Easily a 5 star experience since its down a block and has anything I ever want. One thing though the chicken sandwiches are advertised with pickles but never have any lol

Not much to say: just picked up a few things. Fairly well organized and well stocked of most items. Was after 6, so close to end of day on a payday timing. Some items were pretty well sold down, but not the items I was looking for. Even found a couple of items I had been interested in for a while at decent prices. Glad I stopped in!

This store was super clean and friendly staff. I asked the person in the bakery where a particular item was located, she actually walked me over to the correct aisle and made sure I found what I was looking for. Kudos!

4 stars because it is a handy location for me. BUT it seems to have less of a selection and booze is locked up. It is also an older store and not very inviting. The back area by the pharmacy is old and run down. Employees are nice and friendly. This store needs a remodel asap.

I go to Albertsons every other day because they have everything I need to stay alive & they have the sort of sales that keeps an itinerant musician thriving.

I dont shop here often because prices are high. I do like $5.00 fridays they have good deals every Friday. Love their cakes.

I asked very nicely the cashier in the presence of this guy named Kevin who suppose to be the manager to enter my phone number into the cash register so i can see the discount being applied to my bill when buying 2 bags of chips and 3 boxes of soda.The discount was applied on the chips but not on the soda, Kevin just stairred at me not willing to fix the problem but instade he asked me to leave or else he threatened to call the police on me for not leaving, but there was no reason for him to act this way. He was even more upset at me after i started to record him when he was asking me to leave and insisted even more that I should leave, so I did, but I did tell him I will report this incident to his managers, then I did.So I did file a complaint against him with the main regional manager named Steve Rainheart.Kevin was very rude, he didnt care to provide the appropriate service to fix the problem like any good customer service worker would do.I alwayes shop from Albertsons, I had 1/2 a basket of grocery that it took me one hour to shop and i needed those grocery at the time to eat, then he asked me to leave like i was some low class customer who was a trouble make, instead of fixing the price in the register for the soda. Wow...He was definitely the craziest manager i have ever delt with.The next day I did file a complaint to 3 of his managers which all apologized about the wrong way he treated me.The conclusion of this matter, after a weekvthe main manager told me that he had a talk with Kevin, Kevin was a new manager still being trained and Kevin was verry sorry that he behaved this way.I was given a $25 gift certificate to return and shop there with out being bothered ever again by Kevin. But Im keeping this post to remind Kevin Justice was a good karma that did teach Kevin how to behave and how to act as a good manager should.But i will change the 1 star to better rating once i see how i will be treated by kevin.Just an ubdate, so far I Shopped there 5 times, I have not seen Kevin since that incident, i think he got fired or was sent away with his misrable atitude back to his mama.So now I will give this place a 5🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

The worst grocery store Ive ever been in, in my entire life. Dirty. Rude staff. Understaffed. They care nothing about customer service or the store itself. Good riddance.

My husband was denied the use of a manufacturers coupon for our sons baby formula. He was told We dont do that here by staff when the coupon was not expired and clearly states Can be used anywhere the product is sold. Very unprofessional

This is a friendly store. Everyone is helpful and courteous. I usually find what I need and can leave quickly.

Always clean and the checkout lines move quick, can be pricey if you dont sign up for their club card.

The store is well stocked, clean, has fast checkouts. But mostly because they bake the most delicious chocolate cake.

Prices are way too high. In the old days Albertsons was my main shopping store, in the past few years its been crazy high prices. I had to go here bcs it was my only option that day but prices were tripled since last time I was there. Customer service is Gone.

Store is nice, typically well stocked and neat (3.5 stars) HOWEVER, during this covid-19 era and expected sanitation...1 star only. Sure everyone wears a mask, but I watched the guy sanitizing the tops of the cart handle, (& each cart done after with the same cloth wiping whatever was on one cart on to the next carts) so unless you push the cart with an open hand, it isnt sanitized anywhere else.

Its convenient to where I live. I know where everything is, so I go here. The employees seem nice but nobody smiles. Most of them look tired, like theyve been there too long and theyre just going through the motions. Smile people, smile!!

A lot more expensive than Food 4 Less, so I dont buy everything here, but they do have much better quality foods especially meat & fish. Staff is always friendly, many have been working there for 10+ years.

Very limited selection and lots of out of date food. I stopped going here years ago because of the same problem. I decided to give them a try again but they have not made any changes. I will drive farther away to go to Vons or another Albertsons. Pics are from 9-1-2017. These were just a 3 of the many outdated products. And even then there are rows of these products all with the same sell by dates.

Fairly well stocked. Aisles are wide enough for walkers and wheel chairs. Only gripe are the employees who are restocking, blocking items. Would be fine if they would ask if you need to access the items they are blocking.

Very easy to get to from my house, so this is a regular on my list of grocery stores. The people who work there are really awesome. From the checkers to the pharmacy to the meat counter and the deli.. I always know that service comes first. As for prices, I know the grocery store profit margin is thin, so I understand there is not a lot of wiggle room. However, you can get more generic, cheaper food at other local outlets. For me, the relationships matter, so I will continue to use this store as my go to supermarket. The selection is very good, even though this store has less square footage than the newer big box chains. And the only other caution is, dont come right after work! It will be very crowded in every checkout, even with all lanes open. I try to come in the early morning.

Generally, I like Albertsons. Went in today and could smell the beginnings of the holiday season, which was really great. Employees are always eager to help you find what you need, which is beneficial to me. I have broken my back so standing is a little difficult at this time so I dont like it when they close down every lane except one and theres people waiting to get checked out. But other than that I like my Albertsons store.

The lady in the deli was super rude. She was seasoning raw chicken when I came to get pasta salad. She said, I was just over there! She also offered up a ton of attitude and eye rolling even though I was nice and apologetic, even while she was rude!

Felicia the cashier was as always very friendly. Availability of product was much better.

Overall it is a good local market. Not big. It is a little dated. The employees are very nice. That is why I return often. There is newer and larger Albertsons off Jamacha road. The fried chicken is a great value!

Lines to check out were wrapped around the store!! Crazy that it took me OVER 25 minutes to get to the checkout!!!!

Check your receipt! Make sure it matches the bank statement. I was over charged 51$ due to an “error” by the cashier.I already paid 20$ for my items and left. Somehow my card (not the physical card) was left in the register and paid for the guy behind me in line. I noticed 2 days later the overcharge. Went to the store and they were able to reimburse me but I remain skeptical of how this could have happened.

Today as I shopped, I witnessed two Albertsons gentlemen attending to some very elderly ladies. One was in the cold section and got them something they needed. The other was the checker, I think his name is Maurice. Its great to witness such kindness and compassion. Well done, gentlemen.

This is a smaller, older Albertsons and as such is more limited in selection. It does have a deli and a pharmacy and I like to go there because its a convenient neighborhood market on the main street in Casa de Oro. This part of town has gotten a little worn over the years but is starting to make a comeback. Lots of parking and a few small restaurants here and there.

I shop here for a few things I cant find at Walmart or if I need something in a hurry because its the closest store to home. The prices are too high. There are too many merchandise stands in the aisles so that people cant pass each other with a shopping cart, making each aisle one cart width wide. The only good thing about it is the produce department.

Still a bit strange seeing Alpines first major chain grocery store when I visit town, but the convenience of such a large retailer is mostly welcomed. Prices are often more than what I see down the hill closer to the city of San Diego but, again, there is no other option with this many goods under one roof thats in Alpine.
