Staff is rude and unhelpful.Over summer I needed to buy a used car and found the perfect car for me here. I asked them to hold a car for me for a couple of days so I can transfer the money to my bank to pay for the car in full but they gave me such a hard time. It is now 6 MONTHS and i have called multiple times and I still have not gotten my cars title in the mail. I call and talk to the staff and leave voice mails and nobody gets back to me. This was my first time buying a car and it was such a bad experience.

Took my Discovery in for service/oil change (spa day) and had one of the best customer service experiences at any car dealership. I have extra circumstances by living almost an hour away, and they worked really hard to not only make sure my own car was given the attention it needed, but also allow me flexibility on my loaner. Will be going back for every service needed in the future, and if the sales team is as good, Ill look there first for my next vehicle upgrade!

I bought a 2016 Range Rover and paid $3000+ for warranty that wasn’t used. So when I came back in to trade it for a 2021 Range Rover they either should’ve applied the $3000+ toward the new car or given me a check. They decided to give me a check. Except they said it was take 6-8 weeks. Then 8 weeks go by and they said oops. We missed a document you had to sign. Then I signed it and had to wait another 6-8 weeks. It’s been 10 weeks now totaling 18 weeks to get my money back. It’s monkeys and a coconut around here. Go to Idaho next time. Trust me. Lol

This review is for the service department. I had heard some negative things about this dealership online. While I agree that the sales department leaves something to be desired, the service department is a different story. They are consistently very friendly and listen to any concerns that I have. Every person that I encountered was really welcoming. I have also been really happy with the quality of the service I have received on my car.

I hate to do this since my buying experience was exceptional. I bought a vehicle back in 2019, drove 9 hours to pick it up and was treated wonderfully. I purchased GAP at the time. Fast forward to April of this year and we sold that vehicle. I called and emailed this dealership as instructed back when I bought the vehicle to cancel the GAP and obtain a refund. I received a response asking me for the date I sold the vehicle and if I still had a loan balance on it. I responded and waited. I received no response for weeks so I started following up every few weeks. Emails and voicemails with no response. Finally I reviewed my paperwork and saw I had the option of calling Autonation directly to process the refund so I did. I followed up with them a few weeks laker and they confirmed that the refund check had been issued. However; they are required to mail it to the “selling dealer” who is supposed to take care of it from there. I have not had my emails or voicemails returned since then as well. I have only been able to speak to a live person in their Finance department once this entire time who promised to follow up and never did. I am hoping we can resolve this so I can update my review with my pleasurable buying experience.

I purchased my first Land Rover Discovery Sport from Land Rover Spokane in October 2020. I had been in the market for a new SUV for over 4 months. Michael Meador, Sales Agent, was beyond patient with me. I walked in with very high expectations in what I wanted in a vehicle: features, capabilities, color and a specific monthly payment. For 3 months, Michael continued to keep in touch with me regarding my vehicle needs. Had a great time. Worked with Shane and test drove a Discovery and also checked out a Range Rover. Ultimately, however, we fell in love with the new Defender 110.Only challenge so far with the Defender was that the remote start didn’t work for the first week, but seems to be working now. Also, when receiving an incoming phone call the display screen glitches. Possibly needs updated?We absolutely love the Defender so far and enjoyed our experience at the dealership. The whole process took several hours, but much of that was due to us initially wanting to look at lease options.Thanks,Daren

I had a great experience working with the team at Land Rover. I went in not knowing what to expect since I don’t live in Spokane but I felt like everyone there was genuinely kind. I worked directly with Shane and Ethan.Don’t get me wrong- it’s still a car dealership so they are still trying to sell, persuade and pretend like you’re winning the lottery vs shelling out your life savings but they were confident about their products and very thorough which made me feel more comfortable about the process and my purchase.Not surprising, the sales team made it an easy transaction and I was able to do most of the negotiating and term setting from home which was very convenient.

Definitely FIVE star service provided by Paul & the service techs who worked on our 2008 RR Sport. Really appreciated the thorough assessment and Paul’s detailed explanation of the various repair issues. Deducted a ⭐️ because LR Spokane’s repair estimate to replace a water pump was north of $1400 ... had the job completed yesterday at Devine’s on 3rd for $500. I’d understand slightly higher rates from the dealer but 3X is ridiculous for those of us who are still loving our old RR Sport in the incredible NW outback.Go Zags!!!Thanks Paul!God bless the Land Rover nation ...and please be considerate-Left lane is for passing, slow traffic get out of the way!!

