I’m very satisfied with the services I received from Caliber Collision. The office manager was very helpful and friendly. I know I probably tore her nerves up at first, but she never let it show. My “go to” was Gary, and it was never a time that I called he couldn’t be reached, or a question I had that he couldn’t answer. He was very professional and prompt. He definitely went above and beyond to ensure that I was informed every step of the way. My car looks brand new and I couldn’t have chosen a better place for repairs. Thank you!

Was passing through area with family on vacation.. I tore loose a plastic under bumper piece on my car. I called Gary at Caliber because of online reviews and asked if he could look at the issue as it was dragging on the ground. Even though short staffed and near closing time, he said bring it over. Took him about 10 minutes to address issue and sent me on my way. Your kind heart is greatly appreciated by my family.

I was in an accident where someone ran into the back of my car. It was near total damage but caliber put the car back into my hands as if it were new! One of the things I was so surprised about was— in the past when I dealt with body shops I was always having to call again and again to find out when it will be ready and how my car was doing… How much longer would it be… But in this case they kept me on top of every situation- parts delivery – when it went into paint etc. The level of communication from Chris Hill and his team was outstanding… but the real game changer was the excellence of the bodywork. It was absolutely first class! I sure hope I don’t have to have bodywork on my car anytime soon but everyone of my family and friends have heard about my great experience with this team! I recommend them highly!

When my vehicle was damaged in a wreck, we had it towed to Caliber. We are from out of state and they took the time to keep us updated and in the loop so we knew when to expect the car to be finished and what repairs they were doing. It was a pretty extensive repair, but they paid attention to detail and the car looks like the wreck never happened. We are very happy with the work they did.

Okay so Im not sure if I click on the correct one but, I have to have them fix my front bumper when I got into accident cuz it was halfway falling off and it said itll take about 2 weeks but I got it in about like 4 days and they were really professional about it. It was all clean and looking brand new when I got my car back. They have also kept me updated through the whole process. I would definitely recommend them.

Had to have my sons 2004 Silverado repaired after a negligent driver damaged his truck from front to rear ! Went by to talk to Caliber Collision about repairs and was introduced to April Hughes. She set them apart with her knowledge and expertise. She was the determining factor for us as to who would do the repair. The tech that worked on truck, Craig, did an outstanding job on repair and paint of this 04 Victory Red Chevy. Once they learned of the sentimental value of the truck to my son ( He has had truck since he was 14 ! ) they went above and beyond in their efforts to make sure we were completely satisfied with repair. They were very pleasant to deal with and cannot say enough for April Hughes keeping me informed of status of the repair and all options that were available to us. No one wants to have to go the Auto body shop, but if you do have to go I can definitely recommend this shop with 5 stars !Thank you to Caliber Collisionand especially April Hughes for making this event as painless as could ever be expected !

The adjuster was a chump, but all were very responsive and thorough.

My daughters car was damaged severely from hail. She dropped the car off, but passed away before it was complete. This group was so amazing. They were so caring and patient. They were such a blessing and went way above and beyond.I picked up her car and they were once again there to be patient and blessed me beyond belief. They had fixed so many hail dents and the car looked brand new.They are such amazing people and did such a great job. I recommended them to my daughter because they had fixed a bang I had on my car 2 years prior. They did such a good job on mine, I had to tell my daughter to go there too.

Absolutely wonderful service. Receptionist was Fast, polite, thorough. We had a minor scrape on the side of our van. The technician took it to the service area and buffed it out, he also buffed 2 other areas. All this was done in 30min. while we waited. Service Tech. called it a courtesy..no charge. I highly recommend them for quality service and courtesy. 5 stars is not enough......John

Turn around is decently quick, the staff is very friendly, and their quality is fantastic. The lifetime warranty is awesome too and while I dont plan on moving out of state its nice to know to warranty follows me nationwide if I have any issues. Hopefully I wont ever need their services again but if I do Ill definitely be back.

They did outstanding work on my vehicle..

