Sales rep at the warehouse are respectful, polite, and professional! I have bought countless appliances from IGH with zero issues! They always deliver my appliance on time as I have rental properties. Savings are great there also!

I have purchased items over the last few months. All were exactly as described and priced very well! On top of that they have been very helpful when I had questions about products before purchases. Always willing to check inventory for me (multiple times!). Very nice and easy to work with-especially with arranging pick up. I am in the middle of some remodel projects so Im sure Ill be purchasing again soon!

Bought a pallet from Val for 7500.00 of Milwaukee tools was supposed to be 60% new and 40% used but in good condition what i got was 20% new 80% used and about 30% of the used doesnt work at all and some were over 10 years old and most of them are really beat up. Called Val 5x but now that he has his money no return calls. All i want is for this to be rectified. His add says pay with credit card, paypal but when time to order he wants wire transfer so you have no recourse. This guy doesnt even give us a call to rectify. BEWARE OF DOING BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY VERY FRAUDULENT.

No working phone, but they seem to operate a lot on facebook or online messaging. Big warehouse full of all sorts of appliances and home goods. I got a sink that had a minor defect, but was still going to work for my need, for more than half off. Helped me load, very nice people. I will go back whenever I need something!

I have been shopping at IHG for over four years now (I fix and rent out my properties) and I have been completely satisfied with all of the appliances, vanities, mirrors, bath fixtures, lights etc that I have purchased. And you cant beat the prices. I have recommended them to all of my friends who were in the market for kitchen and bath supplies and they have all been thrilled at the savings as well. It is a hit and miss experience but its a rare day that I go there and dont find something that I can use. Check them out to see if they have what you need before you hit the big box stores.
