Went in on Saturday 8/23 in search of new tires for my Traverse. Christian helped me in my search. He asked me what kind of tire I was wanting and was able to pull up a wide selection of tires that met my needs. He is very knowledgeable on all the tires they deal with and was able to narrow the selection to a couple sets quickly. I decided on the set I wanted and he ordered them. After he ordered them he looked to see if there was going to be any discounts or rebate on them soon, it ended up working out for me to order them on the following Friday and it would save me $110. Got them ordered and since he had ordered a set the week before they were at the store waiting to be installed. Installation took less then an hour and they were slammed busy. They just converted this customer from Les Schwabs across the street.

Ive been trying to get ahold of them by phone and even tried the valley store. I called 5-6 times but they refuse to answer the phone. If I cant reach you by phone then maybe you dont want my business. Thats the most important aspect of communication. Ill go back to perfection tires they always answer the phone

I called on a busy Saturday and Chris told me they could get me taken care of. I left my car and expected it to be a few hours as busy as they were... but by the time I got home my phone was ringing and my car was ready!! They have a great team, they are all so polite even when busy... REALLY GREAT SERVICE!! I will only go to this Discount Tire Store for tires and service. I bought tires from them on my other car and because I bought tires from them they didnt charge me to fix my tire with a screw in it on my new car. AMAZING!! They made my day. ONLY place to go!

Had tires i needed, good sign. Walked in 8:30.Took a little talking too, after 2 1/2 hrs waiting to get tires installed. Then they put them on 25 minutes in parking lot as bays were busy. Finished 11:30.They have a lot of guys there, but half are working. The young man eating pop tarts for a half hour about 9:30 was my guy to install my two tires at 11:00.

Amazing service! I worked with Christian from the phone call to the completion of service. He was not only professional, but kind and understanding, he even kept the vibe upbeat and positive. We were out here visiting for a funeral when I completely demolished my tire and rim (poorly placed concrete flowerbed 🙄), and he confirmed availability, price, expectations, scheduled me a time for service, and made the entire process seamless and stress free. He gave an accurate estimate of time so my partner and I could go for a quick bite to eat and a nice walk while we waited. This whole ordeal could have gone much worse, but I am glad I chose the location I did because it was awesome. I highly recommend this location, and Christian as your service person.

I bought my tires a year ago, brand new from Goodyear in the valley. I ran over a metal tool in the road that popped a tire, and unfortunately a year is too long for Goodyear to help with repairs. Discount Tire took care of me the same day and didn’t mind that our dog was with us while we waited. So grateful for the kindness and professionalism here!!

I recently had an unexpected issue while on vacation in Oregon. I called and spoke with the manager Darrick and he was very professional, polite and willing to try to do whatever he could even though he was over 500 miles away. I brought my car in once we got back and he took extremely good care of me! He went above and beyond what I expected. I have been going there since I got my first car at 16 and Darrick you will have my business as long as you are the manager there!!!

First off, I have never had any issues with discount tire up until now. I have always used the valley location, never have used the north location. I would highly suggest using the valley location .Went to an appointment monday 9/20 to get my flat tire repaired, the guy was extremely nice and helped out, said unfortunately I needed a new tire. He rescheduled me an appointment and I came in the next day on 9/21 to get my new tire on the rear right end. For some reason the people helping me on Tuesday, had no idea on why I was there, I explained I was getting a new tire put on. Well I get home, my tire pressure system is telling me that the new tire PSI was way too high.First off, I notice that my new tire was not a new tire at all, it was repaired. Which was fine, but it could have been done monday, and they charged me for replacing the tire.Second off, my tire pressure system is not reading correctly, the back right wheel that is displayed on the monitoring system is actually the front right wheel. So after I had released air from the tire I had to go and refill my tire with air because it was the wrong tire.Third, all of my tires were reading a different PSI. you would think that they would check the PSI of your tires at a tire store when you are getting your tires worked on. Two tires reading 27 psi, one tire reading 30 psi and one tire reading 35 PSI.

Best place to go on division!! Other places lied to me and told me discount tire would charge a lot extra for tire insurance but I only had to pay an additional $6 a tire compared to the $100 the other place blabbed about. They got me in in a couple hours with two flat tires and a flat spare and to replace all 4 tires. They also replaced my spare and I didnt ask them to! They put everything back super nice and neat in my car and were done in very reasonable time for a very reasonable price. They didnt have all 4 of my tires so they upgraded me(would have been ~$8 extra) for free! You guys got a house full of people who will from now on be coming here instead of anywhere else! Thank yall!

So happy with the service here. Came in to get a tire repaired on my husbands truck. The repair ended up being complex but they continually came in and checked on us and updated us on progress.

I went into the north Spokane location about a month ago to order some tires...they told me they would call me in the next few days when my tires came in...when I hadnt heard from them in 2 weeks I decided to call and ask if they had come in, the person that answered the phone didnt ask my name, just asked what make and model the car was and told me the tires still werent there. I asked if they had the correct number on file and he said yes...again..didnt ask my name. So...now a month later, the website says they have 4 of the tires in stock...they never called me to let me know. I am taking my business elsewhere and do not plan on ever using discount tire in the future. I would rather spend a little more for better customer service.

