The parts are obviously returns not in plastic inside box. Hopefully they are fine.

This place delivered on service! Julio assited me and he installed my wiper blades very quickly. He answered my questions about my tires and then helped me get them to the correct psi. This place is worth the trip!

Seemed a little outdated, but hey who really likes newer model cars anyways. If you have a older model vehicle like myself, then they were awesome. I cant say I have needed them yet for my newer model vehicles yet so I dont know about that yet... Overall its a good well-known, good name auto parts store.

Although I can get parts at cost at another parts store advance quite often has the hard to find parts for my rigs. Today it was H8 LED bulbs no one else in town had.

I was in a hurry and going to be late to pick my son up from school, and a bad battery. These guys went above and beyond to help me! I am so grateful for all of their help and my new and installed battery!!

Excellent customer service. I managed a parts store for several years at one time in my life and I know what it takes to be a quality auto parts store. This place has it. They dont always have the lowest prices but they are usually competitive and what does it cost to make return trips to town when you receive the wrong parts?

If you get a chance to talk to Jamie her customer service is five star every time. I had a bad alternator today I bought a year ago with lifetime warranty. She had it waiting for me 2 minutes later when I arrived at the store. Exchanged it no questions asked. Was very attentive and courteous. Very knowledge on cars and car parts. She even tested my new alternator after I installed it to be sure its working properly and no other problems with anything else like my battery. HIGHLY recommend this auto parts store to any of my friends!

We come here all the time because it is right down the street from our house and always have an amazing experience. They all have a great sense of humor and great customer service. I purchased parts for my car, took them home with the thought the person helping me gave me the correct parts. Not looking closely at the box, I opened it. To my surprise it was the wrong parts. After looking at the box it does state there are no returns of opened. I feel the mistake was made at the store when I purchased the parts by the clerk. I was disappointed when they would not exchange the parts for the correct parts needed. Wont be going back to this store again.

Awesome service, great prices and they sent a runner to another location to get the parts I needed that were not in stock at their location so I didnt have to run all over town to get what I needed.

I found what I needed, but the sarcastic attitude of the associate made me feel pretty uncomfortable. Im definitely of an old fashioned mindset; I believe treating a new customer with respect and courtesy is preferrable to presuming a comfort level that is chummy and sarcastic.

They always do a good job when I need parts. Ive received great service from everyone that has helped me at this store, and theyve always had my parts in stock.
