DONT GET YOUR LEXUS DETAILED OR SERVICED HERE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE STAFF. Calcium water spots ALL over my car, floors not vacuumed or steam cleaned, did not wax my car. When I had an issue with the quality of the interior/exterior DETAIL, I was told from their staff dont come back and take my business elsewhere. I was told $400 was a SALE price and that my standards are too high. what part of detail means not doing the job and not paying attention to the details?Not only that but they were supposed to replace the bad actuator on my tailgate. This is the second time and they did not replace it. only greased it. Currently still has same problem.Attention Lexus owners. do you really want to get sub par service on your $50,000 + car?

Trust. I have been a Lexus service customer for 16 years. I have always thought of their service department as friendly, with high quality work. My mother only owned Lexus vehicles, my siblings own Lexus vehicles, I have numerous friends who own Lexus vehicles. On August 8, 2021, I took my 2005 Lexus 330RX into the service department for an oil change. I requested the tires NOT be rotated. The next day I drove my car on the freeway. At 72 MPH, my steering wheel began to shutter/vibrate. It had not done that prior to the service. I pulled over and called the service department. They said to bring the car back in. After waiting an hour, I was told that they had found the problem. The explanation was that the weights in all four wheels were incorrect. They told me they had adjusted the weights and charged me $65.00. Now I don’t claim to be a tire or service expert, but I am sharp enough to know that the car wasn’t vibrating prior to the service, I had requested the tires be left alone, and I am now being told it was suddenly the wheels and was charged for the correction. Rather than question the service personnel at the time, I decided to do a little research first. I contacted two tire dealers who agreed with my speculation…it didn’t occur before the service and adjusting weights in the wheels all of a sudden didn’t make any sense, especially all four. I contacted the service department with my complaint. The result was they stated they would remove the charges. That’s it. I was furious for numerous reasons. 1) Obviously they had made an error during service. Rather than take responsibility and fix it, they put the blame on an extraneous reason and CHARGED me to do it. 2) The trust I have enjoyed between the service department and myself eroded. 3) The response was not taking responsibility or apologizing for my additional time and their mistake, simply applying a refund. 4) It has been almost a month and the refund has yet to show on my charge card. After 10 business days, I contacted the service department about the refund and was told it would be taken care of. Not yet. You can provide all of the wonderful coffee and Uber service you want, but ultimately it comes down to trust…can you TRUST the service department to be honest with you and fess up when they make a mistake. Apparently, Larry H. Miller is not prioritizing that value.

Lisa made my entire experience worry-free. I had already decided on what I wanted and she worked with me to find a car that fit my needs and was very communicative throughout the whole process. When my wife and I drove up to pick up the vehicle the entire staff was friendly to us and our daughter, treated us as if we were family. Cannot ask for a better experience!

We canceled a warranty with them on 5/29. It has be 20 weeks and no refund. They did not even process the request until my wife called and asked them. It now has been an additional month since that conversation and no updates. My wife sent an email for an update and nothing, no response from Christen or Rachel. Christen sent a message asking to cancel it and Rachel completely ignored the request and didn’t even acknowledge it. Very unfortunate because we really liked our salesman, but once it comes to canceling something with them, they go silent!

I have had my previous Lexus vehicles serviced here for years and decided to purchase a new Lexus last week. 10/10 recommend, Roger was a wonderful sales person, worked with me via phone then in person to get the exact model and trim I wanted. Very respectful, low pressure experience, super great process overall. If you are in the NW looking for either a new or used Lexus, this is the way to go. Definitely was made to feel welcomed and valued, felt like a premium experience start to finish.

Wonderful experience with DJ and the entire team at Lexus of Spokane! Second car purchase after a 12 year run with the first one, and I am loving it! Overall was a quick and streamlined process. Pleasant and very attentive - while they over-charge for basic service. Every reason why people are leery and untrusting of a dealership service department. Because you can’t trust the bill. Once my warranty is expired - I will never have my vehicle serviced here. Between now and then, scheduled service and repairs will be done by mechanic I can trust.Edit : $99 to change mounted wheels and tries during a scheduled service that includes tire rotation. The bill claims mount/balance fee. The follow up conversation about the bill claims reprogramming of the sensors. Both explanations are BS. I switch mounted tires every 6 months with no charges at major tire retailers - even with no other billable service preformed. This is the industry standard. I’m not wasting one more minute trying to reach anyone. You’ll either fix the bill or not. My time is also money. Now you’ve disrespected my intelligence and time.

I went to Larry H. Miller Lexus in Spokane to check out a specific car with no intentions of buying it and ended up driving something completely different back home. I hadn’t even considered the model I bought, yet it turned out to be exactly what I wanted. I have enjoyed driving it every single day since I brought it home. All of this is thanks to Roger who helped me find the car of my dreams. It turned out the car I went to see had already been sold, but Roger suggested I try out a different model as long as I was there. What I appreciated the most about him is at no point of time did I feel any pressure to buy or commit to anything or to hurry up and make up my mind or get out of his way so that he could make a sale. It was like talking to a friend who listened and cared about what I really wanted. He helped me pick out the perfect car for me that I had not even considered buying. I test drove so many cars over the last few months, and every single one was missing at least one feature I was looking for. The car I bought had it all and more. I couldn’t be happier. And what I appreciated the most is Roger took the time to entertain my 2-year-old while I was emptying my old car and also brought him toys (indoor cornhole, anyone?) and coloring pages to keep him entertained while I was going through some paperwork. My wife took her car in to get the headlights adjusted on her 2020 RC Lexus. Not only was nothing done, there remains to have a dark spot when driving. The tech told her they didn’t see anything because it was “too light” out. She drove 2 1/2 hours each way for absolutely nothing.UPDATE: called twice to the general manager, no response!

