My wife was in an auto accident, and we had it towed here. We had to take the car back numerous times because it wasnt fixed properly with the check engine and airbag lights coming on. Nick, the guy who was assigned to my repair, told me to take the car to another shop because Its beyond our capabilities After taking it to another shop, insurance refuses to pay saying its not related to the accident. DAA refuses to pay, and Im stuck with a 400 plus dollar repair bill when I was told to take it to another shop by Nick at DAA. Long story short, I DO NOT trust this shop anymore and will never take anything I own back to them. I do not recommend.

DAA autobody did an amazing repair on our Lexus. There was rust eating through on the rear passenger fender and after the repair, it looked brand new. Then, when we got our car back, it was all washed and vacuumed! That was a bonus we didnt expect! Plus, their price beat out everyone else we called for this repair. Highly recommend DAA for any auto body repairs.

From start to finish, DAA was amazing. When I got my estimate, the whole team was amazing. They were empathetic, caring, compassionate and walked me through what would happen after I dropped my car off.The day I dropped off my car, I received a call to let me know that my car was in the process of being fixed, and when they started to work on it, I received a call every work day to let me know where they were at in the process. They even finished my car a few days ahead of schedule.Picking up my car, I again received nothing but care and compassion from the team. They were truly amazing to work with, and they let me know that their work has a lifetime warranty.After looking at the car, I couldnt even tell that there had been any damage. The level of detail that went into the repair was astounding. The color match on the bumper was perfect, and everything looks amazing. I truly could not complain about the service I received at DAA. Everything they did for me was perfect.

The front area people are easy to trust and make you feel at ease. Dealing with an accident is stressful, they have a calming effect. The people doing the work are awesome. They make the vehicle like new. As an added bonus, the vehicle gets cleaned, inside and out.

My Corvette recently was backed into and needed a new bumper. They used oem and matched up perfect for fit and finish. Nick was great, he was very good at explaining the process. I will recommend DAA.

I worked with Nick. Excellent Customer service. Needed my truck looked at for marks across a couple doors. He was able to get my truck in right away and do some buffing to fix. All complete within a couple hours of dropping off. Definitely will take any of my vehicles back for work needed and recommend friends to them.

Every Staff member we encountered made us feel welcome and appreciated. They got my car done ahead of schedule which was a nice little surprise. They used factory parts when requested and matched my car color beautifully. They took such great care and returned my car in better condition then I left it with them. Even cleaned my floor mats. Tim did a great job keeping me informed throughout the repair process. He and the front office staff were very friendly and accommodating. Tim even drove me to the rental car agency and then picked me up there after I dropped off my rental car and was ready to pick up my repaired vehicle. My car was detailed and looked beautiful. I am fairly new to the area and really did not where to take my car for repairs after a deer ran into me. I, like many people these days, turned to Google for a search. I came upon DAA Auto Body and read the reviews and thought ok, Ill try these folks.I would like to add my raving review so others can feel confident in taking their vehicles to this shop for repairs. First, I want to start with the 1st phone call, it was pleasurable and easy. When I went in for my appointment I got to meet the ladies at the front desk, very welcoming and accommodating! Paul, the man that did up the estimate was very nice and went above and beyond, and was very helpful. I received texts daily on the status of my car repair too. I was very pleased the day I picked my car up, the job they did was fantastic! Again the front desk ladies were so friendly and accommodating with finalizing details and taking care of my rental car return.This place is all about customer service and great work. I would highly recommend using their service!

Had repair done over a month ago. Called today about possible issue. Person answering was very polite. Was told to bring it in at my convenience and they would have a look. Continued customer service after the repair makes the difference.

Nick had gave us a quote on sunroof for 522.00 and he had the auto body guys just look at it and if was fixed in ten mins free of charge thank u so much nick.will return again if needed😁

The body shop was awesome! When my vehicle was side swiped the crew immediately got the vehicle in and took care of all the paper work. My dealing with the insurance company was minimal the body shop personnel kept me informed and up to date even when the some parts needed to be back ordered. Thanks DAA, your staff is exceptional.

Always take care of my vehicles properly. Ive actually had DAA fix the work another body shop had done through an insurance claim.

STAY AWAY.Do not take your vehicle here, ever. They take your vehicle to other shops for service without telling you. They are not personable and staff is disgusting. Got called to pick up my truck after declining service when my estimate was marked up from a $700 repair to over $3k. Showed up and my vehicle could not be located. In the parking lot, I see my truck down the road. Two guys pull up to park in my truck while EATING. My vehicle was used for errands which was evidenced by the receipts on the floorboard and amount of fuel used. They will mark up your repair significantly. Worst place Ive ever done business. Stay away. Horrific service.

They did a great job repairing my car and no one could beat their price. Staff was very nice and professional. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is they were booked about a month out.

I have used DAA Northwest over the years and never been disappointed. My car was totaled last year. Called DAA,they coordinated the transportation from the accident site, handled the insurance adjuster and a few weeks later I received my check from the insurance company. I bought a used car and had DAA repair a few dents and scratches and ended up with a used car that looked like new.

DAA was recommended to me for some body work needed on my car and was extremely pleased. They were amazing to work with and went above and beyond both in customer service and the level of detail in the work done. I highly recommend them!

My wifes subaru forester got rear ended and there was over $5000 in repairs to the back end. DAA Auto body on Hayford (theres a second location) did an excellent job repairing it. I couldnt tell it was ever in an accident! The staff took care of the insurance paperwork, I was kept updated with calls and texts, and the job was finished 5 days earlier than quoted. I have used them over the years and they have continually impressed me with their great costumer service and quality work! Wouldnt take my car anywhere else.

I have taken two vehicles to DAA Auto Body after hitting a deer and a run in with a garage door! Each time they were fast and did an excellent job! Everyone is very friendly and helpful! I will definitely use them in the future, because lets be honest, stuff happens! LOL
