We called them tonight after we got a flat tire and jack was not working. They were very nice on the phone and sent someone right away to us. The driver quickly took off the flat and put on the spare than he also made sure the spare had the right amount of air. Each person who helped us was very nice, knowledgeable, and offered great service.

First time going to Wayland tire and I thought it was a fantastic experience they explained in detail why and why not about a lot of certain things I will go there again

Got 6 used for 175$ each, 2 of them blowout after 1200 miles, 1 after 8000, 2 still looks good, and one needs to be replaced asap because of the thread.

They wanted to charge me double for mount&Balance since I didnt buy from them directly. I brought them brand new tires I got off Amazon they sell the same brand but didnt have my size available. Trying to charge a customer nearly 40$ a mount. Thats Greed right there. Lost a customer and many more.

Took my vehicle in after making an appointment the day before and when I showed up they were waiting for me to arrive. Wheel alignments take some time and I was patient with the place as I waited. After completing, I received a readout showing the before and after of the alignment which is extremely helpful and it was explained to me in detail. The price was very reasonable as well. To add, the crew was very polite and informative.

1 star only because of what you charge to mount, and you double the charge because I bought the tires online (since you’re in the business of selling tires and I didn’t get the from you). As a business owner you should take money as it comes and try to not scalp people. No way I’m paying you 70 bucks a tire to get them put on my rig!

Good prices, good service, only down side is - since they are not a huge chain store traveling if you have warranty issues can be a but more difficult. On the up side... They are not a big chain store they have humans that work here, not corporate drones mumbling please stay inside box.

This is the worst office in Spokane! Poor attitude and service, brought his three cars to the allayment, not one did not do well, but only added problems !!! I do not advise anyone to give their cars there 😠

I came here for a front end alignment, it should have taken about an hour, it ended up being over two. It turned out they were struggling with getting the steering wheel to be in line with the tires. In the end they didnt charge me anything due to taking so long
