I have not been to BBB since Pre-Covid. Love that store. So sad to see less merchandise / empty shelves. Staff was super friendly. Bathroom could use some updating. And, yes, we made purchases there, but not everything we hoped to buy.

I love this over priced store. They have a lot of good stuff and gadgets. Im like my wife in Hobby Lobby when I go there.

Fantastic service! The store only had 5 dessert plates and I wanted to have a complete set of 8. The store clerk kindly offered to order enough to complete the set and have them shipped to my home. I couldnt have asked for a better experience!

Fund what you need!

I love coming in here to look around and shop! There is usually always a 20% off coupon to use that comes in the mail. So many of the things they carry are unique (that’s what the “Beyond” is for). They aren’t priced bad either. It’s one of my favorite places just to wander in my free time.

Love this place, but prices are a bit high

One of my favorite stores to shop in - love to find new things for the kitchen or replace things that have finally worn out. Always is a coupon available to get a few bucks off your purchase too!

The employees are always pleasant. I have found them to be very helpful and go out of their way to serve.The store is always clean and well stocked. Very pleasing to the eye. They have a vast variety of inventory. In most cases you can always find what you need.I love to shop at BBB its fun!

Great place for higher quality home goods. Higher-end products are priced competitively while lower-end items are higher than Wal-Mart or Target.

Always find exactly what Im looking for when I go there. And their customer service is top-notch. Very helpful, even to the point of placing an online order with free delivery if they happen to be out of stock on the particular item I came in to buy. They do a great job.

As I walked in I just happened to pass the manager and ask him for the price of something and started to talk to him.. He was very friendly very kind this place is very oriented towards their customers and they have everything you need..We looked around and bought a few things.. We are highly impressed with everything the staff was absolutely warm and wonderful...Our service was quick and fast the prices of everything including the vacuum cleaners and everything was very good highly recommended we will return...

Just left the Spartanburg, SC store after completing 2 transactions - a return due to faulty bread machine and an exchange on a set of luggage. Both were handled by a cheerful employee and it was a fast, easy process. I did have all of my original paperwork as the website suggested. All of the items had been purchased online and I appreciate the fact that the store offers returns instead of my having to ship the items back.

I always enjoy coming here. The store is always very well stocked and well organized. The layout is good also. They have practically anything you could need for the bedroom, bath or kitchen. Store is always clean and staff is always willing to help.

They are nice and polite. When entering they make you feel welcome. They did not have what I needed, but tried to order the product. Customer Service was superb! They have a great variety, go check them out, you will be disappointed 👍👍👍👍

One of my favorite stores in Spartanburg SC. Wish it was bigger. I love the coupons that never really expire. Since they remodeled the check out process has declined as most times there is only one lane open. Not always, but most times.

NOT ENOUGH VISIBLE SALES HELP ON FLOOR

Three days before Christmas, customers packing the aisles, check out line to the back of the store ...BBB moved everybody through like lightning! A little tough getting to some shelves, but customers were also on good behavior, and check out was a breeze. Well done, BB&B!!

The one drawback to this store is I WANT IT ALL!! The staff members are very helpful and actually approach you to ask if they can assist you with anything. Check-out was a breeze. I was in and out in about fifteen minutes ( and that was even after spending time coveting all the merchandise ).

What can I say? I never have to search all over the internet or go all over town in search of the perfect gift when I shop here. They have EVERYTHING!!

Bought a pillow from bed bath and beyond with a 20 year warranty. It lost its support a couple years later, so I return it to the store to be told by Dan the manager that I would have to go through the manufacturers customer service. I have never had an issue with swapping the pillow there before today, and was told their return poilicies had changed, well, Dan, sorry but the pillow and its warranty were bought prior to your policy change. He said lets reach a compromise.......guess what it was, get with the manufacturer, great service there buddy!!Went to manufacture for help, told they do not make the pillow, just put their name on it and return to where I purchased. Guess I am out 80 bucks for a pillow that is useless.

This store has everything.

Always love this store. Bought $100 Egyptian sheets for $29. Can always find anything u need for the house here and usually for the best price for better quality products. Plus have a great selection of As seen on TV.

I enjoyed browsing around for Christmas, however, the cashier was less than friendly. You could tell she really hated her job bc she was just so rude and snooty. Definitely more pricey than walmart but they do have a few things that walmart doesnt.

First of all, I found baby items online but once I got to the store they had absolutely nothing for babies. Also, the employees were not helpful to me at all. I asked for assistance in gift wrapping (just to show me how to tie the ribbon) and although the cashier wasnt busy AT ALL she said that there was no one that could assist me at that time. I felt so disrespected!!!

Not the selections I remembered from years back. Still may have the same or better now. Just dont remember.

This place has so much.The staff are always nice and helpful.If theres only one register open and three people are inline they immediately open anothet register.

Cashiers didn’t know how to handle themselves finding a tag or a price for an item with none. Left us at the register and went to help another costumer that was behind us in line. Then asked us to move after not giving us any help at all to buy the items we needed for a wedding. Please have you night crew well versed in handling unpriced items and looking up registries for paying costumers. We left with nothing. Very disappointed with how we were treated and ignored.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! THEIR EMPLOYEES DO NOT CARE. MY DEBIT CARD WAS STOLEN FROM WEST GATE MALL AND SOMEONE USED MY DEBIT CARD AT THAT LOCATION THE SAME DAY SPENDING OVER 500 DOLLARS WITH 2 TRANSACTIONS. MY DEBIT WAS RAN AS CREDIT SO THEY DID NOT NEED MY PIN NUMBER, AND THE CASHIER DIDNT BOTHER TO CHECK ANYTHING (MY PICTURE IS ON MY DEBIT CARD). NOW THE OWNER IS OUT OF TOWN, WILL NOT RETURN THE COPS AND INVESTIGATORS PHONE CALLS BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT RELEASE THE SECURITY TAPES. THEY LET SOMEONE STEAL OVER 500$ FROM ME IN THE FORM OF THEIR PRODUCTS, AND THEY CANNOT EVEN WORK WITH THE AUTHORITIES TO CATCH THE THIEVES.

Poor customer service at this store. They have changed their return policy now and scrutinized each return. They inspect each item and questioned you regarding the item. Their customer service has changed and I won’t be back. What a shame. Used to be my favorite store.
