Very helpful people there to show you the pelaton equipment. The bikes are great! Easy to demo and an excellent experience! Nice store set up!

Lauren was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. I was able to ride the bike to see if I would like it and I think that’s what helped me make up my mind! Now the wait for my bike to be delivered!

Camille was great/ easy to work with… from buying some workout clothes and even ordering a Peloton + on site.

The pics say it all. Ordered 11/4/20 & they scheduled me for a Jan 2021 delivery. Waited patiently. Was rescheduled 4 times. Got a full refund.

The showroom is great and the people are even greater. I love Peloton and love having a showroom nearby. It makes me feel close to the community. I bought my Tread here on a Friday night and the manager was so sweet. We were the last customers of the day, but he took his time with us and I greatly appreciated it. I love my Peloton, my Tread, and this community.

Completely lied to my parents about the subscription and ability to return machine. Horrible customer service experience as well. Store refused to help us once they got their money and lied about ability to use bike without subscription. Then lied about ability to return. Not worth the money or time. Please do not waste this money it is a complete scam!!!

Had an awesome experience there! I was visiting my family in Southlake and wanted to keep my riding streak alive, so I asked if I could ride on one of the showroom bikes at the Southlake Peloton store. I was warmly greeted with a towel, bottle of water, headphones and perfectly sized shoes. I wasnt crazy about being on display in the show room while sweating puddles, so they let me use the back room instead. Great facility, exceptional staff and an awesome place to find accessible Peloton bikes if youre a Peloton member in the Southlake area. Did I mention that this whole experience was free? Five stars!