Trevor here saved the day at Discount Tire Store. I had an emergency when my tire sidewall blew out from a mystery item in the road on the highway. Great staff, great choice for tires and wheels. Ive used Discount Tire for many years and many cars!!! They have fixed many, almost flat tires, and sub-contracted broken studs. I request hand tools only and that helps. Making appointments is recommended. I will be back, to change out my summer tires to winter... Discount Tire=Highly Recommend.

Went in store at the Spokane Division location to order a set of 4 tires. Was recommended a specific brand that would take 1-5 days to arrive. 3 Weeks later we didnt hear anything so we called to check the status.The young man who answered the phone was very unprofessional and extremely short with his answers. We asked if our order was in stock and instantly got a NOPE! Sorry. We questioned if we had the right phone number on our account and he asked Is it the number your calling from? Yes... Yeah this is the number we got - dont have em yet! and hung up.We checked the online stock the next week - low and behold 4 of the tires we ordered are listed as available. I waited a few days but at this point I decided to get some better tires at a better price with install from COSTCO. The order arrived within a week and I am getting them tomorrow. I called Discount Tire to talk to the manager - he confirmed the tires we had ordered were in stock and tried convincing me that those were not the ones ordered on our account... but ironically he says they tried calling us April 27th and left a message but we didnt answer/callback? Riiiiight....He seemed sympathetic and tried offering me a better price but after the poor customer service and lies they have come up with I am going to take my business elsewhere and urge everyone else to do the same.

Was helped by a guy named Buzz thought I needed a new tire. He pulled out the nail, sprayed it, and sente.on my way without charge. Past experiences have been fairly quick. Most tires are used so I dont recommend a long term solution on most of their tires but they hire very nice people

Unfortunately two stars is all they deserve since they temporarily lost all four of the tires I brought them to mount with them saying they may have thrown them in the garbage and it required visiting their store 4 times in one week to get the tires mounted and balanced.Monday: I call and explain that I have four like new tires I bought outside discount tire that I need mounted to four existing wheels that have old tires already on them. So remove four old tires off existing wheels, mount 4 new tires. I was told thats no problem, given a quote and told that I could drop them off any time.Tuesday: Load all tires and wheels into my truck, drive to their store only to be told they wont accept them and Ill need to schedule an appointment. Annoyed but I scheduled an appointment for Thursday. Its worth mentioning that one of the reasons he gave for needing a an appointment was they didnt want to get too many tires because then some tires might get misplaced or mistakenly thrown away.Thursday: Drop off all wheels and tires. Im told Ill receive a text when theyre ready. Close to 6pm I receive the text saying theyre ready.Friday Morning: Drive to their store and ask to pick up my tires, after nearly 20 minutes of them frantically searching Im told they may have thrown them in the garbage last night. Im calm but frustrated and they offer brand new tires (First 🌟) if they cant find mine. Fortunately they didnt lose my wheels. I leave, have to get back to work and ask them to call me with what they discover.Friday Afternoon: Around 4pm I call them because they didnt call me as they had agreed to and explain the situation and they say they found my tires and they wont be charging me at all for any of the installation (second 🌟). Fourth trip to their store and Im finally loading up my wheels with the new tires mounted.

So Ive been a D.T. customer for 6 years now. .and heres why:Customer service thats second to no one in Spokane.Prices are as good or better than the other guys every time. Its one stop as far as Im concerned.Talk to Carlos hell go out of his way for you. Hes at the North Division store.

Ordered wheels online to have installed at this location. They werent there at the promised date. The location was extremely accommodating and offered me a very good deal in aftermath. They are very busy and have long waits, but it is because they are the best value and customer service, will shop here again and recommend to everyone 👍

Great experience every time! Took my Toyota in to get winter tires installed in November, this was the 2nd time taking my car there. The place was packed! Not a parking spot in sight and yet they had me in and out in about 45 minutes! I couldnt believe the service they provided and very affordable/good quality brands to choose from! I have recommended this specific Discount Tire MANY times to friends and family and have never been disappointed. Theyre knowledgeable and friendly too. Just a great place!

Although I waited 45 minutes after my appointment time to get into the bay for my new tires to be installed, I will gladly do it all over again next year simply because the customer service from this young woman and young men was absolutely superb. I have always bought my tires from Discount Tire. Ive always received great customer service and good prices. I took one of my tires in because I had an object puncture my tire. I didnt think I would be able to have my tire fixed till after a couple of days because it was their busy season. The gentleman who helped me reassured me that they would get it fixed right away and put the original tire back on for me. The best part is that Discount Tire did it for free. If you are looking for a place to get new tires, I would highly recommend this place!