Recently I had the mishap of running over an entire semi tire retread on I-85 on a rainy foggy night. The next morning I realized damage had been done to the left fog light, the accompanying grill and the brake air tunnel. All the clips on the front bumper that hold the grill in place were gone, which I thought meant a new front bumper new paint and $$$. Gary Wideman at Caliber Collision checked the car out, took down some notes and said he would send an estimate. The next morning I received the estimate and the estimate was less than my deductible. I called and they told me to bring the car in at 10:30 on Wednesday. My wife and I drove 2 cars in figuring it would take a while for it to be fixed and left the car to be fixed around 9:30. To our amazement I got a call at 10:20 saying the car was ready. And it was everything that was to be done was ready. Thorough, friendly and professional; its rare to get all that and at a great price. Thanks for fixing our car and I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone. Garry T.

I had my car repaired in January 2019 at Caliber Collision Spartanburg Westside then took it to a local Honda dealer to have the front end aligned a year and a half later. Honda said they could not align it after the repair but the Caliber people took the car in and gave it a thorough evaluation at 2 separate frame service dealers. They were able to align the front end without problem at NO charge to me. This is service above and beyond - I was thrilled with the original repair and am even more thrilled with this service. I give them the very highest recommendation!

I have never in my life been treated as well as I was treated here, not even when buying a new car, and I am so happy now that I didnt take my car to the dealership body shop. I took my car in on Wednesday morning and had it back that Friday evening, which to me is just amazing. Gary underpromised and overdelivered! The more I look at the job they did, the more impressed I am. These guys are perfectionists! I have already told half a dozen people about Caliber Collision.

I would not recommend this facility to repair your vehicle.My experience with Caliber Collision was an unfortunate one. I had my car repaired at this location. Initially, I was told that it would take approximately 6 days to repair my vehicle. 6 days of repair turned into several because it was too cold outside for a part to be placed upon my car without breaking.When I finally received my car back, I had two scratches on the outer exterior of my vehicle. I did not notice these marks before turning my vehicle into the shop to be repaired. I spoke with Chris, the representative responsible for my vehicles repair, who informed me that he would get back with me regarding repairs because he was unsure of whether the marks occurred at Caliber Collision or not. I have not heard from Caliber Collision in approximately two (2) weeks regarding my repair. I would not recommend this facility for vehicle repairs.

If it was possible to not leave any stars I would but that isnt the point. I want people to know what they are about to get into. A deer hit my car and just messed a bumper up. My insurance said take it to Collision and we will fix it up for you. Got my car back the first time and it was horrible, bumper not straight and all the work that was supposed to have been done wasnt. So I tried to make them fix it again and the second time wasnt as bad but one of the workers(Chris) acted like nothing was wrong and he fixed all pieces. Hope you like jail buddy. Insurance fraud is a big deal and I wouldnt of played around with peoples vehicles.

