They usually have what I need. Some of the staff can be unhelpful at times. Granted, I work on older vehicles that are difficult to find parts for. I usually just look up the parts myself and ask for them but part number.Plenty of parking and easy to get in and out. They usually arent too busy. The hours are good

Always a fantastic experience. Today I had battery troubles. Went to AutoZone for a new battery and the technician there was nice enough to assist me in the removal and the replacement of the battery. I was definitely in the zone with AutoZone thank you guys

Good place to get parts also have cool intakes exhaust parts lighting on the shelf. Also got a good selection of paint. Counter guys theyre okay I mean they could be more knowledgeable but Ive just been an auto industry way too long this particular AutoZone is not bad

I went in to talk with the manager about the parts delivery position. The first guy asked to help me and went to find the manager. The second guy with a grey shirt and dark hair made me feel like i was at the wrong store or like he really didnt want to help me. I felt like I was being interrogated. Neither person came back to tell me anything. After waiting for some time without anyone saying a thing to me I finally left the store. Sorry to have bothered you. Im efficient, maybe thats not the best place to have a job for me. Ill try OReillys.

5 stars! They helped me do an OBD reading on my car for my check engine light, gave me advice about parts, and reassured me— all without charging me anything. Will definitely visit again if I ever have car trouble in that area in the future. Their staff was friendly, polite, professional, and knew how to help me with my problem.

Manager has a very bad attitude. We had a miscommunication about the return policy and I was met with a lot of hostility. I wont be returning to this location, and will likely avoid the chain, even if it means paying a few dollars more for parts.

Didnt have the part I needed but it was because it was a dealership part apparently. Got a few other items, and the closing time (10pm) is convenient.

They were awesome and helped test and change my battery.

Pretty good staff usually, although they seem to have more turnover at this particular store. Its not my main automotive store, but it has a large selection of parts and accessories, more than the store I normally go to, but I just dont like them as much personally.

I’ve spent over $600 in just the last two weeks at Autozone. I called in to order two fuel injectors as I NEEDED two for my work truck to be running again. The incompetent “mechanic” I spoke too said they had 1 in stock so he only ordered one. When I called about my order being received I was told they only had one for me and none on hold. I’m beyond frustrated as I spoke to the manager Ron and he wouldn’t do anything to help me on purchasing a new one there or at any other store because it wouldn’t be until Tuesday I would get one if ordered. He actually more pushed to have me return the item and purchase them from another company such as Napa. I’m left speechless after how I was treated with the amount I’ve spent not in just the last two weeks but over the last 10 years. I will not be purchasing anything from this store ever again if I decide to purchase from Autozone again.

I love auto zone. When your cars in-need theyll help you in-deed..its one of my favorite parts stores to go too. In fact I dont even shop anywhere else unless my part is not on their shelf. Usually very rare. Most parts for all rigs they usually always carry..The employees who work there are proud of their jobs their always eager, ready & willing to help someone out. There prices seem to be cheaper than most. And if their price isnt.no problem there, theyll meet or beat anyones price. Auto zone, one of these best. Thanks auto zone for your fast, friendly service and a very knowledgeable as well.

I only go here if OReillys doesnt have what I need. All the employees have been rude and have never been any help with the parts Ive bought. When I inquired about a job I was told anyone with a pulse can work here.

Terrible customer service, not friendly or helpful

I purchased a new battery and came in to return the old one and was treated awfully. Also, I had some questions about the battery terminal ends that I was purchasing and when I asked if the ones I was getting were going to work for my car, I was told to “just grab whatever” when I went to pay, another guy threw a fit about the using the $18 credit for returning the old battery and was questioning where I got it. Terrible experience and will not be returning.

Alot of the manuals that should be in the appropriate sections such as light bulbs, wipers etc were missing, I had to bug an employee who was busy to do something I could have in 2 minutes.

