I bought a beautiful car thanks to my sales associate, Michael, and the wonderful help from Meg. These two were so kind and patient when working with me! However, it was very disappointing to make this big of a purchase and be treated so disrespectfully by the finance guy, Jason. Everything was great until I had to talk to him. As soon as I turned down a warranty the attitude changed a full 180 degrees. To pay for a car at these prices, it would be nice to be treated with respect and work towards customer satisfaction instead of putting the customer down.

I purchased my BMW from Jaguar Spokane and scheduled a maintenance appointment to make sure that I was in compliance with my extended warranty. I guess I jumped the gun as I didnt need anything for another 6 months. They still checked everything and didnt charge me one red cent. They were courteous as they were when I purchased the vehicle. I would highly recommend them and the service department.

I have used the service department at Jaguar Spokane for over 15 years now and the staffing and service there now are the best they have ever had. The staff is friendly, efficient, and very communicative. I recently took my XJL in for a concern I had and they checked the concern out, including active in car electronic monitoring while driving, and ensured that there was nothing found requiring attention. I was not even charged whereas at other sites I have been charged for work (on other cars) that did not even resolve real problems.

Fast friendly service and a very nice loaner car while ours was being serviced. We live on a farm so the car was pretty dirty when we dropped it off. We couldnt believe how nice a job they did in washing it after the service. Way beyond what was expected, but greatly appreciated. A dealership that proves they want happy customers. Happy customers are the best advertisement!

I originally gave this dealership 5 stars, but what has transpired since I purchased my vehicle has been dismal. First I paid for my specialized plates to be transferred to my new vehicle. It took almost 2 months for me to actually get them, and in the meantime, they left me with NO vehicle registration as the temporary tag expired and they would not reissue it while the plates were in the mail. I called several times over those months to get an update and there was no information they could provide me. Then, after receiving the long awaited plates, they are regular plates, NOT my personalized plates that I paid for. I had to contact the DOL and handle it myself to ensure it was done correctly. I better now be reimbursed for the fee I paid them to screw this up and not do what I paid for. Everything was great, right up to the point where follow through was needed. I am beyond disappointed. (***LEFT MY INITIAL REVIEW FOR REFERENCE)will never go to another dealer again. Shane and Jeremy made this whole process seamless and painless. From the minute I reached out to them about a vehicle they were extremely helpful and attentive. In a walkaround, they noticed some scratches that were not previously on the vehicle so they repainted that part. They were honest and forthright in all of their dealings with me, and from an old car salesperson, that goes a long way in my book. they have followed up with me to ensure I was satisfied and to see if I there was anything further I need. I was driving my Volvo V90 from Seattle to Montana when I hit a giant pothole on I90 and ended up with a bent wheel and flat tire. I was able to limp into Spokane, where Jaguar Spokane was able to order and replace the OEM wheel while I continued on my trip in a rental car. The woman in the parts department was very helpful when I called from the road to arrange the repair, and the car drove (and looked) great when I picked it up.

Id been shopping Seattle area dealerships, as I live west of the Cascades, finding only 2 pre-owned 4Runners that met most of my specifications. After visiting those dealers I found both vehicles seemed as if the pictures I reviewed online were taken from angles that obscured defects easily noticed in person.I broadened my search radius to 500 miles and found 4 more options, 3 of which were out of state. Due to c19 concerns, I didnt want to cross state lines. Option 4 was at Jaguar Spokane. Given previous experiences I wasnt sure how comfortable I was with driving 265 miles to see a less than honestly represented vehicle. After a few phone conversations with Corey, I felt assured that the SUV was in the top notch condition I desired and made the drive out. Corey was able to put a hold on it for a few days until I could make it work with my schedule. Upon arrival, Corey and the staff were very accommodating and the truck surpassed my expectations, having a couple options Id thought i would need to add afterwards. They held firm on the trade value negotiated over the phone without any hidden fees or hassles- a great relief 😀I arrived at 9am and the Jaguar Spokane team was able to get the deal done and me back on the road westbound by 11 as they committed to. They exhibited the level of professionalism that others likely strive for. Of the 8 vehicles Ive purchased, this one was by far the easiest. Youd be remiss in not giving JAGUAR Spokane the opportunity to make you a life long customer as well.

Smooth appointment arranged for yearly service. Arrived at the service center and easy and quick registration. Service area very clean, all service writers masked and gloved up. Great service and return of vehicle smooth. Great Work!

Communication was very good. Everything up to the day of purchase was great. Day or purchase should have taken 30 mins...as the appointment was made several days ahead. Paperwork should have been ready and waiting. Instead, it turned into an almost 2 hour waste of time and several this will only take 15 mins to finally depart with my vehicle.