This was a much smaller dealership operation than the ones I had been used to on the east coast, so you dont get the feeling of being in a big luxurious dealership/showroom environment, but their customer service is just the same if not better than the big dealers. They shuttled me to where I needed to go after dropping off my car and the GM himself picked me up to go pick up my car when it was ready. My car was as clean as its ever been!

We shopped most of the luxury SUV brands before buying our Velar. Land Rover Spokane staff and service department where the major factor in our decision. Yes the Velar is a beautiful car but we could have bought one elsewhere. Zachary, our salesperson, as well as his management team were superb! And delivered all the service we have come to expect from Land Rover while remaining friendly and, most importantly, completely transparent during the buying process. The sales managers desk was out in the open and he often worked with us directly. Honesty, confidence and service. Plus we were able to buy from a dealer whose service department echos the same level of service as their sales department. Because honestly thats who will will see more often. So big win for us. Purchased a used car from Corey on 9/1/20. The whole process went fairly quickly and so easy! There was a scratch on the back bumper and they even agreed to paint it for me! I was hesitate to ask, but they agreed, I was so excited! They really want there customers to be pleased with there new purchase. I would highly recommend Land Rover of Spokane. I wanted an Evoque convertible, yes convertible and they are difficult to come by! I also wanted it to be red. Land Rover Spokane was able to secure one for me in the Seattle area in just 1 day. They had not even met me, but only discussed this on the phone and via email. They had the vehicle transported to Spokane where I purchased it and picked it up. I gave them the information regarding my trade in and they quoted me a price. NOTHING changed upon my arrival. The price for the Evoque and my trade in were exactly what they had quoted me. Non-existent communication after we bought the car when we were trying to simply get into the windshield protection plan. Multiple emails and phones calls with multiple managers and crickets... Did not leave a good taste in my mouth. Owning a business myself, communication and customer service go hand and hand. They failed at both. Michael the sales guy was cool tho and the purchase experience was okay, def not fun dealing with Chase Financing tho... however what ruined the experience, and us ever getting a car from here again, is Ethan and Clark totally dropped the ball, always blaming the new software in lieu of the horrible communication. We even went down there in person finally and they still couldnt get us sorted out as, he didnt know the right thing to click.Edit: I do have to say the service department was good and always called back and they took care of our car promptly and even washed it inside and out each time we brought it in. I changed my review to 2 stars because of that.

I took my car to get a check engine light diagnosed. Once i arrived it took them only about 30 minutes to an hour to tell me what they found. I left my car over night and and picked it up fixed and with a new software update! Paul was super helpful and kind during this whole process. He talked me through the findings of the light and let me know what they did to fix it. He also showed me in great detail how to use the new media update. This total experience was great! I would highly recommend taking your vehicle here!

The service at the Spokane dealership has deteriorated significantly in the last couple of years but my most recent experience was the worst. From simple things such as; not having time to wash my car anymore when I take it to service, did not identify that the Windshield Washer Spray in the rear does not work and the “Multi-Point Inspection Form “ shows as green (checked and OK at this time) to an unpleasant experiences. When I picked my car up my key was all apart and broken inside my car. The Service Representative treated me like a criminal questioning me in a very aggressive way and quite obvious not believing or paying attention to what I was saying. Yet another issue was that I asked for new TPMS sensors to be installed in my tires, with the sensors costing $344.12 and the installation $302.20 plus taxes. They drove my car for over 50 miles and they were unable to make them work. Needless to say that I am highly disappointed with the Spokane Land Rover Service Center, which happens to be the dealership where I bought my car originally, and I feel “trapped” because there is no other authorized Land Rover in Spokane and surrounded areas. I do love my Range Rover!

My family and I left with complete satisfaction with our purchase, the value they gave us on our trade-in, and the complete down to earth, no-pressure, professional environment the entire team at Land Rover Spokane provided.I want to emphasis team. At no point did we feel like it was us against the sales manager, a common ploy of most car dealerships where they bring in a closer and the sales manager is a guy behind a tinted glass wall you never see. Completely the opposite! The sales managers are the first people you see when you walk in the door! We sat together reviewing the numbers to make a deal happen. No one was an enemy. It truly felt like our salesperson, the sales manager, and us working together to make a deal come together.

I was not impressed by the overall service. Nothing we can do attitude or the recall they couldnt help with. Telling me I would have to go to Seattle or Portland to get the recall on my Rover taken care of. I did not feel like they knew much about Land Rovers. Very disappointed. Left and vehicle is not fixed. There was no offer to fix it, no quote on what it would cost to fix it after I specifically stated what I wanted fixed. I will take my Rover elsewhere going forward. You guys seem to forget that just because I am a wome n doesnt mean I dont know what is wrong with my vehicle. Rover specialists in Spokane are terrible and definitely not specialists.

