Great staff and high quality products. Rick, the fishing-pro is awesome! Very knowledgeable, polite and willing to help. I’ve only recently started fishing, and I was not “oversold” on products I didn’t need but rather helped me find a good starter kit.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Mitch was great to talk to and was awesome at helping me get the right fly rod and reel set. Such a wonderful experience!

I cant say enough nice things about the folks at the Orvis store in Southlake. Everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and Rick, the fishing manager, set me up with a beautiful Orvis fly rod and reel combo that I look forward to fishing with in Colorado in July. Stop by and check out this great store, you will not be sorry!

I LOVE this store and all the people that work there. They are so helpful, so friendly and one of my go to places to buy for family. I also appreciate that they are dog friendly and support local rescues. The team at Southlake exemplifies what Orvis is all about!

This has become my favourite store and my goto place for everything from outerwear to shirts and just about anything else I can get there. The have awesome, friendly and knowledgable service.Thank you Skip for the most recent advice and help with the jackets I bought. I’ve singled him out but every associate that’s helped me in this store is phenomenal and part of the reason I keep coming back. After shopping here for a year have decided to write a review.Would recommend this place to anyone. Their stuff isn’t the cheapest but I love the extra bit of quality to their products and the great customer service and return policy that comes with the product.Thanks!BTW I am not into fishing all all :-)

This area is SO fortunate to have a fly fishing store in this location! If this store does no have what you need in stock (and if you are a fly fisherman, you know there is NO brick and mortar store that can stock everything), they can order it on line and have it shipped to your home address! The fly fishing manager has put together a superb staff and they are as knowledgeable as any fly fisher I know. BUT...not only do they have great fishing equipment, the quality of clothing for men and women cannot be beat. This store has many styles to choose from and you get very tasteful advice from the staff. The quality merchandise, the Orvis guarantee, and quality service at this Orvis store has made me a HUGE fan of this establishment.

This store has POOR customer service. We visited this store as my husband swears by the quality of their clothing etc. First trip my husband was disappointed that no one ever acknowledged him when entering and shopping in the store. We left without a purchase. My husband liked several shirts during our first visit so much that we went back for a 2nd visit. Same treatment, no greeting as you enter the store and no help while shopping. There was an older gentlemen who stared me down (Carl) as I waited for my husband to try on shirts. Not sure what that was about other than...perhaps women of color do not frequent this spot. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Lastly, as we approach the register, Carl asked did anyone help you today? Really! Very disappointing! Will drive to a different location than spend money at a store where employees do not greet and welcome ALL customers.

My absolute favorite place to shop for shirts, pants, shoes, belts, and yes... Fishing equipment! The Orvis staff is second to none.

The clothing is well made if a little expensive. The online colors appear more vibrant than in person.Poor customer service at this location. I went here to exchange a shirt I received as a gift. It was on sale when purchased online and was still on sale when I tried to exchange it for a color I preferred. The manager wanted to charge me an additional $32 for the exchange. I exchanged it by phone with no issues.

I stopped in to buy a Barbour jacket. The fellow working the register was on the phone. I walk directly to the jackets and tried them on. After several minutes of trying on and looking at the $400.00 jackets the employee was still on the phone with a coworker. I did have some question about the linings and sizing options but he would not get off the phone to even address that I was in the store. I am not expecting someone to kiss my rear, but I do expect an acknowledgement that I am in the store. I am very disappointed with the lack of service offered from such an upscale retail company.
