This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a shop. First of all, everyone here is so incredibly kind. The work that they do is amazing. There are some truly gracious people that work here. They really go above and beyond as others here have said. You can absolutely rely on their great work to your vehicle. Plus at such a great price. I cannot recommend Mansurs enough. My wife and I will continue to come here whenever we need anything done at all!

I don’t think I’ll ever go to another garage after being helped by Steve and Andrena. They’re the most genuine, kind and helpful people out here. I’ve taken my Toyota Corolla with them many times with different problems and they always get the job done in a timely manner and with the most helpful honest opinion. The price for every service I’ve had is always fairly priced, and you always feel more confident leaving there shop knowing they took well care of your car.I’ll always refer my friends and family to them because they deserve more recognition for there awesome job!

After reading all the glowing reviews, I took my Chevy Sonic here in Oct 2018 to have a water pump replaced and get the AC checked as it wasnt blowing cold. I also asked for a general inspection to see if there was anything else that needed attention as I prefer to do preventative maintenance as opposed to repairs.Even though I made an appointment for almost a week later, the car took multiple days to be ready. The water pump repair was done at a decent price and from what I as an untrained person can tell it was good work. Only I found out a week later my model had a recall for that exact issue and I could have had that work done free of charge by the dealership. In the past most mechanics Ive used would look that sort of thing up and let you know. That sort of omission might get you an extra billable this time around, but it can cost you a customer in the long run as it seems somewhat shady. They loose a star for that oversight but the work itself has been sound.Onto the AC check. I was invoiced for an AC recharging, but the AC itself never really worked as far as I can tell. The work was originally done in October, and I didnt try to use the AC until a few months later after winter passed, but it never blew cold. Its been a few months though, so I figure Im just SOL on that and lesson learned. Another star lost for that.Lastly - the general inspection I requested. Now, they had my car around three days. Plenty of time to give it a once over, right? Well, I dont know since they never mentioned it at all when I picked up the vehicle. Did I get anything like general level of wear and tear on the brakes/pads, tires, fluids, etc? Not a single document or comment so a third star is lost.To be clear - theyre lovely people. Very personable from what I can tell the work they actually do is good. However, I shouldnt have to follow up and remind someone what Ive asked for, or press to be sure that when I ask them to check the AC that they actually do it, instead of just doing a standard recharge canister I could do myself and call it a day. Was there any AC testing done? Any sort of general inspection as I requested? I have no way of knowing. Sadly, it seems my search for a go-to mechanic continues.

The master mechanic here really knows his stuff. They have always been quick and fair every time I have come in. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Best shop and mechanic in town and not over priced.

They go beyond the call . Finished 2 vehicles repair 2 1/2 hours after closing because one was needed by a veteran . This was middle of the week after being short a mechanic who had missed a day and these were promised. Even drove the veterans car to his home.They are in Sparks Nevada.In need of vehicle repair in the area....I wouldnt use anyone else if they could work me in.

I had no air conditioning in my car and it been two years since I had so I decided that I would take it to a garage and I took it to mansurs garage one of the best places Ive ever been so kind so helpful and they really did me a good price Ill never take my car anywhere else
