There are many positive things I have to say about my experience at Lithia, but the most important one is: Jennifer helped me find the car that was right for me. I visited having one idea about what I wanted, and after test driving three different Wranglers, learned that I actually wanted one with quite different options than originally planned. Jennifer found that vehicle at another location, gave me plenty of time to think it through, and had the car waiting for me at Lithia, looking immaculate, a few days later. I went from being bummed about having to part with my previous car, which was not handling WA winters well, to being stoked about my new Jeep. Overall, I enjoyed my interactions with everyone at this dealership and I LOVE my new Wrangler!

We brought out Journey in under warranty for the 3 time to have the transmission looked at since it was shifting horrible and the check engine light was on. Less then year ago they had to replace our transmission in our Journey with less then 80,000 miles on it, thankfully was under warranty still and they had to replace it at there cost. After having our car for 2 days this time we were told nothing was wrong and that nothing needed fixed and were then charged 170 dollars for them to fix nothing!! This happens every time our warranty is close to ending!! They just don’t want to fix what’s broken!! And last time we had the transmission replaced we noticed later that our headlights had stress fractures all over the lenses from them putting pressure on them while replacing our transmission but they wouldn’t replace or fix headlights. Don’t take your car to this deal they are horrible!!
Worst sales experience Ive ever had. Tried to buy a Certified pre-owned, they could not provide any written proof of the extended warranty they were touting.. told me to just trust them that they would provide all that info once I sign and pay.. had another dealer look up warranty info through dodge service network and showed 3 extended service plans registered to that car (same vin) that belonged to previous owner. When I asked about that, they were defensive, told me I didnt know what I was talking about and my other opinion was stupid. Conversation ended with me canceling sale after the sales manager was yelling at me over the phone. They were ridiculously unprofessional. Dodged a bullet not buying from them!
We had a tonneau cover installed on our 2020 Gladiator Mojave. They did a very professional job and made sure we knew how to roll it up properly. Just picked up my jeep after having it in the shop for 4 days for an oil leak under warranty (for the second time). First time I had to take it back in the next day as it was leaking worse. Once we got home, I parked it in the driveway to clean up the previous oil leak in the garage of our new home. When I brought it in the garage it had leaked on the driveway cement pad.Then my husband checked to see if the leak was fixed. When he went to remove the oil filter access cover it had been broken, but put back on anyway. Then we could see standing oil around the base of the oil filter housing. Not sure if it is still leaking or they didnt clean up the excess oil. We live in a rural area, so it isnt like we can easily take it back in. Sooooo frustrated and disappointed in the service we have received. Left my husbands Ram there for service work and am regretting it now. What will they break or not fix correctly on his truck?
Quality service. I may go back to where I bought the tires, as they offer free rotation service. A car wash for a nominal fee, such as $5, would be nice. Its always nice to drive away from servicing with a clean vehicle.
I recently bought a vehicle from this dealership and did not have the best experience. Outside of the expected back and forth that occurred with the salesman, they gave my wife and I a vehicle with very low fuel but promised it would be fine for a test drive. However, we ran out of gas on our way back to the dealership after being gone for roughly 10 minutes.Afterwards, the finance person refused to wear a mask while working with us and even commented on my vaccine card he spotted in my wallet saying he didnt believe in getting it. I respect everyones right to an opinion, but it was unprofessional to even bring that up.Then once I was home with the new vehicle I had been driving it for 2 days when I was pulled over for not having a temp tag. When I called the dealership to verify that I had actually purchased the car (with the officer waiting, mind you), the person I spoke with said they didnt have any confirmation of me buying the vehicle and stated it said we were still in pending status and that the vehicle was still listed in their inventory. The officer let me go, thankfully, and I had to drive back to the dealership for them to finally give me my temp tag and complete paperwork on their end.Finally, the vehicle is already having some brake squeaking after driving it for less than a week, yet when I spoke to the service person they said they were unable to guarantee that I wouldnt be liable for paying for that... after I had just purchased a 60k car from the less than 5 days earlier.I am happy with the vehicle I purchased outside of the brakes, but the experience I had with Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Spokane was less than ideal and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. They wouldnt even agree to install a trailer hitch on the vehicle and include it in the final cost, which to me seems like an easy thing to do to help finalize a deal, especially after all of the issues we have had.
On 2 different occasions, parts were ordered and I wasnt notified when the parts arrived. I called and found out that the parts had already arrived days before. Then we setup appointments to repair my truck. Work performed was GREAT.
I have been here twice & each time was an awesome experience. This last visit really put the icing on the cake! I had an amazing salesman, Jeff, who helped me trade in my vehicle for a complete upgrade. He was professional, down to earth, and sat in my new vehicle with me to show me how everything worked. At the end, Richard took over and did the finance aspect of it all. He brought my interest rate down & explained everything very well to me. I was able to ask questions when needed! I was so comfortable and taken care of extremely well. I highly recommend going here :) you wont be disappointed!
Great customer service since was able to get me in last minute since I moved out of town and have paid for lifetime oil changes that arent usable at all Dodge dealerships.
I personally enjoyed the entire process. The service department went beyond my expectations. Julie in the service department was not only very professional, but she kept me in the loop multiple times a day. Most dealerships take your vehicle in and the only time you hear from them is to say come pick it up. We had 2 vehicles in and Julie was on top of them both. The entire service department was outstanding as well as super friendly, professional and informative. Kudos on a jobs well done!!
I bought my Jeep here, so I bring it here for oil changes every few months. Everything has been great every time. The only thing Id change is that they wash the car as a complimentary service with an oil change, like a lot of dealerships do.