How to lose a customer in less than 60 days. (A helpful guide)On March 15, 2019 I brought my Jaguar F-Type to Spokane for an oil change. The car was running fine and this was supposed to be routine. Based on the mileage that I had driven the vehicle it was recommended by folks in the service department that I have a host of additional services. One such service was a fuel system service. The service was performed that day and the customer service was great. The cost totaled around $1356.00. I drove the car back home no problem.On March 17, 2019 I took the car out for a drive. At about 5:00 pm. The car began to lurch, a strong fuel smell began to fill the cabin, and white smoke began to pour from the exhaust. I pulled the vehicle to the side of the freeway and observed raw fuel running out of the exhaust. I called my insurance company and had the car towed to my home. A 3 hour inconvenience needless to say.March 19, 2019 I took 3 hours off work to wait for the tow.March 21, 2019 I call and inquire about the vehicle. I am told that parts are being ordered and that they should be in later in the weekMarch 23, 2019 I call after not hearing anything. I ask what happened to the car as I had just had it serviced. I’m told by service that the service tech that is working on my car is not working today.Monday March 25, 2019. I call service again. I ask what happened to the car and what is the ETA for repair. I’m told that the Technician is not working today.March 26, 2019 I’m told that 3 injectors were struck open. Strange since I thought my fuel system was serviced a day prior!April 2, 2019 I get the car back. With a tow a tow bill! (Im told later I will be reimbursed)April 6th, 2019 Low Coolant warning. Well they had to do a lot of work, it could be burping or something. No problem, I top it off.April 12th, 2019 Low coolant warning…again, slow leak someplace?April 15th, 2019 I send a certified letter to Jaguar Spokane explaining my frustrations with their service and the tow bill I was not expecting to pay.April 23, 2019. I have verified I do have a coolant leak. Jaguar Spokane Manager calls me to discuss my letter and promises to deliver on making the repairs on the coolant leak as well as reimburse me for the tow bill.April 27, 2019 I drive the Jaguar to Spokane and drop off the car. This time I get a loaner.April 30, 2019 Jaguar Spokane calls and says the car is ready to be picked up. Perfect!! I have a road trip and hotel reservations in Montana for the 4th.May 2, 2019 I once again take time off work to drive 2.5 hours to Spokane and pick up my Jaguar, then 2.5 hours back back home with the car. Seems to be running great.May 3, 2019 One day before a planned trip and one day after they took care of the coolant leak. Low Coolant warning! Well they did just replace the water pump, so maybe its just an air bubble. Wow its really low. Fill it back to the line.May 4, 2019. (See attached photo in their business photos) Coolant leak too severe to drive ANYWHERE!!! Garage floor covered. Trip cancelled, hotel charge to card lost due to failure to cancel 24 hours in advance.I do not need to write anything derogatory here, the timeline speaks for itself. Does Jaguar Spokane have good people? Sure. Is this just a series of unfortunate events and I happen to have the unluckiest car in the western hemisphere and Jaguar Spokane had nothing to do with breaking my car over and over? Not likely. So after an hour long conversation with Jaguar North America the car will be sent to Bellevue for service May 7th, 2019.UPDATE*******After a few days in Bellevue the car is fixed. I have been driving it for over a month now no issues. Jaguar Spokane did send me a check for the tow bill (that covers the one star). As far as the generic response below; Why should I take the time to contact you? You have my number and address. It should be you reaching out to me to offer me some sort of refund or compensation for weeks of frustration. a $1350 service bill, 2 days of lost work time.

Was generally pleased with the experience of purchasing a used vehicle at Jaguar Spokane. The salesman was knowledgeable and pleasant. We had some concerns with the tires as one of them had a significant slash in the sidewall that needed to be addressed. They told me this vehicle was safe for my wife to drive with our newborn child and would agree to cover the cost of one of the tires. After further inspection at a tire shop the staff noticed a bulge in another tire. They were shocked a reputable business would sell a vehicle with tires in this condition as it is unsafe to drive. When attempting to share this information with Jaguar Spokane they told my wife she caused this issue and she has to deal with it. This individual was unprofessional, rude and I will not do business with any Autonation again.

I was going to be writing a good review about the buying process, but I bought my car 6 days ago one tire had a gash in the sidewall, I was mainly focused on that tire being unsafe. Today I noticed a bulge in the sidewall of another, called the dealership and was basically told I did it. Customer service was rude over the phone and argued they deemed the car safe to drive. From my experience today I will never do business with them again. I strongly urge others to inspect their car throughly if buying from them. I cannot drive my new car until replacing all four tires.

