Unfortunate experience with their service/parts manager Justin. I worked with him to order roof rails/crossbars for my discovery, it is an easy install so I chose just to order the parts and do the install myself. After I brought the parts home and began the install I discovered he ordered the wrong finishers, which I had just adhered to my vehicle. This was a big Inconvenience as I had to rip off the finishers, and clear the adhesive once again in addition to the extra trip to their dealership to pickup the part. When I contacted Justin to report the error, there was no apology, and essentially blamed me for choosing to do the install myself. He also had the audacity to try and charge me again for the correct finishers. Eventually he passed me off to one of his employees after I contacted their GM. After buying 2 new vehicles at their dealership, I would expect better service. I will not be going back.
Professional, thorough, friendly and absolutely impeccable service! Our salesman, Jordan, made us feel at ease and was in contact every step of the way on our travels from Montana to pick up our new car. Cant say enough about our wonderful experience!
I called their parts department looking for something as simple as a set of factory style Range Rover lug nuts. I told them the size and thread pitch to try and help the kid on the phone out. But was told that they cant look it up by year, make and model. They have to have the VIN number. Are you kidding me?
Terrible experience . They gave me a quote online to buy my car..I explained it was a recent purchase, and that it was stuck in immobilization mode. After 3 days of phone calls back and forth, they said if I had a title they would honor their original quote of $1000, and use it as a down on one of their used pre-owned vehicles. After pulling out our last $80 we hired a guy to pull it to their lot. Immediately they started backpedaling when we got the there. Refusing to accept our signed title, refused to buy our vehicle. Said we leave our car in their lot a couple days and bid us farewell.
The service department is wonderful. They always take such good care of me and my Discovery Sport.
I’ve been bringing them my 1998 Volvo V70 since 2016 when they were still an authorized Volvo service shop. I’ve spent over $11,000 here, despite feeling sidelined for having an old Volvo instead of a new Land Rover or Jaguar. I continued to bring my vehicle here even though I felt like the service I was getting had been in decline for a couple years. But after my last service, I won’t be back.On a recent road trip, our car broke down in Wenatchee. A shop there was able to give us a quick fix to get home to Spokane, along with an itemized estimate for the repairs they deemed necessary. I brought that estimate to Land Rover Spokane to make sure the diagnosis was right and to get the work done. And at first, I was pleased when Land Rover Spokane offered to match the Wenatchee shop’s price. I was told in no uncertain terms, “even though our prices are a little higher, we’re going to go ahead and match their estimate.” Turns out, that was a flat-out lie. When it came time to pay up, the only thing Land Rover Spokane did was drop the cost of parts to MSRP. They refused to keep their word, and charged me more than $200 more than the other shop’s estimate. And even that tiny price drop was after I was first handed the bill with NO deductions, and I had to remind them I was told they’d match the other estimate. All of this was on top of bringing my car in on Monday, being told it’d be done Tuesday, then not getting it back until Thursday afternoon. I had to rent a car for two extra days, just to have Land Rover Spokane renege on their good-faith offer.I’ll never be back. I’m spending $2500/yr to maintain an old rig, and I’ll find a shop that keeps its word and doesn’t treat me like a second-tier customer.
Very pushy employees. I can drive to Bellevue Land Rover and get my car worked on for way less money.
These guys are the BEST!!!
I luv it