Last week coolant light came on in my car so I called Land Rover Spokane service department and spoke with Paul. He told me they should take a look at it so I took it in the next day & left it overnight . We have had a series of snow storms moving through our area and I told Paul if he could any way expedite checking my car I would appreciate it & get home before the next storm . The next morning I spoke with him and they did a thorough check to make sure I didn’t have a leak, filled up the coolant and had me back on the road by noon. Paul was very professional & explained everything to me & even fixed a small glitch I had with my satellite radio . I appreciate the professionalism I experienced at Jaguar Land Rover Spokane & plan to have my car serviced there in the future .July 2020I recently had my car in for the yearly oil change tires rotated & general check up . My husband and I just got a 2019 Range Rover Velar from Jaguar Rang Rover Spokane. We had an amazing experience with this dealership from beginning to end. We worked with Jordan which was extremely helpful. We actually got us into thinking about a lease. This was my first lease from an out of state dealership. It went flawlessly. I arrived in town on business on a Tuesday. I called the dealership from the hotel and expressed interest in a lease offer for a specific vehicle. My salesman picked me up on time from the hotel and drove me to the dealership. We conducted a test drive and agreed to terms of the offer. With no money down they held the vehicle till I could return on Friday and pick it up. All the paperwork was correct the first time and my Range Rover Sport was delivered as promised for the price promised. From over 500 miles away this was one of the easiest car buying/leasing experiences I have ever had.jw

I woke up yesterday morning with zero intention of buying a car. But out of curiosity, I sent an inquiry email to Land Rover Spokane about a vehicle that had caught my eye. Within a half hour, Jordan had reached out, confirmed the vehicle was still on the lot, and gave me some more information about it. I live a couple hours away, and he was amazing at getting as much info to me as I needed before I decided to make the drive and see the vehicle in person. Jordan was incredibly kind in doing everything he could from a distance to make sure I wasnt wasting my time driving out there. He got some preliminary paperwork done before my arrival and I was able to test drive, finish up paperwork, and hit the road within a matter of hours. It was the easiest and most enjoyable experience Ive ever had buying a car. Kudos to everyone at the dealership!

So far Ive had a great experience at this dealership. I bought a brand new Discovery Sport through them. I got a decent deal. So far the car has been amazing. Ive been into the dealership just to have the car checked out after driving it for a little while, and also I had a tire sensor come on and they check that. The sensor was my fault.. lol. Everyone has been super friendly! Ill keeping going there for as long as I live in the Spokane area.

First off, the salesman that helped me was great, he answered all of my questions about the vehicle I was interested in, and I really appreciate how kind and professional he was. However, I was less than pleased with the trade in value that I received on my old jeep, especially in regards to the new studded snow tires that I just had placed on my jeep a few months ago. I was not given any additional credit on them, and when I requested to have them back (I can easily sell them for $500 locally, or trade them in as credit for a pair that would fit the vehicle I was purchasing) I was blown off and pretty much told that they were going to stay on the jeep, even though I have the summer tires for my trade in jeep and could swap them out for the studded snow tires. Based on that experience alone, I have no intentions of recommending Jaguar Land Rover Spokane to anyone, or purchasing any vehicles from them in the future. If the gentleman that did the appraisal for a trade in value would have been willing to accommodate my request in regards to the studded snow tires, or added the value to the trade in price of the 2005 jeep, I would have no issue. However, I feel that they saw a single mom and felt like they needed to take advantage of her.

Great car! Great customer service right up until purchase date. The day of the purchase, I came from out of town, I was given a new sales representative and it took several hours to do the paperwork. I had been working with the dealership for about a month and they had all my information already and I was paying in full...no financing. Still over 4 hours to complete everything. So ridiculous, but whatever right. I got my car. Then they want to sell me a warranty. I want to talk to my husband when I get home about it. We decided to buy it. I email and call the dealership...theyll get back to me. They didnt. Now my temporary plates are expired. I call the dealership. They have been at the dealership for two weeks. No call, no email, no text. Just oops now I cant drive my new car. So, since they are part of auto nation, pick a different auto nation dealership to buy from. These guys even scheduled a maintenance appointment without consulting me that I had to cancel. I am not driving two and half hours for an oil change!

I have read a few negitive reviews on Land Rovers service department but I can’t say the same. They were wonderful, prompt, and extremely fast. I was pleasantly surprised by their amazing service! Would definitely go back to them!I cannot, however, say the same about the sales department. Great, nice people but they don’t seem to have any urgency selling a vehicle.