The factory recall work was done quickly. The only thing I regret is not being able to keep the emblem that was removed from the steering wheel airbag cover. I was going to attach it to the front of my cap.
We bought the best vehicle weve ever owned. Took very little time for the sales team to make everything fit our budget, even though our credit was average. Lithia came highly recommend. Called 2 different Dodge/Jeep dealers about oil leak. Both quoted $900-1100 over the phone but Lithia Jeep could get me in right away for the repair to the all too common oil filter housing. After dropping my Jeep off they called and changed their price to $1500, total bs. After replying I was on my way back to get the Jeep Lithia quickly replied they could do it for $1200. Will not go to this dealership again, and if you’re reading this, you shouldn’t either

Car wasnt washed as it said it would be on invoice. (Maybe weather related) not that big of deal but no communication about it. When I picked up grit on steering wheel and there number paper just left on dash. Other than that very timely and very friendly counter people

My side skirts were dented from a technician improperly loading the vehicle onto a 2 post lift. After one call to the service department it was handled and the damage was fixed without me paying a penny. 3 out of 5 starts because of the original damage but the timely response and repairs was good.
My oil change was done quickly. The people in the service department were friendly and professional. There were safely spaced comfortable chairs in the show room for waiting.
I wasnt prepared for a one to two hour service time when I checked in. But to my surprise the service man went out of his way and enlisted additional help to get it done much quicker than expected. Sincerely appreciated the extra effort to help me out!

I bought a vehicle on 12/5/19 from Lithia. Purchased my Gap coverage to cover my car. Well on Nov. 5th it was totaled By another driver. Well there was an issue with my Gap. The General manager of the dealership had to deal with me. I know I was not an easy client by no means but Lithia stepped up in the end. This would have been a 5 had my coverage not been canceled, this would have been a 4 had I not gotten the response from the financial guy when I confronted the issue. We bought a used car. The oil light was and still is on. Told that it would be fixed by sales. The front bumper is just flapping in the wind. Bought a $2900 warranty that is useless. Took the car in for a leak and nothing was worked on and the estimate to repair leak is $4000. The oil light is a pressure switch for $122 installed, that wasnt even done. Was told the service contract covered gaskets. Only if needed in a repair. This was the worst case of misrepresentation Ive seen.

Had what seems like a RARE experience in the Spokane market purchasing a car. (This was the 4th dealership Id been in contact with and the other 3 I walked away disgusted and feeling dirty because of just how bad they were trying to make a scammy buck) A very positive one, no box game, no bs. Justin S didnt apply pressure, he talked to me about what I was looking for since I came for something that had just been sold and found me something I freaking loved even more. ALSO a shout-out to the finance guy Jon S. A true car dude, gentleman and scholar. I would have tried to make that dude a friend had we not been moving across the country in a week. All the stars for those folks here.
I was there for 2 recalls. I had an appointment at 11:30, was told it would take about an hour when I called to make the appointment. I got there and was told it probably wouldnt be done until 2pm!! Really, that lunch was 12 to 1.....then WHY WOULD YOU make an appointment at 11:30 and tell me itll be about an hour?? My time is just as valuable as anyone elses .....the guy said to me Ill see if someone will go to lunch later to get your car done! I just asked if that wouldnt work to just tell me andId get a tide and come back to pick it up. NEVER heard a word back. So what else can I do but sit and wait? 1:45 finally am told car is ready.....Ill tell you this I WILL never go back to Lithia Chrysler Dodge.....so simply put I dont have anything good to say about Lithia Chrysler

They do a great job getting things done. I would prefer a little more phone communication as far as the progress on repairs, recalls, maintenance etc. But like the overall service.
I found the representative to be professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. The repairs and service were done in a timely manner and so far so good.
I know its not Lithia fault, but I have gone in four times and still have to go back just to have the radio unit replaced. Radio unit one and now two still will not work. Getting VERY old coming and sitting for hours to still not have my truck taken care of. You would think they would use NEW replacement parts instead of reconditioned parts. I am NOT happy at all!!!! Not sure if I could recommend this place to anyone.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Bought a 2016 ram 1500 in February. Called 2 days after our 60 day warranty was up to tell them they sold us a car with a broken air conditioner now that its actually warm enough to try and use and they said to bad. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced in buying a vehicle. Obviously they dont check the quality of vehicles theyre selling. If we could return it we would. DO NOT shop here. Absolutely horrible.