I had minor damage from a deer. I filed with my insurance and setup and appointment with caliber on the west side. Chris did my estimate and I thought everything was ok. I dropped my car off the next week and thats when things went south. Estimate was a 5 day repair.After a week almost 2 they say my vehicle is ready. I get there and my bumper is really crooked. A fender liner is missing, fender flare isnt fixed, turn signal, and headlight not replaced. I point this out and he agrees to fix the issues but not after saying he really didnt notice any of this before I pointed it out. Thats not what you want to hear from someone looking over your repairs but yeah you can make your own judgement on that comment.He calls me the next day and says he found the parts but it really was hard. I spent 5 minutes and found every part online it was beyond easy but yeah. I ask about the fender flare and thats when I got the attitude from him. He replied theres no way that happened from the deer like he was there himself that night. Nothing in my statement to the insurance or them has changed. I was never shown any paperwork about it being listed prior. I was never told anything at all. My insurance said there should be an original estimate with it included somewhere before it was deemed prior unless it was just forgotten. I have spoken with the previous owner, have pictures prior to the deer showing no damage, and a clean carfax report. I have even vin matched the frame,panels and windows. Im not one to lie and dont appreciate being accused of it over the phone with no paperwork or anything for proof. I let it go though and just say Ill deal with that later. By this time my trust in them is gone but I have to get my vehicle back.Another week goes by and I get called again its ready. This time the bumper is better, liner is installed, headlight is installed. I can live with it. I know I have a warranty through insurance if I find more damage and my rental days are gone now so I take my vehicle.I get to really inspecting and notice the turn signal still isnt replaced. They broke the other retainers on the other turn signal also so now I have 2 broken turn signals. I notice a wind valence behind my bumper with 1 out of 5 retainers installed so it is flopping back and forth on the frame rail. They also ran a screw through my bumper mounting my fog light instead of replacing the correct retainer for that. I reach out to my insurance company and tell them whats going on because it is their money.I get a call from Ryan the manager. He asks me to bring it by 4th time so I do. He installed the retainers for the wind valence but said the signals would have to be ordered. He also said the screw would hold the fog light better but thats not how it was designed. It looks like backyard work. I just say fine I will live with it and he says he will call me when the turn signals arrive.It has been 3 more weeks with no call or anything. So I called last week to be told Ryan no longer works there and hung up on so I call back to then be told Chris was busy but would promptly call me back. I guess hes still busy because I havent heard anything.The fact is my claim was approved by my insurance. Work was paid for as well as parts. Now, I am left with this prior damage claim with no paperwork they even looked at it, parts missing that are paid for on the receipt I have, bad quality work, and I am being run around. I am not sure if it embarrassed them that I knew more about the parts and my vehicle than they did or if it was because I didnt accept poor work. Maybe both.I just know once I do get these turn signals replaced I have to find another body shop to fix the rest of this prior damage because they are not getting my vehicle again. I was never rude or rushed them. I was very well mannered considering how this went but enough is enough.If you care about your car I highly recommend making sure its complete and not just thrown together. I dont leave reviews like this either but this has become ridiculous.

Liz and Beth are both wonderful to work with!!!! They are kind and personable and knowledgeable! Everything was done to our standards and they kept me informed during the entire process. I’ve had two repairs within six months of each other and Caliber was amazing during both.

My appointment was at 7:45 am and the person that was going to inspect my car never showed. The atmosphere was not inviting at all. One person spoke to me when they arrived. Another person asked me to show him the damage, but said they couldnt do anything because the other guy was not there.

They do excellent work Im am very pleased at the work they done to my car..it looks perfect like it was before the man hit my car..they went above and beyond my expectations..the car was cleaner then when it went in the shop even cleaned the inside of my car I didnt expect that I am very pleased with the work they did.

The staff were polite and friendly, very informative. They took amazing care of my car and fixed it up nice! They took one look at my car and gave me a spot on time frame. Got into a fender bender and Caliber went above and beyond to ensure that my car was fixed expertly and on time.What sets them apart are their liaisons, who deal with both the insurance companies and local car rental ops so you dont have to. Plus they update you on the progress of your car periodically.I was particularly impressed with their paint shop. They perfectly matched the paint scheme on my car so it looks better than when I got it at CarMax!Their customer service is beyond high quality and I would recommend them to anyone.

I am hoping they do better work then the pain it is to even set up an appointment. Note that the telephone number listed on Google and on the website just rings, no one ever answers. Chat on the website is extremely impersonal. Frustrating to have to get this done in the first place and deal with insurance only to have to go thru this as well.

I must say this place definitely gets 5 stars. They kept me well informed on all of the repairs for my car. Lori was absolutely wonderful talking to, she always made a point to call me and let me know where they were in the process. Should we ever need anyone to do any repairs on our cars - we definitely will be bringing it to Caliber Collision in the future.

I hit a deer a few weeks ago, took my car in here to have it fixed. They seemed nice and told me they would have it done on Wednesday. Wednesday, nobody called, so we had to call them and thats when they said it would be done Thursday. We get their Thursday, and theyve let my car battery die. My car has a manual-auto transmission, which means its an automatic (with a PRNDL) but shifts hard like a manual. When the car battery dies, it causes my transmission to reset. So now because of their carelessness I have to go have my transmission reset. Not only this, but the man I talked to at the place tried to feed me some lie about how my batteries were corroded. Took it into another shop and they said nothing was wrong with them.... They let my car die. Wish it wasnt so much trouble just to get my car fixed.