My experience with Kevin was great. I leased a new ES300H and returned my leased car IS 300. The negotiation didn’t take too long, they gave me their offer, I gave them what I believe was fair offer for both and told Kevin this is my only and final offer. It took about another 15 minutes and they accepted my offer. That’s the second time I deal with Kevin, very friendly and professional. I have and I will recommend him for other friends who are looking looking to buy or lease a Lexus.

I called to make an appointment for my vehicles first service last week (purchased brand new from Larry H Miller). During our phone conversation, I was clear in saying that I need a service loaner. The gentleman I spoke with said to bring my vehicle in on Monday as this is when they will have a vehicle available. I live in Idaho, it’s a long drive for me. I needed a service loaner to visit my Washington commercial clients while in town. When I arrived, Brittany told me there was not a vehicle available. Frustrated that I’d driven all this way and scheduled appointments with clients, I postured up and explained I was told there will be a vehicle available for me. Brittany then agreed to get me a vehicle. I was forwarded to another employee, she said, “you’ll have to be patient with me as I’m filling in for a few weeks and have never done this”. After sitting there she tells me that although my vehicle is licensed and insured in the State of Idaho she will not give me a service loaner due to having a Florida license (in fact, she said it is ILLEGAL...ha). I explained I own a home in Florida and go back and forth. I must keep a Florida drivers license due to my homeowners exemption. After proving to her that it is NOT illegal, she proceeded to tell me that it’s Larry H Miller’s policy!?! Interesting that when I purchased the vehicle with my Florida license and explained that my main concern is having something to drive when the vehicle is being serviced, there was never an issue with my drivers license. I’ve owned a fleet of different makes of vehicles, NEVER in my life have I experienced such unprofessional service. I strongly advise if you would like service after the sale, DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR VEHICLE AT THIS DEALERSHIP. I will add, I have never taken the time to fill out a review, but after today’s experience it is a must! This situation is very disappointing and I am frankly outraged that these people wasted my time.There are a ton of options when it comes to purchasing a vehicle, service is vital.

The only thing that made me leery was that there didn’t appear to be as many pandemic precautions as I would have liked. Larry H Miller has always done a great job servicing my automobiles. My most recent visit I brought my SUV in to have its rear brakes replaced. (A tire shop said they needed replaced). After a thorough inspection I was told they have a lot of life left. Additionally they put my snow wheels on and washed my car all at no charge. Nice to see that type of character in a business. Also, Asa and Jim do a great job as advisors each and every time.

After many negative experiences with spokane mechanics with misguided and selfish exploitation of my unknowing hand, I was scared to bring it in to get any work done,However after arriving at Larry h Miller I was met with smiles and care, they addressed the issues that I was told was wrong with my car that would have costed me much more money and debunked these fraudulent claims, and got to the real root of the problems. Saving my pocket and much heart ache/anxiety. My car has been a problematic car for a while and since I got it back it has felt brand new. They shined my tires and washed it to give it the fresh feel and I cant thank them enough for their help.

We have a 2005 Lexus RX330 and it just turned 200,000 miles and I had the oil changed this week. They did the oil change and check-up and it came back all good with flying colors! I keep all my rigs clean inside and out always, and fixed mechanically too. The service rep told me that my rig will be good for another 100,000 miles with the condition it is in. I thanked him, but also said the dealership, (LHM LEXUS SPOKANE) has been a big part in helping me keep my RX330 mechanically sound. I can always depend on them being honest when repairs are needed or not needed. They deserve the 5 star rating...

Got us on the road again. We were stuck in Spokane, on a family road trip, with a blown suspension airbag. I put in a service request at 10pm. By 7:30am I had an email from Jonathan and a call from Brittany. Brittany and the tech were patient in helping me sort through options and getting us going again. Thank you!

Camera was great, made sure our car was picked up in whitefish and transported to the car dealer for a fuel pump recall. Service was promptly performed. In addition tires were rotated and a service check of most of the systems in the car which was then promptly returned to our home in whitefish. Good job.

I always feel taken care of by the Service department at Larry H. Miller Lexus Spokane. They ensure the schedule the appropriate checks for my car and take care of all recalls. I like that they have a space where I can just set up and work while I wait. And the cookie at the end is nice too! ;)

Ive been bringing my care to Lexus for over three years. I arrived early and no one greeted me. I had to ask who my service representative was for the day. I got a routine oil change and had my winter tires put on. The dealership had my car for over 3 hours to do these two tasks. The next day my tire pressure light was blinking. When I brought it back in I had to wait for over an hour. They informed me that only three of the sensors on my tires had been programmed the day before and not all four. I understand they are busy but quality service is something that they pride themselves on and this was short of quality.

We e had a great experience at Larry Miller Lexus! We were driving from Yakima and called ahead on a couple cars we were interested in, motivated to buy same day!! They took info on our trade and had an offer on it back to us within 30 minutes! Then to speed things up they got info and had our credit approved before we arrived. Everyone was helpful, warm and made the experience painless! We had heard that the Spokane Lexus Dealer was Top notch and we agree.

I cant say enough about how impressed I am with the customer service at LHM Lexus. We brought the car in for regular service and asked them to look at an issue with wind noise coming from the sun roof. The car was ready when promised and no more wind noise. Thank you to Asa and all others involved.
