, they barraged me with questions, tried to get me to rent a car, and asked me to sign something under duress without me fully understanding what was going on...keep in mind I had just been in a wreck!!! I was in pain & just wanted to go to the ER. I told them very plainly that I did nit want to make any decisions at that moment. Before 10am the next morning they filed a claim in my name!!! As soon as I found out, I called my insurance company. I immediately signed a form to release my vehicle from the insurance company 2920 filed with to my personal insurance company. AFTER I signed the release...they broke down my car in order to access damages and charged my insurance company over $2,000!!! They had NO LEGAL RIGHT to touch my vehicle! Thats okay...because a report will be filed with Harris County Sheriffs office. BEWARE! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! Some day soon karma will take care of these guys. Update...for the last week they have purposefully been difficult & kept my insurance company from picking up my car. They continue to prove my point...they are EXTREMELY unprofessional & untrustworthy!!!

Do business with this guy at your own risk. Got charged way too much for what little service was done. I had a wreck in 12 and had to have the whole front of the car replaced. I could tell this guy uses salvaged parts. Was not forthright. He returned it to me with the windshield still cracked. He said it would cost extra to have it replaced. He misplaced the grommets to my hood stand, and to this day, he probably still cant find them. Dont go to this guy unless you want to throw your money away!

DO NOT TOW YOUR CAR HERE. They charged my insurance company $750 towing fees for three miles. They then charged $2000 storage fees after I refused them to work on my car and demanded my company to rescue my car from these scam artists. My car was there 5 nights in outside parking lot. There estimate was close to $7000. I had my insurance company tow to Caliber Collision and their estimate was $5000. Read their reviews before you let that tow-shark tow your car. I wished I had when he approached me right after my accident. Shame on these people.

I was coming home from work last week and there was a fender bender at Spring Cypress and Ella Blvd. As I turned onto Ella two 2920 Collision tow trucks jumped out in front of me. I flashed my lights because I didnt think they saw me. One of the guys in the 2920 Collision tow truck slammed on his brakes and flashed his back lights (across the back of the truck and super bright) at me. They both then accelerated towards the intersection of 2920 and Spring Cypress but instead of waiting at the light like the rest of us they tore through the Citgo gas station to get to 2920. I would NEVER call them for anything. .what a bunch of JERKS!!! Unsafe, bully drivers!

NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, WOULD I RECCOMEND ANYONE DOING BUSINESS HERE!!! My girlfriend took her daughters car to have some work done, after a buddy of one of the employees son backed into it. Well, this buddy at 2920 Collision, Mark, avoided phone calls, both at the shop, and his cell phone as well as text messages. When she finally geta him on the phone he proceeds to cussing her out, because she was merely trying to get answers on what all was wrong with the car. This was 4 hours after he was supposed to call her back and failed to. He then told her she was a liar and had not called him. Well her call logs say otherwise. I could go on and on about what an incompetent, disrespectful individual he is, including the one avout him being caught in a lie. Needless to say, we went and got the car and took it elsewhere. He had absolutely nothing to say to her, which was in his best interests, because i would not have tolerated it.

Pray that your vehicle never gets taken to this storage lot!!!! Got into an accident and when I went the next day to get the remaining stuff out of my car - they wouldnt let me! Had to have my car towed to another lot by my insurance company just so I could get MY belongings (all I wanted was my dry cleaning, toys for my baby and remote to my garage) out of MY car. Thanks for making an already stressful situation even more difficult for absolutely no reason!!!

I would NOT recommend this place I asked for an estimate it.was emailed to be but never fully explained to me, I asked if the car was drive able i.was advised yes it was ( I knew there was damage to the front end what I DID NOT know was that the latch to my hood had been damaged, needless to say my hood flew up while I was driving it and shattered my windshield, when I called about this spoke with the staff they where very aggressive and rude, and very defensive i was told by the manager to pay the full tow fee and storage fees and other fees and that they would pay for the windshield ! ( I did pay the tow fee and I was given a break because I was paying out.of pocket but it seems since I decided to go a different route that they werent happy about that ) !

Stay away for this place they are a freaking ripoff my car was in an accident on Thursday March 23 I tried to get my car they same day around 4:55pm she told me they stop releasing at 5pm and I would have to get it on Friday March 24 called the next day and I would have to pay 360.45 to get my vechile out and it wasnt even in there for 24hrs so please do not take your business here!