Very disappointed in this location. I was walking around the store looking for correct parts for my car with my friends but then they look over to the registers as I am looking at the wipers and lights and we were being watched the whole time like we were criminals. Walking to each isle the manager and associate followed us at the each register. Ended up buying something and felt completely disrespected and judged the whole time. Mind you, we are 19. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful.

Very disappointed in this location. They have sold me wrong parts in the past claiming they are what I had specified. They have not been knowledgeable or helpful when given specific item names, pictures, and details (and then OReilly Auto Parts was able to make the distinction over the phone just on a part name). Tonight we called ahead to ask about a part and they verified that it was in store, and when we showed up to get it they had already locked the doors. The hours are listed as open until ten, they didnt say otherwise on the call and it was five to nine, and then they didnt even have the decency to come to the door when we knocked and tell us that they apologize but they just closed. They stood back and ignored us and proceeded to not answer the phone when we attempted to speak with them again, and they laughed behind the desk. Very rude. Dont go here.EMAILED STORE AS ASKED IN RESPONSE TO INITIAL REVIEW, AS REQUESTED. THEY SAID A MANAGER WOULD CONTACT ME TO DISCUSS THE INCIDENTS, AND THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. NOT GOOD AT FOLLOW UP. ISSUES ARE STILL NOT RESOLVED.

Five guys in the store but, no one could help their only instore customer for a half hour. The manager had me waiting while he took three calls to help others.Nope, surely wont be visiting again. Theres a way better branch just down the road.

Normally a great place to go. With helpful people. But yesterday I went to get some filters I ordered and they werent cross referenced right with the ones my vehicle needed. So brought them back to replace them for the right ones. The man helping me named Jeff E seemed very un willing to help saying that the system says its right. Even with the website from the manufacturer up on my phone saying they werent the right filters. Finally I just returned them. Thanks for the help angry little man.

The AutoZone website is very user friendly and easy to navigate. The problem was that the particular parts I needed were considerably cheaper through other online sales sites, not to say this will consistently be the case, I will continue to shop the site.

They are a great help have always gave me good information on parts and products. They know there stuff when it comes to as automotive and understand that everyone doesnt have the same budget so they have helped me with alternative temp. Or Simi Permanent options on fixing some automotive issues .

According to them, my rotors, without the box they came in, have the functionality of a paperweight. They clearly think the cardboard is installed on the car along with the rotors, which makes them very dumb.

I called to see if the had a part they did. I asked if the could price match since I live out of town they said yes. I drive 45 min to autozone store and when I ask them about the price match the wont price match because the orileys two blocks away did not have it in stocks. So they lost a sell and made me have to drive to the valley another 30 min drive. Dont shop here of you can help it.

The guy at the counter had limited knowledge about break-pads and rotors. It took me longer than usual to buy simple auto parts. Plus the parking is hard to get to off the street. Other than that this is a typical autozone and you can expect most parts to be in stock. I just wish it was a bit quicker to check out. Otherwise it’s decent

Every time Ive gone here for parts big and small its been quick, accurate, reasonably priced and while Im in the parking lot fiddling with installing or replacing parts myself the employees are more than happy to check in with you or help with minor stuff like holding wires and hoses out of the way while you work.

I have been a loyal auto zone customer forever and never shopped anywhere else. Unless auto zone didnt carry it. After being told of that my son and I could not use the bathroom because they didnt have enough people on shift I will never shop at auto zone again. The manager was very rude to me and my 7 year old son.

Went in for a Battery, I asked for a refurbished, but they didnt carry them, so he told me about a place where I can get one. I opted for a battery with a warranty. I appreciate someone not just pushing for a sale.

They have pretty good staff at the store and are for the most part knowledgeable and can help you find the part youre looking for as long as its something on the normal side of car parts. Its been my experience that this is not the place to go for hard to find equipment parts or information about any of the above.

Trying to buy a part from AutoZone. I can find all kinds of information except where to order a part on line.

The store is like all the others, the service does not stand out as friendly but it is acceptable. The parking lot however has giant potholes and is very rough. During winter they do not properly clean the ice and it is quite slippery