Recently bought a use Jaguar F-Pace, brought in for 40K service. Paul was great to work with and handled all my concerns. Also purchased set of new tires that were very competitively priced. Vehicle was cleaned and washed. What more could you ask for? A few weeks back I stopped in on my way through town needing a top up on the oil, Paul did this in a few minutes and sent me on my way.

The salesman I worked with noted and apologized for the lackluster performance. They were the closest (800 mile roundtrip) Jaguar dealer and that is the ONLY reason I went there. I definitely would not recommend Jaguar of Spokane. I now live where there are competent Jaguar dealers.

My husband and I worked with Mitch and Al to buy a 2015 Civic, and the experience was great. It was completely different than I had anticipated. I was quite dreadful about having to negotiate the price of the car. Fortunately, they are no haggle and gave me a fair market value for the car as it was. They were transparent about the CarFax report and were willing to replace the windshield of the car with no fuss. Al also landed me a pretty solid interest rate on my financing. They actually helped me get to and from work while the windshield was being replaced. So nice! It was also comforting to know that they were not working off of commission so that they had no reason to work us over. I would highly recommend them.

Great experience buying my new 2017 Jaguar XE Sport from Bob Young at Spokane Jaguar! Very professional and helpful. I ordered the car, so it was a months long process. I test drove what the dealership had available at the time, then Bob let me know theyd received a Sport and I could come and test drive that car. Bob is very well informed regarding the Jaguar product and explained the many features of the car thoroughly.He did the same thing when my own car came in, going through the features and giving me the opportunity to ask questions. All in all I can say it was a very low key, low pressure, positive experience. Bob Young is a pleasure to work with and I recommend him highly.

On Thanksgiving my Volvo had an issue with an airbag urgent light. I live in Kalispell, Mt and the closest Volvo warranty repair was Jaguar of Spokane. Volvo had my car towed there and the staff was great! They fixed my issue as well as looked at other issues so i had my battery replaced and rear brake pads replaced ( other dealer said i needed front and rear brakes and rotors for a total of 1800) but Jaguar is an honest dealer and said i only needed rear brake pads for a total of 305... so all my volvo work will be done there now... Thanks Jaguar of Spokane !

I give 5 stars for sales. Cale was awesome and very helpful! While the shuttle drivers are awesome and great and helping customers get to and from where they need to go, they keep your car the entire day for an oil change. After they had my car all day they said they could get it to me at the end of the day (from 9am-6pm) but it wasnt washed so I had them keep it longer just to get it washed and it was not vacuumed inside. I was later told I had to request the vacuum. Most dealerships will do this without it being requested. With that said thank you Brock so much for helping me get around when I was without a vehicle for the day and you were awesome!

I recently purchased a Land Rover Discovery and cannot complain! I felt the dealership acted like a team which was a nice surprise. Jenna Salter was extremely kind, informative sales person and Bob Young was extremely patient with a first time Land Rover owner! It was the first time that I have ever experienced a car lot that did not have the competitive feel between sales people. Very nice!

I called to get an estimate on a repair and it was similar to another one I had received. The rep was very professional and scheduled the service within a few days. I arrived on time and my car was finished only a little longer than they had estimated, but it wasnt a problem. The rep went through everything with me also very professionally. Even though a few other minor problems were found and corrected, the total cost was not that much different from the original estimate. The mechanic did a thorough inspection of the car which hadnt been serviced in a while and gave reasonable recommendations which I intend to follow-up on over the next few months. I was very happy with my experience and expect to use them again.

My Volvo XC60 recently received its 30k service. The service team was knowledgeable, troubleshooting was thorough, and time spent was budgeted appropriately. Shuttle service was reliable and friendly. Car is running great.

Recently purchased Jaguar - F pace from this showroom. I did talk to multiple car dealerships (Mercedes, Jaguar, Lexus), and overall had a great experience in this one right from beginning to end. All the communications happened through phone and email. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, and at the same time Micaela/ Cale/ Nicholas kept working on the price-point which I was looking at. Really pleased with the services so far.

I bought a Hyundai from Micaela. Buying cars is always somewhat of a pain, but she made the process effortlessly. I would absolutely go back and I would recommend Micaela specifically. All in all, the experience was painless this time.

