Was highly interested in a Toyota Camry - great condition - low mileage. I checked the CarFax and the car had been in 2 accidents and the mileage had been rolled back!!Why isnt this noted in the details of the listing?To be fair, I havent purchased a car from Oday and theyre probably a great place to buy a car. However, Oday should post what they know about the vehicles clearly on their website and not make the customer do the homework.

Showed up for an appointment and the sales consultant wasnt there. Was told they would arrive in a few minutes. 20 min later, was told they would arrive in 30 min. Wasnt able to test drive the car because all the dealer plates were gone. Was told I could drive the car around the block, but not on the highway (probably because the car was overheating, saw smoke coming from the engine as well as coolant warning light was on). Terrible service, disorganized business, dirty office space. Would never entrust my business here.

Oday likes to not pay his employees and gets so upset when they quit that he has to make up lies and say they broke a bunch of stuff and thats why they quit. As a former mechanic at this place stay far away from anything he has or will have for sale. Edit. Its been a few weeks and oday still hasnt made any attempts to pay me.

Great experience with them. I bought a trailblazer from them and not even an hour later drive had quit working. I dont blame them for the incident cause not even i could feel it failing. It had ran perfectly the entire time until then. Oday helped me out immensely to get it fixed. His mechanic even came out to me to check it out cause i wasnt sure how easily i could drive it back. I would definitely get another car from them again.

The absolute worst person to ever buy anything from the most rudest salesman I have ever met AVOID THIS PLACE....He sold me a car that had a bad transmission proceeded to say I did it in one week. It sat for a whole month excuse after excuse...then ordered the wrong transmission. Horrible sales man and business man

Oday deceived us, he said we would not have to change oil for our vehicle til many moths, Both the owner and the office guy lied to us. The office guy also knowingly charged us over an extra $1,000 for so called Registration Fees. When found out later by WA State Dept was wrong, and went to ODay to request our money back, they would not return our money they stole from us. Even much worst, oil leaked from vehicle from the first week after purchase. Thus, we left the car there off and on for the next 11 out of 16 weeks to supposedly be fixed by Odays mechanic - off and on for the first four months we owned the vehicle! Then, just a few weeks after the last repair at Odays, when driving on Hwy 90 in first trip from Spokane to Olympia in this vehicle, it suddenly broke down. Oday knowingly had put my youngest daughter and I in grave danger! Turned out the engine was totally emptied of oil due to the very engine problem that was supposedly already fixed by Oday! Eventually, Vehicle had to be towed to Mechanics Pride downtown. The Cost to repair was over $2,200 for vehicle, (actually over $6,400 total costs, but Mike, owner of Mechanics Pride, only charged us 1/3 rd actual cost. Mike also granted us a 12 month / 12,000 mile warranty ). The original repair by ODay before break -down was estimated by another auto repair shop to be about $900 with labor (actually, parts were less than $100!). We went to ODay and requested he pay us the cost of repairs, t least half anyway, and to inform ODay of how our lives had been put at risk. There in the office, ODay yelled at us - with 3 other witnesses. One of the terrible things ODay yelled at us was, I DONT CARE!! THE CAR IS SOLD AND THAT IS ALL I CARE ABOUT!! ODAY and his office person lied to us repeatedly during all of those four months, Oday falsely stating vehicle was repaired by his mechanics. ODay also put our lives at risk,. ODay had said that the vehicle was reliable to drive to Seattle, yet he knew vehicle was NOT repaired!.

I went into Odde auto sales to buy a new car not only were Oday and Jason very knowledgeable and helpful but they sold me a quality used car their selection and prices are unbeatable and I would recommend them to anybody Looking to buy a new car

Sometimes small things have great surprises and I was definitely impressed with their vehicles they had there. I wasnt expecting that. Do not buy a car from this dealer. We were lied to and, paid too much for the car! When it started breaking down after only owning it for a month, there was excuse after excuse. Now, the car needs a whole new engine for it to even run. We were scammed big time!

We live down the block. Their mechanics are constantly racing up and down side streets as if revving the engines will fix their junker cars. They have vehicles up and down Rich Avenue with flat tires. Theyre bad neighbors and from the sound of their reviews shady businessmen as well.

They sell high mileage junk. And have creepy people working there. Go somewhere else.