Called to ask what kind of time frame a certain repair would take. The girl that answered the phone was not very helpful nor sharp. “We have to see it”. I described the damage. I just wanted a time frame, not a promise as another place said a month for a door gouge. She hemmed and hawed around, didnt bother to consult anyone and finally managed to erode any confidence I had that this place knows what they are doing. They need better customer service by the phone staff. She sounded like a naive 13 year old. Go elsewhere is my suggestion

Had damage repaired after the big hail storm in March 2017. The repairs looked good, but they messed up my dash while doing the work. They also took WEEKS longer than they said. They said Friday...then they said the next Friday....the the next Monday...this went on for weeks. When i tried to have the dash part replaced that that knocked off, it was like an act of congress to have anything accomplished, and with terrible communication skills from the office. If I knew how to take the dash apart, Id fix the dang thing myself. Unreal

My BMW & I had an altercation with a mailbox. A body shop in Greenville quoted a repair cost of $780, which seemed excessive---I was heartbroken. My husband previously had Caliber Collision, Southport Rd, repair his SUV with excellent results, so I scheduled an estimate. #ElizabethMorrow, Service Advisor, took a look at the damage and suggested first trying to buff the scratches out. Much to my delight, the damage buffed out, the area in question looks as good as new and the cost was much, much less than $780-- which speaks volumes as to the company and Service Advisors integrity/honesty and customer service. #CaliberCollision has earned a customer for life--Thanks Elizabeth & #CaliberCollision.

They are the most unprofessional garage I have ever dealt with. I decided to put my car in their shop rather than using my AAA service to town it back down to Miami where I live as they stated it would be 20 days in the estimate, but that they would be sure to keep me updated. The only updates that I received was a voicemail left of September 25th stating that my vehicle was almost ready and then one on the morning of the 26th stating it was ready.When I gave Austin a call back after I had got off work around 3pm he was very rude, he would cut me off in my sentences and I would have to ask him is he going to allow me to speak and he would state yea I guess go ahead. I asked him why I had not received any updates although why he regularly updated the rental car company and not myself and he stated that he had left a voicemail on the 18th stating something about the body shop. I told him I had received no such message and that its convenient considering I received his two messages from yesterday and today and my phone doesnt show a call before then since the 15th at 10:49am.He stated it doesnt matter as long as he has a written record of it, which leads me to think that they falsify their records. Even if he dialed the wrong number (which I highly doubt) how does not updating in 7 days qualify as keeping somebody updated?So now I have to take time out of my schedule to call my insurance company and take time out of my busy as hell schedule to sort ouit a mess that Caliber started in regards to my rental as I am sure all you will hear a lies and vagueness from these peopleI have not even picked up my car yet and saw it, but if everything is not perfect, you can best believe I will be having them redo it as everything has a lifetime guarentee.Do yourself a favor and DONT CHOOSE THEM!!!

No real attention to detail. Had to show them a place that needed buffing out and left inside of car full of buffing dust.

This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. From scheduling a date/time to bring in my vehicle to getting all the incomplete maintenance done. Calab stated his best body man was performing the work, if thats the case he should require him to use his insurance to get glasses. The hood was warped throughout. My blinkers did not work when the car was returned so I had to go back through the horrendous act of getting my car in service there. Now they are trying to charge me extra for the rental car. An easy fix for a body shop has turned into a 3 month ordeal that is still going on and costing my money. Communication from the secretary (lady answering the phone) to Calab is non existing.Save yourself the time, hassel and money by going to a true professional.

Great place for quick body repair

Went to pick up my vehicle and noticed lots of trash in the paint. Most of them were bulging out and you can fill them with your finger. Very poor quality job, the detail guy should have noticed the flaws, yet the call me and say my vehicle is ready. Then after confronting the manager he makes excuses for what happened.

Everyone has been nothing but kind, informative, gladly answered all of my questions and put me at ease after just enduring a horrific experience.
