I greatly enjoyed my experience working with this shop. They were very attentive and stayed in consistent communication with me while my car was being service after getting rear ended. They are efficient and have high quality work ethic and standards. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic shop! We had to take our Model Y in since we noticed a chip in the paint at delivery. We needed a quick turnaround since we already had an appointment for a full wrap and Custom Body moved quickly to help us out. Super nice people, knowledgeable and high quality work. We will definitely use them in the future!

Our car was rear ended and had extensive damage. The repairs took longer than expected, but were good quality. We have had our car back for a few months now & havent noticed any issues with the work that was completed. When we look at our car, we cant even tell where the work was done.I am giving a rating of 4 stars because the communication was not stellar. I had to call for updates, instead of being pro-actively contacted when there were changes to the timeline or additional parts needed.Overall, we would definitely use this shop again, even with the communication issues, because the quality of their work is great!

Insurance tried to screw me over. Steve wouldnt let that happen! So thankful I chose them!

Great repair experience!We had our Tesla in earlier this year for restoration of damage incurred from being rear-ended. Steve, who manages all of the Tesla work, was a joy to work with. He called often to keep us apprised of the process, and he always answered immediately when we called with additional questions. We couldnt have been more pleased with quality of the repair and the friendly, professional customer service that we experienced!

A great experience. My car looks brand new. The only reason they didnt get five stars is because they forgot to replace my exhaust pipe. Still waiting for them to call me...

If there was a 0 stars then thats what they would get. They have had my car for 6 weeks and 2 days. They keep telling me a day it will be done. But if something comes up they didnt call me to let know about my car. I have been told 3 different days now and every time when its supposed to be done its not.

Unfortunately, I have had to use Custom Bodys services on at least 3 occasions. Each time, they explained in detail the process and expected time of completion and they never let me down! Always professional, courteous, reliable, quality workmanship and value!!

Same day estimate was so convenient for us, and the staff was so efficient. The door was opened for us upon arrival and they already had our paperwork at the ready. Within minutes my vehicle was being inspected by Dennis with great attention to detail and once finished I was given the option to have the estimate emailed or I could wait until it was processed. Great service all around.

Quality and thorough work, hands down. Ive used their services twice now with my vehicles. Their communication systems are efficient, making it easy to deal with insurance claims. The physical body work is taken seriously and obviously handled with great skill. They even did a courtesty detail on my interior before I picked up my vehicle this last time. My experience did not go well. Somebody here texted me 7 times in a row, asking the same question. I told them I was at work, they didnt care. When I went to the office the other clients in the small lobby did not look happy to be there either.

Took my car in after a Fender bender comes back with a new scratch . Refuse to even look at it . Poor customer service will never recommend. Ridiculous

I am late in giving my review of this fine shop. They offered a lower price than some other shops I contacted for quotes and did an outstanding job restoring my cars damage. I was also having problems with my drivers side door lock which had completely quit working and they offered to fix that for me at a very reasonable price. I was not sure how I was going to deal with that problem but they solved it. Great team at Custom Body Co. and I highly recommend them.

My husband hit a deer with my car and did quite a bit of damage to the whole front of my car. They did an absolutely amazing job fixing it up, it seriously looks better now than it did before the accident! The whole car was all washed and shiny when we picked it up and they even cleaned up the interior (there was some dust on the dash before).About 4 years ago I hit a deer with my moms brand new car (we apparently have issues with deer in my family lol) and they did a perfect job on her car too. Absolutely would recommend!

Custom Body is simply amazing. I had trouble with the insurance company, they stepped in and figured it out for me. My repair was quick, and although longer than quoted, they handled a rental extension and had great communication with me through the entire process. My car looks as good as new. Outstanding customer service and a great repair job. Highly recommended for body work.

Im quite impressed with the restoration work they did on my Mustang. It had fender and hood damage; now it looks brand new, like it just came off the showroom floor. It took them a while to complete the work, but it was definitely worth the wait. Quality does take time. Its just like what they say on their website: they consider body restoration to be an art, and so it is.

I was 110% happy with the service I got at Custom Body. Their estimate was about 30% less than another local body shop and my friend had recommended them because she had a great experience with them last year. They did beautiful work on my car and even replaced my burned out headlight at no charge. To top it off, they detailed my car before I got it back... vacuumed up all the goldfish crumbs, cleaned and polished the dash, washed the outside... it was like a new car! I would definitely choose them again in the future.

All I see is how people say they are good but so far on the the communication is terrible they were supposed to contact us when the Nissan mechanic was going to be there and and blew us off. A person spend that kind of money on a vehicle and insurance I believe you should be part of the decision making and ask him questions nope didnt here a thing from them. After they said they would call when the mechanic was coming

I cannot believe what a GREAT job these guys did!! My brand new truck was in a hit and run. Custom Body had me in and out super quick. When they called me to say it was done they asked me to allow some time to wash and vacuum it. When I got it, they had gone way above and beyond that. The whole inside was super clean! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Fantastic Service! I have used Custom Body several times, for those unfortunate times I had body damage to my cars, and the service has always been quick, efficient, friendly and helpful. The fact that they handle all the complicated insurance paperwork is a definite bonus!

Did a great job repairs were done right. I would use them again without hesitation.

They were quite rude to my wife and I. They weren’t happy to answer our questions. They damaged the paint on the trunk of our car, while working on the rear bumper and rear quarter panel. They weren’t interested in making us feel whole. I’ll never go back.
