Fantastic selection and helpful staff! I believe it was the manager that rang me up, and I felt like he went above and beyond. He double checked that I meant to get 2 gel polishes, 1 regular in case I accidentally picked up a regular. He also let me know how long sales were running on items that I purchased (which was awesome because I didnt know they were on sale lol). May not seem like much, but its the little extras in life, am I right? Great store.

Always very friendly, helpful, and professional. Also, I love that they are very interactive with my toddler when I have to bring her in with me.

Today was my very first day I were walking into a salon centric, I’ve been doing here for nine years and I recently decided to switch lines. I’m still new to this color line, but was greeted and helped generously by Jared. He was extremely helpful, and gave me all the help I will need for this transition. I can’t thank you enough thank you for being so kind and informative I will definitely be back quite often!

I am a liscensed cosmetologist and love going to this store only. They have what I need and they are very helpful.Now to top this off I was oblivious I had left my change one day. Just decided to go back to buy some colors and buy a few dry shampoos....not knowing how considerate they was to put my left change into a envelope for me with my receipt. I will never go anywhere else.Thank you Kelsi (?) for watching out for me and thank you Jared for hiring her

Rude customer service

The customer service leaves much to be desired. When I do walk in there the atmosphere with the employees is negative and they are unfriendly. One even rolled her eyes at me when she thought I wasn’t looking.

I’ve been there a handful of times and they are always out of products! Also horrible service and you can’t get out of there quickly. I just called this morning to ask about the upcoming sale this weekend and put on hold for infinity so I hung up! I would frequent if I could get goog customer service! I’ve been upset for too long! I will be taking business elsewhere. This has been going on for years. You might take a look your choice of employees.

Says on google its open today. Sunday till 4pm. Drove 1.5 hours 1 way. They are not open at all on sunday. Waste of my day. Fix your advertising....
