Anthony and Bart were amazing in their customer service. They took the time to explain all our questions, were very knowledgeable and NEVER pushy. We ended up buying 2 pieces of equipment so they did their best to get us an awesome deal. The equipment speaks for itself when you try their floor models and do the research online.

Very unreliable company. I paid $5000 for my equipment and I was told I would receive it end of October. End of October I was told I would receive it end of November. End of November I was told I would receive it end of December. I’m bracing for history to repeat itself in December. I had to manage my work schedule around the fake estimates they gave me which cost me money and time. I tried calling their corporate offices multiple times but it’s a ghost town. Nobody picks up the phone and nobody returns calls. Consider other options of you value your time and money and sanity. This does not reflect the salespeople at the store who are actually very helpful and professional

Good experience, would purchase again from the store. Excellent staff and very knowledgeable. We purchased a Hoist V1 select series with the Leg press. It is a very nice piece of equipment. The store offered $279.00 to deliver and assembly it. I chose to assemble it my self.After assembling it myself I regret not paying the $279.00. I am very handy and had all of the tools needed but I was by myself. It took me 7 hrs no breaks. The instructions were very good. If I had to do it over again I would put my pride aside and pay to have it done.Very nice piece of equipment Highly recommend Hoist and Fitness Headquarters

Great quality fitness products, knowledgeable staff, great location. The life fitness products are high quality. One of the few stores that actually have dumbbells and plates in stock.

I just purchased the Hoist V1 Elite Home Gym. Im awaiting delivery. I purchased from the Southlake store. I dealt with Anthony Weber. My experience was great. I came in numerous times - looked and looked at different equipment. Everything they handle is very high quality equipment. This place is a fitness buffs dream. They will also go online and check for prices and beat anybodys online price. On my Home Gym - they beat the cheapest online price by $50. Anthony was great. He invited me to come in and spend as much time as I like while waiting for arrival of my purchase. If youre interested in purchasing fitness equipment - I highly encourage you to come check these guys out. Im glad I was patient and kept on searching different places until I discovered these guys. Recently went into the Southlake location for the first time. I needed repairs on an older treadmill. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I decided that, instead of repairing my 20 year old treadmill, Id buy a new one. Best decision ever! Bought a Life Fitness Treadmill. They delivered and assembled the unit, and everything went smoothly. Cant recommend them enough!

Scott was the first person I encountered; not only was he knowledgeable but he had the best customer service! He knew I was in a rush so he ensured to only answering any questions that I had rather than trying to sell me on things.He followed through with all of my specific questions and was very thorough.David was great at finalizing our deal and making sure that I was getting the very best deals!There was no gimmicks, just transparency. Brandon the store manager really helped make this a unique buying experience. He answered all of my questions and gave me all of the time I needed in order to make the best choice of treadmill based on needs and budget. Ted has an ability to recommend the best solutions based on his years of experience. Especially like the fact he is not pushy.....doesnt sell you but consults with you. Highly recommend this store.

I love this place! We have purchased all our home gym equipment from Ted. He is awesome, knows all the features of the equipment and is fabulous at narrowing down what works best for your needs. I completely trust Fitness HQ and Ted. Not only do you get the right equipment for your personal needs and space...they stand behind everything. Such a nice store. They carry Lifefitness as well which is what I use at the gym. The manager Dave was amazing with a huge amount of knowledge. Price was on par with online which was unexpected.

I am a former professional football player and i have worked withTed several times over the past years. Each time he has been attentive, knowledgeable and great to work with. I can call or visit anytime with any questions about the products. Ted has always been willing to help!!!!

I came in the week before Christmas and spoke to the store manager who was great at identifying my needs and pointed me in the direction of the Lifespan series. He explained to me that they had an issue with delivery due to the strike in the port of Long Beach, CA. I understood and called him back on 12/29 to purchase the Lifesapn TR3000i treadmill. He said they should be in the following week, and he would call me once it arrived next week. I followed up over the phone with him the week of 1/5 via phone and he said they still had issues however it should be in the week of 1/12. I called the manager again on 1/14 and he said it arrived on 1/13 and he would have the delivery guy call me in the next two days to schedule installation and it would be about a week delay on the installation since they were behind. I didnt purchase home delivery so I was okay with this option/effort from the store manager since he was at the mercy of the alleged strike in Long Beach, CA. I called again today 1/17 and could not get anyone to answer from my mobile number. I called from my home phone and got someone to answer the first try. The same store manager said it arrived on 1/15 and that I could come pick it up if I wanted or could wait another week for the delivery. At this point I proceeded to try and contact corporate to sort out my situation however they have no customer service besides sales support till Monday-Friday. I understand that the support is limited to non existent on weekends, just didnt anticipate more BS from the manager at Southlake store after continued effort to find out when I would receive the treadmill that they already charged me two weeks prior. Hope this helps anyone that cares about customer service......

Brandon was more than helpful with the purchase of our treadmill; he and his team helped resolve a rather complicated situation with a equipment manufacturer. if/when I am in the market for fitness equipment in the future, Fitness HQ in Southlake will definitely be my first stop.

This place is great they have the real deal as far as very high quality equipment goes ask for Ted or Brad as they know their stuff backwards and forwards.Thanks again for all the help!D.E.

We walked in to look at a Lifecyle GX (being Lifecycle fans). They had one, but in a box. The manager and another employee jumped into action to assemble just so I could do what I call my touchy feely thing. After it was assembled, I sat on the bike and it wasnt at all what I had expected. I was ready to purchase that day....if I liked it. Both my husband and I were disappointed it wasnt what we thought. Brandon the manager didnt push us for another sale, we said we wanted to go back to the drawing table and do our research. He wasnt pushy at all...just said I understand and let me know if you have any questions, Id love to help you out. As we were leaving, we liked the look of a Landice (we have a Landice treadmill so we know the quality). Both my husband and I liked the Landice, but it was about $700 more than what we had budgeted for. Brandon offered us a great deal on the price, plus he delivered that day. Great service! But it gets better...that evening I was trying out the bike and home and I couldnt get it to run a program. I was certain it was operator error so I called Brandon. He walked me through several things....still couldnt get it to work. Then he Facetimed with me so he could see what was going on. When we could resolve, he offered to come out the next day and replace the whole panel. We hung up, I jumped back on the bike to ride manual...and low and behold it worked just fine. Most likely the plug came loose during transport. But what excellent customer service. This was our 2nd piece of equipment from there and we cant speak highly enough. Great place with excellent quality equipment. In true me fashion that evening I had to do more research on this bike we bought without researching. I was able to confirm that Brandon did in fact give us a great price. Thank you Fitness HQ of Southlake!!