Oil change has commonly taken 3 hours for us here. What is the point in an appointment if they dont even attempt to keep to it? This last time I dropped the car off at 8:30am and got a call back at about 12:15pm. Thats why I have to take 2 cars and drop one off, so Im not waiting around their dealership literally half of the day for a 15 to 20 minute job. When I bought my truck here they over filled the oil until it filled my skid plate, they said theyd clean it up before I picked up the vehicle. They didnt even move it into the shop to try to clean it before I came back later that day. I had to take their skid plate off and clean it myself after spending $25,000 I expected more that that. If lithia had better service at their downtown Spokane location I would take my car there, but unfortunately they are just as bad. At this point I will probably drive to Idaho (another state) to get decent service from a lithia company. I would not ever purchase lifetime oil changes from them again. They waste so much of my time it would be cheaper to take my car to any other dealership and pay the $70 a pop for an oil change.***UPDATE*** In response to lithia. I understand you want me to speak to Scott (manager) again. I did already, the last time I made it obvious your customer service is sub par. I also noticed it hadnt changed more than 6 months after my initial complaints. You do not seem to be interested in improving. All you seem to be interested is getting legitimate poor reviews taken down. What I would like is for you to ACTUALLY IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Kindly address of your poor time management skills, awful scheduling practices and slow service center technicians and I will consider giving you money again. I would like to be point out that I would be fine with the long wait times if you werent having your office staff lie about it. Im fine dropping off my car for a long wait time when Im informed of that ahead of the appointment. What Im not ok with is being told it will be 30-45 mintues then waiting for 2 hours, and then beiing told AGAIN that it will only be 30 more minutes, and then having it still take another 2 hours. Its easy to be honest.

My family bought a 2020 ram 1500. The window sticker lists power folding mirrors as part of the purchase. There are no power folding mirrors, and everyone wants to explain to me how I have misunderstood the window sticker. My truck has 53 options that the window sticker lists out of 54. The only option missing is the power folding mirrors (not just power mirrors). The dealership says they don’t have to do anything about this. On top of this they tricked me into buying a pulse system that they claimed was already installed on the vehicle for $300. I reluctantly agreed, but after I brought it home I noticed it didn’t have pulse. They were glad to refund the $300 when I brought it to their attention, but I bet 90% of the people who get tricked into buying this scam don’t even notice if they got it or not. It’s not from the factory. It is a $300 scam they add (or don’t add) on their own for “safety” reasons. I did a lot of research and there is no scientific study that says the pulse brake system is better than a normal brake light. If it were safer the government would require pulse. All I could see is it is good for motorcycles. Also, Celina, my sales person really campained for 10/10 surveys...which is super tacky. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

We bought our 2017 Ram 2500 HD with 18 miles on it and have paid for it in full. We have taken it in for all services here and over time have seen respect towards us deminsh. While driving my transmission broke after 43000 miles with to many calls into the office to find out what was wrong and no answers . I had to file a claim with manufacturer due to lack of communication from dealership. I lost several thousand dollars due to being put into a smaller unusable truck and not being able to work with my truck or a equivalent one . They showed me no signs of compassion and offered nothing in compensation for my losses. It took almost 4 weeks to get my truck back. Several appointments over the past few years we asked for things to be checked several times but were never performed. We are looking elsewhere for services.

Went in for oil change, left with oil change, new brakes, axel wheel seal, oxygen sensor, code check and clear and was told ABS module needed replacement on Jan 22. ABS part was ordered I advised I needed the work done by Feb 20, it is now Feb 19, still no part, no update.
I spent $200 on the problem that they picked before I get fixed it again now I have to take it back again Im probably pay more
Made an 8 am appointment for oil change. Got there at 7:45, watched a guy drive my truck to the back lot,park it and walk away. At 9:10,after sitting in 32 degree weather they pulled it in to drop my now cold oil.Wasnt ready until 10:10!

My front radar sensor was out of alignment, disabling my adaptive cruise control and front collision warning. The dealership diagnosed and fixed the problem without charging me.

We purchased a new Ram p/u, and had a traveling salesman. Overall a nice man but on two occasions we almost left due to pressuring type comments, dismissing our concerns about price and what we were willing to pay. We negotiated a price and the salesman stood and announced to the showroom thats we just purchased a new truck, even after telling him several times we needed to reach an agreeable term on financing before committing. We were able to and purchased the truck. Very awkward!!When we got home we found our truck (same vin. #) on Lithias website for $3000 less than we just negotiated. I called the next day and the sales manager told me to come in and it would be corrected. They were quick to adjust the price but I was left with the question, if I hadnt called would it have just been left as it was? We are still waiting on a call to let us know the amount of time a small chip will take to repair. The staff in general were freindly and helpful.We are looking for a vehicle soon for my wife, at this time we are uncertain about Lithias follow thru after the sale, and whether to purchase again.Overall, we are not disappointed, just uncertain. In line with everything Ive ever gotten serviced of any kind here it always take 2 trips to get anything done. This time they scheduled my oil change, then when I should up told me I was a week early to use the oil change program, there mistake but I still had to come back a week later.

Totally took advantage of us and ripped us off. Our mistake for not shopping around and knowing how much we should have paid. They never gave us our trade in value or if they did they just tacked another 15k to the price of the Jeep. I suggest NOT going to them for vehicles. Specially when they are running their promo prize give away circus.