I used discount tire for YEARS... but the last couple times I went there were problems. The time before last they didnt fill my tires with enough air, so I ended up having to put another 25psi in all 4 tires after they were done... fine, no harm done. This last time, however... one of my tire sensors quit working about an hour after I had new tires put on. Hubs finally got sick of depending on tire shops and bought a tire machine. Took the tire off and there was a WHEEL WEIGHT INSIDE MY TIRE. Cmon, guys. 🙄

Showed up to have 4 new wheels installed showed up before 8:00am and was told that it would be done this morning 2nd person in the door when they opened, and waited over three hours while they worked on vehicles that came in after mine untill they stated to work on mine. The customer service sucks and i would think they would be first come first serve, instead they do the easiest jobs first. Highly do not recomend.

Employees are doing their best to assist customers in this pandemic. There are limited number of indoor seating available. Customers are given the choice of waiting in their vehicle. Three employees actually checked on our needs while we were waiting for the service to be completed. This was appreciated.

I bought a new set of tires and several times while I was waiting I was advised of the status of my vehicle so I knew at all times where they were on the installation.

Although they were hammered with customers. They provided a quick pressure check and I could proceed with little delay.

Dealt with Buzz. He was pleasant to interact with. Whoever put the tires on my wheels scratched the hell out of them. I dont think that I can recommend them because of that.

Arrived at 8 AM. Waited all day. Was told at 3PM that it would be about a half hour... 5:30 its not even close. Not only are they not competitive with tire prices, but they take walk ins and schedule an appt are ridiculous. The final insult is their customer service is terrible. Wont be back. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.

Awesome staff and great customer service

Had a flat a week ago. They were so busy they told me come back in a week! Scheduled the appointment, they lost it. Then had me wait another 90 minutes with my dog in the car for a fix that was basically nothing more than the simplest fix a flat repair and ultimately took less than 10 minutes. Poor communication about anything or fulfilling their obligations. BTW, expect a 90 minute wait with an appointment!

Excellent experience. They replaced my blown tire and returned my spare to the trunk. No charge because I had added the certificate option when I purchased the set. Quick, courteous, and professional.

The very friendly and looked at all my tires to make sure they were ok, didnt charge me because they didnt find anything in the tires.

Had an appointment to get new tire mounted at 3pm and was there at 250, ten minutes ahead of schedule. And as I was checking in I was told that itd be an hour before they would be able to get to my vehicle. While they were able to get me a replacement tire after there patch on the previous tire did not hold air. I also had ordered another tire too and when they mounted the tire to my vehicle they put it on front driver side. And the other new tire was put on the back passenger side. I voiced that I wanted both new tires put on the back of my truck and was told instead that it was not necessary to have the new pair put on the back of the vehicle. They kept my spare rim and tire instead of returning it to the undercarriage where its mounted. And just when I didnt think it could have been any worse, the back passenger tire is missing the cap that goes to the center of my rim. So either they kept that too or they dont know how to tighten bolts, And it came off my vehicle while I was out driving.

Needed air in right front tire on my X5 SUV. Very busy on a Saturday. But did not need to wait. The smiling staff directed me to park near an open bay. A very efficient staff put air in all of my tires and helped me back out👍.

I got 4 brand new Pirellis on sale and LOVE THEM!! They were SUPER fast with installing when they were SLAMMED! I had asked to keep the best looking tire because my car didnt come w a spare for some reason so to be cautious and have one. They were busy and I forgot to double check when I picked up my car. Called after the weekend and Mark is going to order me a new tire! They really didnt have to do that! I understand not wanting to dig through 500 old tires but I REALLY APPRECIATED THIS GESTURE! :D THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS! I will see you guys for all my tire needs in the future! :)

Excellent, hassle free, and friendly. I put the whole order and scheduled online. when I showed up for the appointment they confirmed who I was took a look at the car and brought it back and said it would take about an hour it was less than that. they told me they did have an issue though the tires I ordered were not in stock so they bumped me up to another more expensive tire for the same price. Honoring agreement like that in this day and age is very important as a consumer.

What is the point of scheduling an appointment if youre not going to get in on time or anywhere close? We dropped our car off and waited over 2 hours (after our scheduled appointment time) and didnt hear anything so we headed back. They were JUST pulling our car in and it was still gonna be another 20 minutes at least....this is not how you conduct good business. We didnt even get a phone call to aware us of the extreme delay. Disappointed is an understatement

They were good at first, and they ended on a good note.I would recommend them regardless of the complications I had with them.After ordering a specific set of new tires that only just released, there was a couple of Hick-ups and a complete lack of communication.I have a feeling their software isnt very adequate for customer callbacks.They really need a dedicated person working phones and making callbacks and ensuring everyone is notified properly, or at very least they need a system that texts or auto calls with that info as well as gives reminders the day of the appointments.Other than that the company was extremely busy and looked like it needed more bays and staff.They do great work and I would recommend them to anyone!

I purchased a set of Hankook Kinergy all season tires from Discount some months back at a price no one else in Spokane could beat, well, unless they was used. Just went this morning to have them rotated and inspected for free as promised. Both appointments was fast & friendly. I cant really imagine at this time going anywhere else for tire service on my vehicle.