We had the worst experience at this dealership! We were from out of town so had researched what vehicle we wanted. We arrived at the dealership at 9:30. We test drove the car and were ready to buy by 10:00. We did not need to finance this car so we were ready to go by 10:30. We had to wait 3 hours for the closer! Every 1/2 hour or so we were told it would only be a few more minutes. If we had known it was going to be three hours we would have left to do our errands, get lunch and returned. It was 2:00 before we left the dealership! During that time we were only offered coffee and bagels in the morning. The water in Spokane is so awful all the employees brought their own water. There was not a water dispenser, only a water fountain. We wanted to have the car shipped home ~240miles but were told they are not allowed to have a car on their lot at the end of the month (this was 3/30/18) that has been sold or it would count in their inventory. We ended up having to drive both cars home at dusk. We will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

Service advisors were friendly and helpful but they either didn’t replace the faulty part or replaced it with a defect part. Someone there also left a smoke smell in the car along with a fresh cigarette butt on the floor, and I don’t smoke.

Awesome experience with our sales person - Holly. We were looking for a specific car, holly found it and had it ready for a test drive within 24 hours. We had visited other dealerships and got the run around with bad salesmanship of just wasting our time. Holly was really professional, got what we wanted, and her positive personality really sealed the deal. We did have a lead on another car with the color interior we wanted but once we met Holly we didnt want to buy from anyone else.If you want a no b.s. way of buying a car then give Holly a call!!! She will do whatever she can to get you the car you want with a huge smile, professional, and no b.s. service.

Very good service, technicians did excellent work and honestly saved me hundred of dollars on my Volvo. Very satisfied!

The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because their property desperately needs an upgrade (which they are in the process of). It also took way too long to complete our paperwork. Collectively it was a great experience and everyone is very friendly. Service department was informative and friendly as well.

Erik Smith was great to work with. No pressure,easy going and very kind and helpful. The rest of the staff were also warm and friendly to me. I would certainly purchase another car from them. I m loving my car.

I have just purchased a 2016 Range Rover Sport from Land Rover of Spokane. I could not have been more satisfied with the entire test drive and purchasing experience. The salesman Bob Young was very informative and knowledgeable about the car and has been following up with me several times a week since the purchase to insure my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Range Rover for your next vehicle and this dealership to help with the transaction. The manager of the dealership on the day I purchased the car stated prior to the purchase that once I purchase a Range Rover I will never buy or drive anything else. I would say that he may be right!!!!!

We got our Jaguar F-Pace from Spokane and we had a great experience. Nicholas was extremely professional in explaining us everything and working out a finance option suitable to our need. Micaela was extremely nice from start to end including the time she spent in explaining us various controls of our new car and getting our car ready in time on a day they were low on staff. I would strongly recommend.

My 2008 Jaguar XKR Portfolio is a rare car (255 released in US in 2008) which I bought with $3,000 in bills showing where two previous dealerships had tried to repair its obsolete Infotainment Center without success. The Spokane service department listened to my story, analyzed the problem and then made suggestions when the replacement parts were not readily available. I returned to my home (250 miles away) sourced the parts from a salvage yard, made the repairs and the system was restored. This is my fourth Jaguar and I have never before received this level of attention and expertise from any previous dealership. They were genuinely concerned with helping me preserve this beautiful example of Jaguar at its best. I will gladly make the trip to Spokane any time the car requires repair/maintenance in the future. Thanks to everyone for all their help.

Their experience servicing the vehicle is very evident, when they suggest a course of action to correct a problem, so far they got it right 100% of the time. Their shuttle service makes the service a breeze.

Seriously the BEST car buying experience Ive ever had. Friendly staff, felt totally comfortable. There was no pressure. I highly recommend this establishment to ALL. Now if only someone, would buy me that bright red Jag on the showroom! WOW!!! 👍🏻👍🏻

Nick was a pleasure to work with, he took the time to test drive different vehicles with me and did not push me one way or the other. The salesmen did great giving me the pros and cons with the vehicle selection I had lined up in assisting me into the right auto purchase! I had a great experience overall, other than the lot not having a finance manager to complete the purchase paperwork, even though this was a not a in house finance it took 3 hours to get that part of the portion completed.

Had a GREAT experience with the whole team at JLR Spokane!! They worked back and forth all day and stayed well after close to get us the perfect car. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Highly recommend!!

The personnel worked with us very patiently while we were trying to decide on warrant decisions. We first signed up for the extended warranty but the cost of the vehicle would have taken us over our budget. They rewrote the contract eliminating that warranty. On December 24 we decided to actually check out a Jaguar. At the dealership Nick, our salesman, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Jaguar. He showed us a black 2013 Jaguar XJ Portfolio and we bought it! Financing went very good as we were offered a .9% rate. We love our new car!
