I love this place! when I walked in I was immediately greeted. It was clear they were very, very busy but they still were all happy, apologizing for any delay and overly friendly. Sometimes life is so challenging and when you feel valued as a customer it is special. I thank them for taking such good care of my needs and making my day amazing!

GREAT staff!!!!! I have worked up a number of creative and other projects here and am so glad to have this print center. You may occasionally have to flag them down if they are busy, but they WILL respond with thorough, PATIENT help, in good order. I recommend asking all your questions when you have their attention...and keep in mind that they are doing their best with fewer public machines available at once because of distancing.

Never had any issues with this location, always kind courteous make sure to verify my ID before handing my package over. Great customer service much better than having to call Fedex.

I worked with Casey and Sue a couple weeks ago for brochures for our company awards and had an absolutely incredible experience! I came to get them printed the day of so we were on a time crunch (which they graciously helped us complete a few hours in advance!!), had a couple issues with the file transferring over, and Casey took a ton of extra time to help get our brochures looking exactly like we wanted. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Never using fedex again

DON’T EVER FAX. 17 page legal document. $40 later. White. Hot. Anger. I was so focused on getting it through I didn’t even see the prices posted. I’VE PAID TO HAVE COMPARABLE FAXES SENT FOR 0.25 A PAGE MAX! I sat calmly at first watching the paper go through slowly while I calmly thought “phew..it’s all going to be fine”. Then, near the end I saw the total on my card with complete disbelief. It didn’t even give me a receipt. Didn’t even ask me...OTHERWISE, the people here are nice, helpful and I do ship from here often. JUST DON’T EVER FAX. NEVER FAX.

Employees stood around with massive amount of customers to be helped. Obe had the worst attitude Ive EVER dealt with. I ship packages a lot and she kept making up reasons why I couldnt ship my package. Will NEVER deal with them again.

Set up a presentation to be printed online for an important meeting. Looked great on the preview when I sent it out, but despite that it came out hole punched through my headers (Was not an issue on the preview). I was told it couldnt be fixed for several hours and had to go to my meeting without it. Wasted so much of my time!

We had to ship a suitcase to Utah. Super easy task, we came in with estimated weight and dimensions, as well as all the pertinent information. She asked for our send from address, ie the return address, and we gave her the address in Louisiana. She then asked if this was the from address and we proceeded to spend the next three minutes explaining and clarifying that this is the send from address not the destination. Somehow, I didnt think this was complicated but Abby proved me wrong. This was a complicated concept for her. She ended up being so incompetent she quoted us double the actual value of the shipment without even getting the address we were sending it to. She was unpleasant and snippy the entire time. She was more concerned about hearing herself talk than listening to her customers. I dont know where she learned that attitude from but I hope she didnt pay for it. Rude is an understatement but the term Id use would be outside of polite society. We ended up having to come back in after we realized she hadnt even bothered to get the address to ship to. We had to find someone that had the capacity to fire off more than one neuron at a time. Shockingly enough, the next lady was able to handle the entirety of our request in three minutes instead of Abbys ten minute failure. During this time, Abby tried to explain to her co-worker that she had been correct, a statement that was undercut by the fact that we gave them a Utah address to ship to. She decided it was better to talk over us, then to let us get aid from someone that understood basic human interaction and her job, the latter I would have thought was a prerequisite. Any additional shipping requirements we may have in the future will be handled at a different center if not an entirely different organization. Thanks to Abby, a different organization would be preferred.

I only give a 4 star because of the difficulties encountered while trying to get there by car. But hopefully after the construction that will become easier. Otherwise this place had GREAT service and hardly any wait at the self service printers.

I have been to this location for work many times and have always had great service. I needed to print something and Joseph was able to help me through some technical difficulties on my end and get me what I needed. Thank you!

Great service, Monica did a resume for me on the fly and even cleaned up the graphics to make it look absolutely PERFECT! The team really makes this place and I always look forward to getting my prince and shipping done here!

Unpolite customer service and I felt that their prices are higher than other FedEx locations. They charged me by size and weight twice as much as it cost me to ship the same exact item 2 days before. I will not use this location unless I have a prepaid return airbill.

Odd collection of employees. Wish they could standardize into either the washed out pothead or the waiting for SS crone. Looks like the manager threw in some middle aged wanderers for spice, but they just get in the way. Maybe they are trying to be diverse, thats cool I guess.I think some of the reviews on here are fake.

This is my go to place for all my printing projects. They have always gone above and beyond to get my print jobs done correctly and if it wasnt the first time they will correct it the second time without a hassle. I will continue to use them as often as I can for all my projects

Didnt seem to have any issues, just stood in line and the gentleman said your package ready to go? So I handed it to him and out I walked.

Fast, clean, friendly staff, and lots of workspace, printers, fax machines and even rentable workstations. Parking can be tricky at times but if there isnt a spot available drive around the block once and a spot usually opens up.

My wife just had the worst customer service at this Fedex location. She was doing a self-copy project and a staff member asked if they could help, which they could since she had some questions. Unfortunately, the team member was condescending, rude, and such a jerk that she left in tears. Well never go back here.

Because theyre the only one in town, the staff usually feel free to treat you to terrible customer service (especially printing), because, Where else are you gonna go?

The wifi is trash... The obvious neglect for customer service is tragic. Please take yourself to another location if possible. Youll save yourself time.
