Clean and well stocked store. Some employees may have been new and not as familiar with products but they were able to ask the right people.

The employees are all nice and helpful but sometimes a little too helpful as in when just browsing or trying to shop you constantly get asked if you need help and I think after saying 5 or more times you dont need help then can stop asking Especially when its like the same couple employees

Wow oh wow. a few weeks ago i came in just to look around. a young lady named Macey came up to me and had the BEST customer service. she showed me so many great perfumes & soaps. she was so helpful & so sweet. 10/10

Exceptionally rude staff. I can buy better at Walmart. Or anywhere. For less. And avoid the weird, poser, fake, hilariously elite attitude. Please. Spare me. Its overpriced soap.

The lady was pretty nice at he entrence. There was a whole routine just to get in. She seemed nice enough even though it was a hard time in the world.

I purchase hand soaps here. They have a great selection that changes with the seasons. For the variety and price you cant go wrong. Plus the staff is very kind and goes out of their way to make your visit perfect!

Super friendly staff. Was greeted as soon as I walked in and the lady was so helpful! So many yummy scents to choose from not to mention when you have a coupon on top of a deal in the store. Great for gift ideas.

Lovely supply. Go there when there is a deal active, otherwise itll be way too expensive for someone on a budget. Go in for smells when they arent having a deal.

Wall flowers! There are tons of scents and most of them smell incredible. If you are a guy or girl, make sure your place smells good! Its a huge turn off to step into someones house for the first time and have it smell bad!!!!!

Its your typical Bath & Body but the customer service was amazing and when their gift shopping today looking for a present to and through all of our options the candles all oceans the buy 3 get so free yatta yatta is very helpful and she did it all really fast and let us to do our shopping by ourselves was great thank you

I love the smells but the staff is very pushy and what seems to be insincere. Like theyre trying too hard to sell you stuff when most know what they want.Ill of course go back but keep in mind you might be helped a little too much.

I walk into the store, and the first thing I hear is an employee whisper to another, she comes in a lot, watch out for her.Well Im sorry I WAS a frequent customer, and chose your location to shop when I wanted to shop with Bath and Body. I work in retail, so I know the drill on someone sketchy. But being judged because I go in frequently?! The entire time I was shopping an employee would literally look into my bag and see what I had decided on. I was so uncomfortable the entire time I was shopping. Absolutely will never go here again.

My wife forces me to be a slave to this place, at least 2 times a week Im mentally challenged with the task of walking around and smelling the same candles every week, looking at the same soaps, sanitizers, bath fuzzies, lotion.... OH MY GOOOOOOOD. MAKE IT STOP.the staff is always super nice, deals are great (Id say we have an inventory of over 4k in the smell goods retail) but the wife hunts the deals down.
